My driver stopped at The flying J for a short break, originally. He Noticed a coolant leak. The mechanic noticed it was coming from the water pump. Of course, everything was closed. But, The Shop figured out that there were 3 available, locally. SO, the shop had the water pump off the truck and ready for the new one. The driver was able to make delivery, within 10 minutes.

Stopped in mid afternoon, got two trailer tires replaced. Total time from arriving to leaving, two hours. Great group of people! Excellent service! We need a lot more places like this!

Stopped at the Flying J for my reset and discovered I had a trailer tire blowout. Stopped by the shop which happens to be a Southern Tire mart and they took good care of me! The shop manager Kyle was very professional and had a great attitude! The tire technician “El Ram” also had a great attitude and provided good service. I will definitely make it a point to schedule my future maintenance at this location!

Went in for a couple drive tires for my truck. Guy tried to charge me $100 more than what I paid for the same tires a couple weeks before at stm in OKC. I let him get away with $40 of it. This was my 2nd time coming here for tires. First time was a better experience

I was very happy with my new steers but I was severely disturbed by the fact that the guy doing the DOT inspection on my tractor and trailer basically checked nothing and just filled out the paperwork. He looked around a little bit but he did not go under the units to check the brake adjustment nor did he look under the hood etc. He barely checked the lights and that was only from the front of the unit and not the rear. Fortunately, I know that my equipment is passable so I knew it was in good working order. Very very disturbing.

We were traveling through Tulsa from Dallas to a race in Grove, Ok.We have a Freightlner that pulls a 44 ft triple axle stacker trailer. Had a blowout on 44 was able to get the spare on and drive to the race in Grove which is about 45 miles from Tulsa.I damaged another tire in the blowout and needed to replace all 6 tires. I called Southern Tire Mart and asked if they could send a service truck to me to replace all 6 tires. They did!!They were very helpful and helped me get the right tires for my trailer and had them in stock. They sent a service tech out to me and had all 6 changed in a very short time!I will call them first every time I have any tire needs!!Well done Southern Tire in Tulsa!! Thank you Robert and Danny!! Now we can make it home!!

Alignment shop not very good.He had my toe set at 1/4 should have been 1/16th.My tires are trash after 10,000.Didn’t even get print out of what he did or didn’t do.I won’t be back.

I showed up as soon as the place opened. I needed brakes and drums on both drive axles and a tire patched. Everything was done fast. Only about 3 hours. Had to wait on approval for the work from my company and that took longer than the work. Gene and everyone else were real helpful and friendly and kept me updated constantly. I couldnt be happier with them. I will definitely bring my truck back here for work in the future!

Gene was great and helped me get a tube in a pinch. He rush shipped a guy and had it to me in under an hour. Very reliable and reputable guys!

Had the Best customer service experience with a service technician out of the Tulsa store. His name was Jarred. He showed up in the time frame that was told to me by his dispatcher and within 20 minutes of his arrival he changed a tire and I was back on the road rolling! Jarred is a great asset to STM. Great place, Bobby in Sales is awesome, Angel is great. Only thing that is an issue is that no one lets you know when your vehicle is ready. Luckily Angel had let me know and he wasnt even doing the particular service that day.

Im a dedicated route trucker and had a blowout this morning. They sent a fella named Jarrod out to swap tires. He was fast, arrived within the time mentioned, was very professional and focused on getting me on the road again as soon as possible. He was a very safe and curteous tech, and I couldnt have asked for better service. Would reccomend this company to any trucker running a clock.

When we arrived it was pouring down rain. A nice man come out to meet us to assist us . We told him what we needed, 4 tires replaced and some lug nuts and some studs replaced. He told us to pull in the bay area and helped us get the tires off our other truck. We left it and was called back in a very timely manner that it was done and ready to go. Not all studs were bad so saved us some money. Happy with that! We are very pleased with the customer service of the shop as well as the time it took and the price. Deffinatly reccomend this establishment. Will return if we ever need tire work or wheel work done on our dumptruck. Thanks again guys!Wiideman Trucking5 stars for us!

Very bad customer service, they wont tell you when youre vehicle is ready, they will just let you set in the waiting room till you ask them if its ready. They did me that way to days in a row. Will never go back, try T and W tire instead, they actual care about there customers
