Zach and his team fixed on my Audi Q5 and got the job done with no problem! I came to Zach shop very frustrated and ready to take my car back from where I purchased it from explaining to him what was going on with it etc and after I got done explaining what was going on with the car, he told me “Not to worry about it and that it will be in good hands” and before I left his shop I knew without a doubt in my mind Zach was going to get the job done. I will save you the sob story on how and why I was stuck in Tulsa, OK on a Saturday morning. I called every car shop I a 45 mile radius for some type of assistance and no one had an answer. When I called Expedited Auto Mr. Zach answered the phone and from there the professionalism started. Expedited Auto Repair is the obvious choice for my Mercedes. I needed a tensioner pulley and belt install. Not only did they point out extra breather lines that could be replaced, they did so at no additional charge and kept me running smooth for the last couple years. Anytime I needed electrical components or devices they’re there! Look ‘em up!!

Spent nearly $400 in diagnostics without prior approval on our end To troubleshoot a secondary issue and still hadn’t fixed the first. Would not apply any towards repair.

Military Discount!!! Dropped off my Bronco with a rusted and busted leaf perch on the rear. Zach was very informative and knowledgeable. The Bronco was done on time, a little over the original estimate, but before work was done, communication was put in play. And the little extra was due to how the vehicle was built. My Mini Cooper’s check engine light came on and it ended up needing a software update, oil valve replacement, and fuel valve replacement. I can’t say enough good things about Zach and his team. I recently bought my 16 year old his first car. He hadn’t driven it long before it started to over heat. The first place that I called told me it was a cracked head gasket and wanted a ton to replace the engine. (With one from a salvage and 90K Miles). When I called Zach for a second opinion we found out that wasn’t the case at all. His team fixed it up for us and even did extra like a detail and buffing the headlight covers. A day later the transmission was getting hot, He fixed that right up too even saving me some on labor. Some might be frustrated to have to return a day later, I was thankful that he didn’t just replace things without knowing that they needed to be replaced. He is honest and will tell you what can wait and what has to be fixed now. I am confident that when I take my cars there they will be fixed correctly and that I won’t waste money on unnecessary repairs. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past in most places but not at Expedited Auto Repair, these guys wrote the book on it! Many thanks to Zach and his team!!

Ive used Expedited Auto for a couple years since Ive moved to Tulsa, and they always do fantastic work on both the small and large jobs. Im often waiting until I need to go out of town before I take my car in, and they are always very accurate on the turn around times that they provide. I drive a BMW convertible 328i.My tire light had come on, so I aired up the front drivers tire, which the sensor indicated. The light remained on, so that was concerning.I then drove to Expedited Auto Repair and saw Zack was slammed and it was 90° outside!!When I pulled up, he immediately stopped what he was doing and said, go inside where it’s cool and I’ll look at it. Zach was our first choice when looking for a mechanic to work on our vehicle. After he worked on our vehicle we had some issues with the work done, but after talking to him about it he offered to check out our vehicle again and fix the issue free of charge. After inspecting the vehicle a second time he figured out that our transmission went bad due to rear end issues. He explained it to us in laymen terms and helped us understand what the underlying problem was. We are very happy with the outcome and grateful to Zach and his team.

Engine light came on and went to dealership for diagnosis. After getting their recommendation, I went to Expedited Auto Repair based on the reviews and some research. Zach was very professional and explained everything. The cost was cheaper than the dealership and customer service was great. Zach found an issue while working on my vehicle and explained everything (plus pictures). After work was done, I drove around for a while with no issues. I noticed a smell and called Zach right away, we told me to bring the car in for them to take a look to make sure everything is OK. I will do that this week and update review. Highly recommend!

Wonderful friendly people, they took good care of my little hot rod! I was worried because it had the check engine light, and I was overdue for an oil change. They didn’t charge me for checking everything out on it, and it gave me peace of mind.

I had a right sideview mirror that needed placed, an a full detail. In 2 days my car was done. Wax was nice & Shampooed stains out of my seats and everything looks brand new for a great price also.

Had a serious wreck on the Highway leaving majority of my car intact except for everything below. Alignment, and wheels were in bad shape. A little bit of body work was needed as well. They totally cured all ails and my car is driving perfectly. In town from out of state and needed some work done on my BMW before my long trip home. I spoke with Zach and explained my situation and how I was pressed for time on getting home. He assured me they were able to do the work needed and woud make sure to get me in right away. So I showed up, and sure enough, they pulled my vehicle in right away. Of course, with my luck, there were some additional issues with my vehicle. Zach gave me the heads up, explained what was going on and did everything possible, and then some, to remedy all the issues in a timely manner. Im happy Ive found this shop in tulsa as going to the dealership for these jobs was going to be way out of budget.

Great service. These guys Found source of a year long grinding/vibration under my Cayenne where three previous shops had failed! Where other shops just gave me a bill, Zach and his team kept going unitl they found the problem - then solved it.
