I bought a mini starter from Grand Prix. Upon installation I found a flaw with the starter. Grand Prix exchanged the starter with a different brand with no hassle. They also contacted the starter manufacturer to inform them of the issue. I was very happy with how they dealt with this situation that could have been very negative and made my experience a positive one.

Ive spent thousands of dollars in there through the years with John, great place to get performance parts and accessories, they have race fuel and NOS there as well.

Im an ex employee from the nineties that recently returned to the area, needed a very common, available from just about every distributor or manufacturer on the planet part....my phone convo was literally about ehhhh 30 seconds and it was pretty much like this.HIM: Thanks for calling Grand Prix this is MikeME: Heya Mike this is Russ how are ya?HIM: ......silence.....ME: Ok, hey I need some mounts to ls swap an sn95 mustang, you have them?HIM: Nope.................more silence.............ME: ok, well can you get some, how long does it take?HIM: about 3-5 days.............more silence..........ME: Ok, thanks....My grandpa used to say Take care of your customers or someone else will and this is what he meant by that. had we handled the phone like this when I was there ol John woulda lost his mind....surprised theyre still there.

When you cant find a part that you need at your average auto parts store these guys usually have it and if they dont they can get it within a day or two good customer service and extremely courteous and a great group of guys

I only had a few questions and the guy I spoke to was very rude and I only said I needed some info and asked what was his deal? And he said owell and wasnt his problem, then he told me good riddance?Im like geez wat did I do, I only needed info.

This place is the worst me and my wife have dealt with, we spent over 5,000.00 dollars on a 350/290 HP GM crate motor. We bought alot of accessories there as well, well turns out the distritubor they sold us was a RPC, the biggest piece of crap ever, we asked for a top of the line one but was sold this by the one with the short hair and glasses, everytime we go in this employee gives us dirty looks, called our motor cheap. I guess he has 5,000.00 grand to spend, well we also bought a fuel pressure regulator and it was the cheapest one they had, it didnt regulate no fuel and to find out it wasnt for mechanical fuel pumps, returned it for a better one but was given a hard time for returning it. If you need good advice on how to build a motor do not go here because you will regret it, i myself own a business and if i treated my customers this way, I wouldnt be in business and there lack of knowledge astounds me.All they want is your money and after that if you need something else because what they sold you isnt the right thing or it didnt work for your application then you will be forking out more cash as there knowledge of racing applications is very limited, even there knowlege of a stripped down street rod will leave you with a big hole in your pocket and nothing but a bunch of grim faces looking at you when you go back into this business, so buyer beware you have been warned that, this business is in business to take your money and leave you with what you bought because they no nothing about motors, parts ECT... That is our experience with this company, poor customer service, poor return policy, dirty looks, bad mouth you and all around treat you like a atm machine, you have been warned....
