They push you in to what they want not what you want. Was looking for 1ton steering for my jk want aluminum not steel I had asked a lot of other jeepers done my homework and they keep pushing to steel didnt buy from them. have bought other things and been mostly happy with them
Ridiculously overpriced but still got a love it.Well theyve lost a couple stars because Im in there shopping looking around no one really wants to get off their stool and help me they just like sitting behind the counter I guess they get paid either way. But theyve got lights and other things thats on display that you cant get anymore theyve been discontinued its continued thats frustrating and their labor prices are entirely too high from what I understand 8 hours of labor is over a $1000
Called and bought some shocks and struts for my GMC Sierra back in June, they sent me the wrong stuff....took until September 13th to get a call tag to return them.....it is now October 27th and have not received a refund, and I call continuously and finally hang up after 30-45 minutes of hold time! I am going to take recourse through my card company at this point and will NEVER buy from this worthless company again!!!!!!
I purchased a warn winch and a few other parts and had them installed in the shop at 4WP. I had spoken with Mason about the 10S winch and we thought there may be a delay in getting one, so I ask him for the display model, he said sure if the other didnt arrive in time. The display model was used, I saw the winch and it looked correctly assembled on the shelf. The techs installed it and did a nice job, but the rope looked loose to me so I free wheeled it out to tighten the rap on the spool and the rope pulled completely off the winch and fell on the ground. I returned to the shop and Jason and the tech quickly installed the rope for me and reminded me it was the display winch. No-one could have know about the rope, but how quickly and with no sniveling they corrected the issue was awesome thank you!
I received 4 wheels and one was wrong. That was frustrating but I understand mistakes will happen. I call for the replacement and after holding for 30 + minutes finally go to talk to somebody. I had to demand that they ship the correct part overnight. I had to pay for another wheel until they receive the wrong wheel back. Now it turns out that they shipped the wheel via ground. Bottom line is ordering the wheels was a good process but every other step was a bad experience.
Very disappointed. This was My First time going into the store. I ordered and paid for four bilstien shocks on July 21st. I gave them a specific phone number to call when they were in. Guess what? A week later they called the wrong number and my friend had to call me to let me know. I called back to set up a time and day to install, since I paid for install. Same guy gave me an install date of Aug 12th at 4pm. He said it should take 2 hours and they close at 6. I said perfect. I showed up at 330 on Aug 12th. Same guy said he cant find my appt. I said you were the one that gave me the date. He looked it up and said that my appt was on Aug 28th at 9 am. Which is four weeks after I made the appt on July 27th. He could not answer why was the appt four weeks out when they were a week or two behind on scheduling. Got a full refund and will never go there again. Saved $125 buying the same shocks on Amazon plus install
Lowest price maybe anywhere. Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even gave me a military discount. Theyre awesome!
Horrible service. They Orderd the wrong part for my car and basically said theres nothing they can do about it. Never called me back like they said. These guys dont care about there job clearly.
Ordered a roof top tent from here and the staff helped me load it into my trailer. Would totally recommend this place! Very helpful staff.
These guys are always great, surprised to see a new counter crew but they will be doing more work for me in the months to come
Ordered a simple level kit in February still hasn’t shipped and haven’t heard a word on it, been on hold for an hour and a half now because apparently COVID effects answering the telephone.
Highly recommend! I was referred here by a friend and was not let down. I had a leveling kit installed and some aftermarket wheels put on. They did a great job!
I love this place. I went in to pick up random accessories for my daughter as a gift. The guy who helped me was great. Took me around the store pointing out several great small gift ideas. He helped get things she needed like the first aid kit and fire extinguisher holder. I cant remember what else I bought but I will definitely be shopping here again.
Horrible Customer Service! I ordered a part online and had to make multiple phone calls and be put on hold for 5 to 20 minutes at a time to get an employee to help me. My online receipt states that Mgr. Chris H. would call me when my order is ready to pick up. I called multiple times to check on the order and was put on hold for long periods of time. I was told multiple times that they would call me back after I called and inquired on my order. No one ever called back! At one point I was told it was delivered, but not ready in the system to be picked up. I called back a week later and was told it was ready. I told them I would be coming by to pick it up with curbside pickup as they are offering during the Corona time and I had my daughter with me. I pulled into the store parking lot - and 2 of the 3 Jeeps there were double parked!! Go figure!! I called the store to have them bring it out to me with curbside delivery. I waited on hold for 20 minutes the first time and never actually heard a person talk - it just went straight to hold music and ads time after time after time. I hung up and called back and was on hold another 10 minutes till someone finally answered. I gave them my info. and they came out to my truck with just the invoice/receipt and no product and was told by the guy that this is what I was told to bring!! I said I need what I ordered! After 30 minutes of sitting in the parking lot I finally got my part. What a waste of my time and effort. As other reviews state - just shop somewhere else. If I cant get a part easier than this and I have to do all the effort to find out what is going on - this place needs to close down.
So I wanted to like this business but it sadly failed big. I called ahead to make sure someone was available to discuss the details in person because this is my first experience with a lift and/or 4wd accessories. After speaking with Justin he told me to ask for him when I arrived and he would get me squared away. I just got a 2021 Toyota 4Runner trd off road premium and it needs a simple 3 inch lift and tires. Possibly wheels at some point but waiting on those because I like the trd wheels for now. So my wife and I arrived at 4wheel parts at 71st and Mingo in Tulsa and I ask for Justin as he advised, we have enough time to walk the entire store, look at every shelf/wall and use the restroom. I guess you have to be in a special club to get help at 4wheel parts because it simply wasnt happening for us. So end result is that my 4Runner and my wifes 4Runner will not be getting anything from this place, also I work on a military base so the word will travel fast at least there about the terrible experience. I expected more from a business that is by nature a very costly product and service range and my plan was to drop at least $5000 between me and my wifes vehicles but I guess we just werent cool enough.
My husband set an appointment to have his truck lifted. They were courteous, professional, and practiced all safety precautions. They were also finished the same day. Great service! Thanks guys, his truck looks great.
Great place, super nice people
Very helpful and friendly. Pointed out a few things I need to get fixed on my Jeep but didnt pressure me at all. Lots of cool stuff in their show room.
They seem to have a lot of things. Just didnt bother to ask me what I needed because I didnt roll up in my truck but rather my Miata. I guess you got to look Butch to get into this place and have anybody talk to you
Horrible customer service, spent over $1200 on parts have been waiting over a month for two bushings they had to order fron rough country, for the first two weeks it was theyll be here tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow then it turned next week then next week then I said look do I just need to order them from someone else and they said if u can find them theyd be shocked bc theyre waiting and anyone else will have to wait too, i said I would try to but to leace the ticket open and hopefully one of us woll get them soon....called back a few days later was told they would arrive a specific date and now its 2 days past that date and I called and they closed the ticket so now Ive been waiting over a month and NO PART AND NO PARTS EVEN ON ORDER ANYMORE and they say its bc I said I would start looking else where too! Ive spent 1200 on my jeep in a month and have several plans for more.... their loss Ill start going to sams 4x4 theyve always been better priced and service.... 4 wheel parts was just closer.....
Don’t take you’re lifted jeep to these guys for an alignment. Cory, the guy at the front, wants you to think you guys are best friends, until he has your jeep in his hands. Took my 2020 lifted Jeep Gladiator in, and paid close twice as much for a 4 wheel alignment. Once I picked it up, the jeep drove great, however the coils were bowed in and touching the frame and sway bar. Me noticing this when I got home, I notified them and they went on immediate defense and claimed it wasn’t them that caused it. So I contacted the lift manufacturer, and sent them the alignment spec sheet. They said that there was a clear issue with the caster angle being set way too low, causing the coil to bow. When I asked 4wp to correct it to the manufacturer spec under the original bill i paid. Cory refused and wanted to charge me hourly for it. Doubling the cost. If you call them and they feel at all that you are questioning their almighty knowledge, they speak over you and don’t let you get a word out.My advice Cory, listen to a customer when they talk, and put your ego aside. Very unprofessional.
Great place to find the gear you need for building your rig up. Ive dealt with Mason and Chris. Both of them great help and awesome service, Ill definitely keep going.
Had a small issue w a battery cable and Sam didn’t hesitate to come out to take a look, troubleshoot and quickly figure out the problem. Issue resolved in 15 minutes. Service like this is hard to find. Thanks Sam!
It was a bit of a drive but worth it to get the part I needed for my jeep without ordering online. The price was fair. The store was clean and the staff was helpful!! Plus they have somewhat better hour of operation (unlike other specialty part stores) Definitely will come back and recommend to any of my jeep friends!!
The guys here are super friendly very knowledgeable
I Ordered a snorkle kit 2 months ago I got no help on order status my kit never shipped so I could not cancel my order I just received my order today it was in a box that had been ripped up all the bags were open mudding parts waited on hold 1 hour I went from 86 people ahead of me to 62 then it just hung up. So Then called back and was magically back to 86 people Waiting on hold ahead of me I will never buy from 4wp again they are known for shady dealins I should have known better
I went to this store and due to the current issues, they had most everything taped off. Understandable, but as I walked around, trying to look at things, no one offered to help. This didnt bother me until about 10 minutes later, 2 people walked in and were immediately greeted. A little irritating but OK. Was helped finally, purchased an XRC 9.5K winch, and they had an issue with charging that locked up my credit card, so I had to drive back up to pay with cash because I couldnt use my card.Update- Tried to give them another chance with a large purchase. Purchased some wheels and tires from them. 4WP had to order as parts were not in stock, not a problem. The problem came when the parts came in. Had asked before purchasing if they installed, was told they do, and the receipt had estimates which included install and recycling charge so I figured when the parts came in, they would install them. Well parts came in a week and some days later, and I asked when I could come up to get them put on. Was told I could pick them up anytime. A little confused, I asked about installing and they said they couldnt, then said they were busy for the next several weeks. So then I had to transport to another shop, and I can only imagine if there had been any issues with the parts, Im betting it would have been a nightmare to get anything done, or anyone to take responsibilty. If they were that absolutely busy enough to not be able to spend an hour installing the parts they sold, youd think they could have told me this before purchase instead of telling me they install and quoting for install. Could have gone somewhere else, or even shipped them to my house and figured it out from there. Ill shop there, for small items that are in stock, that I wont need to ask for help on. Definitely wont be using for large items or service. So far, Ive yet to have a great experience.
1st and foremost my experiences have been great.I have had two Jeeps in for some transmission filter flushes and fluids after getting water in both of them from wheeling events. They fixed both of them same day. Also did a complete lift on my 99 Jeep and got a great deal and service, plus they made sure before it left it was driving properly. As far as purchasing things today and having it installed today is kind of rare. I figure if they had time they would have installed it same day. Really hate people who assume they know it all like this Jason Smith Guy.As far as Corey and his staff yes they do support local clubs kind of makes since to support a 4 Wheel Club like Jeeps, or Fords, or what ever type of 4 x 4 you own or club you are part of regardless if you have to pay dues or no dues. Besides paying a membership fee into a club gives you a little ownership and pride. As far as Jeff Gatham yes he does work there and yes he is the President of a great club that is heavily involved in the community. The club has raised $2500.00 for Turn Tulsa Pink, raised money and food items for homeless veterans, and recently involved in the Veterans Day Parade. Plus there upcoming toys for tots event. All of these events have been supported by 4 wheel parts and other 4 wheel shops and vendors. I guess to close you really need to give these guys a shot at earning your business. You have choices in Tulsa and thats up to you but being in business all I ever ask of my customers is a fair shot to earn there business, educate them on the difference of why, and not speak poorly of the employees or staff at there location or the competitors. With that said I feel Tulsa 4 Wheel Parts has earned my business and I will be back.
Dont waste your time with these guys. I went in there because they are by my moms house and I needed rockers/nerf bars for my truck. Long story short, they ordered the wrong size bars 2 weeks in a row. I got my money back and went to Performance Truck Outfitters and they got my Rockers in and installed within 4 days.
Nice store, but there products are overpriced. You can get the same stuff at Integrity Customs for about $200 cheaper.Overall nice store, team members have lots of good knowledge and know how.
Long review but horrible experience! Went in to get shocks we needed, a cold air intake we wanted, and price some other parts for my 3’ lifted 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Chose shocks from the displays, and knew which cold air we wanted, so we went to the counter. First told the guy we wanted the Pro Comp shocks, and he said I have some better ones for about the same price. Decided on Bilstein, and the K & N air intake, plus instillation. He was getting the quote for that, and I asked about having a body lift done and was told that it would be “well over $1000 because they had to lengthen the steering mechanism and blah blah blah, so knowing he was wrong, we just said never mind. I then asked about a set of flat fenders, and he showed us the Smittybilt 4’ and we added those. He was getting all of the final price together and even said “sorry I need to make sure to get all of the instillation codes in” and then came up with “$1400 out the door” so about $880 in part and taxes plus instillation, we agreed. We were getting ready to pay and I mentioned that we might have to call our bank for anything over $1000, because they will want to make sure it’s us making the purchase. He said “well, we can do half today, and the other half at instillation, so you won’t have to mess with that” and we decided to do that. He then said let me check something, and said “oh yeah those fender flares do not come with inner fender wells and I suggest at least the front ones to protect the important stuff”. We agreed on those also. He added those in and came back with a total of almost $2500. Now I am no genius but adding some inner fender wells should not change the final amount $1100. I said what changed, it was $1400 a few minutes ago before you added those. He showed me the screen and they were about $310 for front and back. I said that shouldn’t have changed the $1400 you said before that much, what happened? He completely ignored my question, and started talking directly to my husband who was about to pay. It wasn’t that we couldn’t afford $2500 but I knew something wasn’t right. I stopped him from paying and said I need to know why the amount changed $1100. He said “well let me see” and was stumbling around for an answer. My husband said just take off the inner wells, and fender flares, and leave the shocks with instillation and the cold air intake and we’ll install that. We paid and set up an appointment time for 9:30 am a few days later. I was still pretty hot about the situation, but the day of instillation was the last straw for me! My husband went to the counter, and gave the other guy our keys and was then told that “if we could leave the Jeep, we should because it was going to be awhile since there were 2 or 3 people ahead of us”. Since we had an appointment, and the point of those is so you are not waiting around forever, I totally lost it with their unprofessional customer service! I said just give us a refund, I am done with y’all. He asked “what was the problem,“ and I said we had an appointment and I am not waiting around all day for you to get this done. He said well it was “only going to be an extra 30 minutes” and I said well that’s NOT what you said and I am just done, we want a refund. He asked my husband “how could he make it right” and he said you can’t now, you have already screwed us around and we just want a refund. He got that done and we headed out, but remembered the other guy had our keys. My husband went back in to get them, and was told he would have to wait because the guy was on the phone that had them. He waited and waited and waited, after 10 minutes he finally blew up and said someone better get my keys! To whoever the regional manager is for this store, your guys cost your company quite a bit of money that day, and since we are in a few Jeep clubs, I’m pretty sure they have lost you many customers!
I wish companies still cared as much about their customers as they do money. Im a disabled vet who spent $3k here on wheels and tires. I bought some rock sliders that were the wrong size and they wouldnt trade them for the right size. Never giving them money again.
Absolutely the best service I have had in a LONG time. All the guys at 4 Wheel Parts do what it takes to get you what you want at the best price and the best quality. The crew there have worked on 3 of my trucks so far and I will take everything I own back to them. I needed a lowering kit done on my truck that I couldnt find anyone else in town to do. After looking for 6 months, I was referred to 4Wheel Parts and they had the job done in 1 day and did a fantastic job. We have had flares, suspension, and accessories done here and I recommend you give them a try. You wont be disappointed!
Huge selection of parts, highly knowledgable staff, and expeditious service. My go-to shop for everything off-road.
This is not a review of the local store. I had to place an order with the national call center for something not available locally. FYI, When you get free shipping, that means slow, slow, slow, shipping with probably USPS Parcel post. So if you need it quick, you wont get it. Tracking number didnt work. When calling 4WP, customer service, they couldnt even find out any info. They couldnt even tell if it had been picked up from the warehouse. When I talked to the phone sales guy Alan, he told me they would ship the item from Dallas via UPS. I get a lot of things shipped to me via UPS, and one of my suppliers is in the Dallas area. This is typically 1 day shipping from Dallas to Tulsa, using UPS. When 4WP emailed my order confirmation it had a USPS tracking number. I knew then this wouldnt be good. That number doesnt give any info. . Had I know this was the service I would get, I would have found another source. Price was good, but service sucked. Plan to be on hold a minimum of 10 minutes, if you call to get detailed about an order.
Great staff, friendly and got me in and out quick. First time there, but will be returning. Only thing they need help with is online ordering and keeping you updated on when product will arrive, but assuming thats a corporate issue and not a store problem. Very clean inside and huge inventory.
This place is great and Im not just saying that. I would give 6 stars if I could. I recently moved back to the Tulsa area from Montana and was looking for some upgrades to my wrangler unlimited. I got a soft top trek style and some seat covers as well. It looks great now. Mark really takes his time with your questions and really wants to research and make sure you get the right item you need for the right price. This is not a in and out kinda store by any means. Very professional and understanding. I will be coming back. Thanks Mark for your time, knowledge, and awesome customer service. :)
Expensive but did a great job on my truck, I will say this, you can get better pricing and knowledge if you shop through the 1800 number, theres an older guy thats usually at the end of the counter, hes helpful but hes not the friendliest.
Grate place to have work done
Always great and quick service! They can get just about anything you could dream of for your off road vehicle!
Great to work with and knowledgeable about their products. Worked with Mark the first time a while back and Corey today, both great experiences and too the time to answer my questions about my upgrades.
These guys are great. Know what they are talking about, and have pretty good prices! Will definitely be using this place for all my 4 Wheel Parts needs!
Great knowledge of Jeeps. When I need something for my 2014 Wrangler, I only trust the crew at 4 Wheel Drive.
Put a lift kit and fenders on my Jeep did a great job
Has plenty of good stuff for wranglers and bigger trucks, as expected not much to offer for the xjs.
Just picked up my Tacoma from here after they added a lift and new tires. Everything is perfect and the truck looks great. Go see Mark or Trent, great people. Thanks fellas.J.
Nice and friendly sales associates, lots of items to choose for Jeep!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered parts online. Reached out to customer service after a week and a half and they never reached out to me and it was documented that Corey the manager sold them to someone else and closed the ticket out.
Very nice.
Very helpful didnt try to sell me on any thing just helped with what I wanted
Had what we needed and very helpful on a purchase we intend to make
Great selection
I scheduled service 2.5 weeks out to have 2 new tires installed & a new exhaust system installed. I dropped my truck off before opening hours on Tuesday, and the work wasnt finished until 2pm on Wednesday (30 hours to do an estimated 2 hours of work). 5 days later, one of the exhaust pipes fell off while driving through a neighborhood. I am now spending yet another off day at 4 Wheel Parts, Tulsa, hopefully having it reattached. Weve had great service at 4 Wheel Parts in both Denver & Austin, but the 4 Wheel Parts in Tulsa seems to be fighting for me to take my business elsewhere. Ive been a customer here 4-5 times, and theres been an issue each time. It takes a lot for me to leave negative feedback on a business, but our experience here has made them more than worthy of this feedback.
Decent selection of 4WD parts and accessories, at reasonable prices. Staff was very helpful as well.
Way WAY too enpensive. Went a few miles down mingo and and found several places that had them for like $70 cheaper
Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Worth visiting if you are a 4x4 enthusiast.
Ive used the 4WP Tulsa crew for multiple projects on my Jeep. They did my lift, bumpers, gears, and a bunch of other small things. Theyre always great to deal with and the work has held up very well. 5 Stars!
Ordered an ARB bull bar from this location. The bumper arrived damaged twice, but they were apologetic, helpful, and prompt in getting the new one quickly. Ill definitely be coming back to this parts store for more aftermarket parts.
They seem to only pay attention to people that pull up in JKs or Raptors. I walked in, didnt even get a welcome. Walked around and looked at some parts Im interested in, still noone asked if I needed anything. Meanwhile another guy that pulled up in a built jk walked in, and more than one employee asked what he needed... missed out on helping with my CJ5 build. I will not return.
I love everything about 4WP, they always take care of me and their service is great! I Highly recommend!
Phenomal we came there with no appointment they got us in and if we did not had them we would of not got home due to the poor job of a 4 wheel drive company lifting my daddys new truck 4 wheel parts is truly phenomenal
I regret spending over $700 a couple weeks ago. Never asked if I needed anything and acted like I inconvenienced them when asked to see a swatch. My wife and stepdaughter were just there and were completely ignored. Too bad as we have several accessories to buy. Had heard they were rude and now I have no doubt that our money will go elsewhere. Pathetic!!!
I ordered one Pro Comp tire to replace one with a cut sidewall. I made an appointment for 9am (when they open), which seems late imo. I was the first and only customer, but it still took them over 15 minutes to get my truck back in the shop, and here I sit an hour after my appointment, still waiting on ONE tire to be installed.......
Took my Jeep in for alignment. They went above and beyond. No hassle. Great customer service.
They were less than glad to help. I finally walked out.
My husband and I shop at the Tulsa location. We have never received anything but top notch customer service. I highly recommend 4 Wheel Parts Tulsa location and their excellent staff.
My husband got work done on his truck, the staff is very very helpful and friendly.
These guys always take care of me. Great customer service!
Best place around to get all of your off-road stuff for you vehicles and More! Great prices too.
I would give them a zero star if I could. Bought shocks from here and they went bad within a month and their life time warranty and they wouldn’t replace them even tho I have life time warranty. They Threatened to kick me out and call the cops on me even tho they told me over the phone to bring in the shocks and they will replace them and never did. Very unprofessional customer service. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB ALSO!!!
Terrible service!!!! Called to have my FREE rotation and balancing performed. Had to make an appointment a WEEK out. Day of, a WEEK later, they said it’d take 3hrs!!! Called a competitor and got it done free in under an hour. From when I called!!!!
This place is a joke. I had them set up gears in my truck only because who I usually use was booked and I was crunched for time. Anyways, they installed the gears, I got the truck back and it whined horribly on the coast side. I brought this to their attention and they tried to tell me this was normal, and refused to do anything for me about it. A little over a month after the install, my truck left me stranded 8 hours from home. I called a local 4 wheel parts in Houston, TX and because I did not purchase the gear set from 4wheeel parts they would not honor a warranty on the labor or the gear set. Now I am left to pay someone else to do the job I already paid 4 wheel parts once to complete. Avoid these a$$ clowns like the plague!Front pinion seal leaked 3 weeks after install as well.
STAY AWAY! Refuse to honour warranty or parts purchased from other 4wheel parts stores.
Im 50/50 on getting what I need.
Been coming here for years and they are always very helpful!
Level of service is poor. More importantly they will not take care of you if they make mistakes.they attempt to sell you more instead of just fixing what they break.
I do business with Corey and the crew at 4 Wheel Parts Tulsa on a monthly basis . Great customer service and great pricing . I would suggest them to anyone looking to off the beaten path and have fun
Robert was a great help in deciding what mods I should do to my truck
Customer service here is either really good or really underwhelming. My issue with them is 2-fold... First is all the little service fees they sneak on to the bill (like an extra $50 for handling a heavy item they keep in stock anyhow.... Secondly is their overly-aggessive marketing strategy. If they ever get your email or mailing address they will continually send you stuff. LOTS OF STUFF! I mean weakly catalogs, surveys, etc... Even after asking to be removed from mailings/emails they are still coming... There are other places here in town that are just as good that dont play the games this company does. I give them 2 stars because of product selection and pricing for a local retailer. Sure you can find stuff online for less usually, but it is nice having a store that stocks 4wd stuff at usually reasonable prices. I just wish they didnt try to hustle as much as they do. I prefer to go to a service company that is more on my side, rather than trying to get one over on me.
Great service and they had just the part I needed to get me back on the trail!!
Ordered replacement for light excellent fit ..
I have been here 3 times and will not go back.1st time, they sold me the wrong soft top part, I called and told them I was on my way back and was told we close in 10 min you better hurry or you will have to wait until monday2nd time, bought a set of wheels and then they told me I would have to come back monday to have them mounted, ended up taking them somewhere else. This was done at 1000 right when they opened.3rd time, called to check to see if they had a part in stock, they guy told me there was no such thing, called their OKC location and they overnighted and had the next morning with free shipping. The staff is rude and dont care. Jeff Jeep Granthem also uses is position to support a jeep club which you cant be a member of unless you pay him club dues and only buy parts from them at 4 wheel parts tulsa.
Great people. Always willing to help, which I appreciate.
Very helpful and they do a great job.
Great help and cheaper than I exspected
No one said anything to us. Walked around the whole store and could hear them talking on the phone with people who came in looking for something but didnt buy anything. Maybe thats why they didnt buy anything when they were there the first time.
Good selection and good prices.
Always helpful with our vehicles, love the offroading community
DONT GO HERE!!!!! TRENT IS A REAL JERK. THEY KEPT TELLING ME WRONG PART FROM FACTORY, ADDING MORE MONEY TO MY QUOTE IN MIDDLE OF THE BUILD, ETC.
The guy behind the counter this Saturday was not very knowledgeable, he was grumpy and coffee pot was empty
Got tires wheels and bedcover...A+
Great Customer Service and knowledgeable staff!
They were very helpful and friendly
Clean store. Prices are high but its automotive.
Excellent! Incredibly friendly staff!
They ate the best!
Great experience
