I came in for a free estimate and the ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. The men didn’t really even acknowledge me as they walked by a few times. I would recommend based on how the receptionist and how kind the lady who gave me my estimate was and her attention to detail. I wore a mask and no one else had one on but at the time there were only four people in offices and there was only me and one gentlemen in there as customers.
Greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Promptly attended to & appointment set for repair. Busy place could speak to Tulsa drivers😁
I completed the online request for an Estimate. Received an estimate back and when prompted to set an appointment for the repair I did. Went to take the care in for the repair only to find out that the estimate was way off (too low) and my appointment was for the repair, but the estimate and they have no time for a repair until end of August. Would not send anyone there. Bait and switch with the online estimates.
Ridiculously low freaking estimates. Will update and post the repair bill and estimate once fixed to show the difference. Will explain in detail soon.
Managed, guided by old fashioned integrity: My 370Z front bumper crack repair job was changed to a completely new replacement part without a cost increase. Tommy said in my case it was the right thing to do. Gerber said what theyd do and did what they said. I give them a 10. My Nismo front end looks new.
The woman who answers the phones and does the payments through insurance and such, is phenomenal. She was so very patient when my insurance company was giving troubles, and very diligent in keeping in touch with me and getting things taken care of as quickly as she can. The whole company there in Sapulpa is great, but April is a GEM!!
They have dependable service and do a great job on all repairs.Warranty after on parts and labor are also one reason I use them on my repairs.
Just had a fantastic experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They had my bumper cover is back to brand new within a day. It really looks amazing. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car company to make everything super easy on my end. When they did my initial estimate they noticed my license plate and went out of their way to thank me for my military service which was nice. They even cleaned out the inside of my car for me which I definitely wasnt expecting considering I have a pup that sheds like crazy. A+ experience for sure, thanks guys!

We were taken care of from the moment my husband walked in to get an estimate through the entire repair of our vehicle. These people go above and beyond. This is a professional group of people. My experience with Gerber was excellent. They communicated well, were super friendly, and they finished my car way earlier than the insurance estimated. They swept the floors of my car and washed it before returning it to me. And the General Manager replaced my bumper (instead of filling it) without charging me (or the insurance) the difference in price. They even reminded me to get my garage door opener out of my car before dropping it off! Really satisfied with my experience.
The worst paint job ever seen on My new car.went in with major hail damage they done well on the metal work but the paint job made My 3 month old car look 5 years old, with over spray and all, paint also chips very easy can see no primer under the chips,hopefully My airbags still work,B- on Body. Never let them do major paint on Your Car. Best bet is the Dealership.never thought a Company turn a 3 month old car into a five Year old car,even chipped My Paint while in there shop. Poor customer service skills. My car was originally supposed to take 4 days to fix a week later and I still don’t have my car. My car was not done on the day they told my insurance it would be. My insurance company stoped covering my rental car because Gerber never called them to tell them it would take longer. Gerber keeps telling me they will call me with updates and a day goes by with no call I always have to call them to get any answers. I will never use them again! So frustrating. They are costing me more money every dayUpdate: looks like I will be going back because my car had damage on it that was not there when I took it in.
High quality and friendly service. I had to take my mothers van in for repairs after an accident. Gerber kept me updated with daily texts and called with important updates. The van looks perfect. I would highly recommend Gerber.
Gerber C&G did the body work on my vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and the customer service provided by their staff. The expectations were clearly defined from beginning to finish in regards to scope of work. Excellent customer service, work completed approximately 48 hours ahead of schedule, and constant text/call updates on status - which I greatly appreciated. Found out that they also warranty their work for the life of your ownership of the vehicle. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! Terry and Jessica were incredibly helpful.
AWESOME collision center! I took my vehicle in for frame work and they got it in and out. I was paying out of pocket and I thought the price was MORE than fair. The front staff were wonderful and listened to and answered all of my questions. If I ever need collision work on any of my vehicles, I am going here!!!
By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. We recently had a our highlander repaired from a front collision. Desert Rose really did a great job fixing our car back to new in a timely manner. We were very please and this was the second time we had a car repaired. I would recommend them every time.
Failed to tell me about any other issues. Told me it ran great. 2 weeks later and Im having transmission issues I didnt have beforehand my cars barelydrive able. Tranny fluid is fine. Cool that they make the car look good but now its just a good looking piece of junk. Im under the impression they work with insurance companies. A lot of what i mentioned seemed to them like I was trying to con an insurance company that conned me and the insurer was someone who hit and ran me. Not pleased with any of it. Wont come back
I have had cars repaired other places and the service and the work sucked!! Gerber collision in Bixby is by far the best place to have your car repaired. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. Jessica and Tommy will go to bat for you every chance they can. I have taken several cars there for personal and work. They are amazing every time! They will not gove you your car back until it’s perfect. For quality paint and body work they are the only place to take your vehicles!!!!

I so appreciate the manager Calling me at work to ask why I gave a bad review, maybe looking to see that they moved my car to another location to have it fixed then when I come to pick it up they cant answer questions about the repair since they did not do it. What a great experience.....
The picture on their website isnt what Gerber Collision and Glass actually looks like. I wouldnt take a tricycle there to be repaired.
My car was diamond from a car accident, in the process of them fixing it, the broke the back gate and latch. State Farm quickly had it fixed at Bill Knight Collision. When I called about the problem, the manager made off the wall treats towards me, and was screaming at me because he allowed his receptionist to give me her phone number.
The staff was extremely friendly, and fixed my car quickly. Other shops could not get me in for 2 weeks, and I had my problem fixed in 5 minutes at Gerber. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do, its where Im going!

It pains me to have to write a bad review for a business, because in this day and age people choose business based on reviews, and bad reviews directly impact local businesses. However, as customers, we really just want a quality, honest, and pleasant service from whoever we choose to give our money and our trust to. And a business really should show that they deserve our trust and our hard-earned money. If not, the public should know so that customers can be spared from wasted money and unnecessary heartache.With that said, my experience at Desert Rose Collision was absolutely horrendous. My father and I walked into the shop, and a man in the inner office made eye contact and said yes sir, and proceeded to look back at his computer. Thinking that he would acknowledge us again, we stood at the door and waited. It became clear to me after a few moments that he wasnt going to talk to us again. So I asked, from the door and speaking across a large room, into his inner office, Should we wait here? Is anyone going to help us? He looked at me, with his tissues in his hand and nose, and said repeatedly, He is not here today. Hes off. Hes not here today. First of all, who are we talking about? Ive never been to this place before. Who is he? The owner? The receptionist? Then he looked over again, you can wait there, Im with a customer. I was amazed. Couldnt you have said that when we first walked in? Or say something like, Please have a seat and Ill be with you shortly. I was upset by this point, and said somewhat bitterly, Thank you for letting me know that now. And he responded, with a snicker, yea, thats right. My father started towards the door at this point and so did I. We cannot believe that in such few minutes we could feel so insulted and disrespected... and we were there wanting to give them some business. I will absolutely never return, neither will my father.I hope somehow this business finds value in customer service and really work on that. The last thing I want is for people to go out of business and not be able to support their families. I hope customers who are looking for body shops are informed by this review when they make their choices. And if you do choose to go to Desert Rose, I hope your experience is a better one.
