Highly recommend JB car collision!!! I was in an accident, tearing up the entire front end of my car. I found Jim online (the shop is in my neighborhood downtown) and had great reviews. When I called, Jim answered and immediately put my worries to rest. He asked for the correspondence from the insurance company to compare figures and went above and beyond to CORRECT THEIR negligence on the quote. I cannot recommend Jim enough! Me and a friend were only in Oklahoma for two months and got into a collision our second week here and Jim and Liz went above and beyond to help us. They worked with the insurance to make sure all repairs and rental cars we needed would be covered, kept us informed, and even drove us to the rental shop! I have a brand new Ram truck that hit a deer while still sporting dealer tags. I picked Jim Blankenship mostly because he is close to my office. I read the reviews to confirm. I got my truck back a few days ago and it looks perfect. I cant find a single blemish and I had damage front to rear. Jim is the owner and worked directly with me. He followed through on all comments in estimating, working with my insurance company etc. He even personally delivered it to me(of course Im 3 blocks away). His service is very personal. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Jim Blankenship. I first visited with my bumper & fender damage to get an estimate. They kept my car for a few hours and drove me back to my office. Later, they picked me up and gave me an estimate. They worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything that was required to get the job done right was accounted for. They completed the job in half the estimated time and exactly on budget. My car was repaired, washed, and detailed when I arrived to pick it up. They also gave me a small gift as a thank you. Very classy! Theyve just earned a lifelong customer.

I had a broken windshield that needed replacement. I made the mistake of calling one of those Well come out and fix it for you on site!. Seemed like a good idea at the time, so I called and scheduled it for the next day with the Doctor. They never called me the next day and when I called them they didnt have any of my information and could care less. I finally followed the advice I was originally given, but ignored, and called Jim Blankenship. What a wonderful business and man running it. It was actually Jim Blankenship himself that answered the phone. (I think he used to have a dealership downtown) He said “Sure, bring it on down right now. We’ll get you fixed up today”. They gave me a ride back to work and picked me up and brought me back when it was ready, and it was cheaper than the Doctor. Jim also does complete collision repair work. Dont go anywhere else, or if you do, like I stupidly did, at least remember to go there when the others fail.

WOW! What a great experience. After just moving to Tulsa, I found Jim Blankenship online. I needed a reflector on the back of my SUV fixed and after a quick chat with Phillp they got me in really fast. I dropped my car off in the morning and the owner gave me a ride to my office downtown, and offered to pick me up when the car was finished as well. I got a text from Phillip detailing how the repair process was going along with pictures during and after the repair. It was comforting for me to know that they removed the entire bumper to see if there was any additional damage, and to have verification in pictures. The price was much less than I expected and he even touched up a pain scuff that I was going to wait to get fixed free of charge. They also washed and vacuumed my car which was a welcome surprise. The payment and check out process was quick and easy and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Im hoping I dont need any car repairs soon, but if I do Ill be going back to Jim Blankenship. Honestly, cant recommend them highly enough.

Called on morning to have my passenger side mirror replaced. They told me to come right in and they would replace it. I had the part. They put it on in less than 10 minutes and only charged me $25. Outstanding customer service! Will recommend them to every one i know!
