TRUST ME!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!Don’t let these reviews full you! Do not take your car here it literally took them 2 months to get are car back, not to mention when we first went to pick it up they did not fix the paint or the dent in the finder were there was damage. Also we were told “they would have it done on Friday” every Friday leading up to the day we finally picked it up two months later. When we finally did pick it up there was another guy in there complaining about waiting for his car for two months. We we’re not just a rare case trust me don’t let these reviews trick you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Horrible customer service! I brought in my pickup when I was re-ended. Their service was very low, I had to call and get updates periodically and always got the go around. Spoke to different managers and supervisors and I can tell you all were the same. They do NOT value their customers or their property. I had serval hundreds worth of items stolen from my vehicle at first they didn’t want to be held responsible. Caught them in several lies. My truck hasn’t been repaired, however they basically told me I am on my own. Please do your self a favor and do not bring your vehicle in for repairs. Save time and money. Also I was billed by the rental provided because they didn’t pay the fees(insurance payed them for it too). Took them a while to make that right and then again I was billed yet for another rental, I payed that out of pocket to avoid their BS. I also have two parts they had order months ago never received them. My pickup had off-road lighting their sub company cut all the wiring and never wired it all back up, shorted my expensive LED lights due to lack of knowledge. Collision Works @ TH just doesn’t care for you or your vehicle. Lack of professionalism.

Not a single part installed at this shop was mounted flush, or even securely. Some replacement parts were not even the correct design/year model. One being a full width front faschia trim-piece, which I was actually able to fit correctly with my bare hands once I got home (when I noticed the poor workmanship). Additionally, their inability to install window seals properly left me with an air leak at highway speeds.An overwhelming 0/10 experience. So bad in fact, Im worried that taking it back to have any of it corrected will just make it worse.TL;DR:GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had to get my driver window replaced. I then had a family emergency and was not able to pick up my vehicle until almost a week after I was initially supposed to. Everyone at Collision Works was amazing! When I told them what happened, it was no issue at all and they had no problem accommodating me. When I was finally able to pick up my vehicle, the 1st thing they asked was how my mom was doing! I have had no issues with the work they did. I have recommended Collision Works to literally everyone I know!

I had a great experience at Collision Works. From the time I walked in I could tell I had chosen that right place for my car. The office is clean and organized. The ladies working at the front office are friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager, James, is informative, honest, and efficient. He really went above and beyond. I felt completely trustworthy of him and his entire team. Their communication is top notch, they sent vehicle updates at every step. I would recommend Collision Works to friends and family, and choose them again for any vehicle repairs needed.

The receptionist was delightful. Definitely the most positive and friendly face you could want in your business. She went to the back to get an adjuster as I had an apt. One adjuster said he was going to lunch & headed out the back. The next thing I know is hes coming back to help me. He commented he didnt know why they were doing an estimate since theyre not doing the work! He was cordial at best. If youre looking for pleasantries beyond the receptionist look elsewhere. I went here as my insurance agent said I needed to before proceeding. I wont ever go back!!!!

I had a 11am appointment for a estimate. They advised me it would be 30 mins for the adjuster which would make me late on my next appointment. I advised them I had another appointment scheduled at 12pm with Bill Knight. Bill Knight was timely and ready for me on my noon appointment which got my business. Collision works was just a waste my time and shown me that time scheduling was a weakness for them and would probably overflow to a timely repair. Needless to say Bill Knight got my business, and they are providing me daily progress text messages.

Very rude staff kept our vehicle for 6 weeks and never fixed it. They actually made my vehicle worse. Screwed the electrical up and now I have no blinkers and no ac. They will lie and lie and lie and will not do what they say. I’ve been waiting an additional month for a mechanic to come fix my blinkers. No show after no show. Lie after lie.

Brief interaction with the staff and not much information provided regarding the damage to be taken care of, but the process was smooth and the repairs were made well. It did take over a week to get parts and some parts were sent damaged so they had to return and wait for more. These things happen though, and it didnt affect the quality of the finished repair.

Wow! Very impressed with everyone at Collision Works, I dont usually write online reviews, but taking your car somewhere and leaving it in someone elses hands is an emotional experience, and I wanted to let future customers know that Collision Works will keep you updated with text/email notifications during the entire process. I called a couple times to check on my car so I could arrange a pickup time that fit with my work schedule and every single time I called, they were able to give me reassurance that my car would be completed before the weekend (they finished it a day and a half earlier than they initially said!) and they even were able to give me an exact time that it would be done so I could plan my lunch break around going to pick it up. I got 3 other estimates from places in town and they were at least 50% more than the estimate from Collision Works. The final amount was exactly what they estimated. I am so impressed, that I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is overly attached to their vehicle (like I am). Bethany and Tiffany were just absolutely awesome! Not to mention my car looks amazing!

I have tried to make an appointment for an estimate on my car repairs. The employee name Niki Baucom, was very rude and unkind even on the phone. She kept coming up with so many excuses to not allow me to make an appointment for some reason. Once she heard that I will not be using insurance to pay for the repairs and that I would pay out-of-pocket, she was very rude towards me and all I wanted was to simply make an appointment for an estimate. She also started to undermine my English, as if I didnt understand her. Her attitude was very bad. She did not fulfill her job duties, such an employee is NOT suitable working for CW.

They did a good job on the repair but they could have completely built a brand car in time they repaired mine their closed on a Sat FYI, they lied about the time they needed so it messed up our rental cars so I had to go three weeks with a rental car and a week without any transportation whatsoever due to their negligence. They kept telling us they needed to order another part dragging us out day by day. Make sure you paid your deductible or otherwise be ready to pay it to them. I would not recommend this place do anyone I know and those I dont God bless you have a good day

Perhaps it is an isolated incident, but probably the worst experience I have had at a body shop. They were a preferred vendor with my insurance company and they were close to my home, so I dropped my car off for some minor body and paint work on the quarter panel, front bumper, mirror cap, and wheel. I initially picked up the vehicle on Friday, July 10th.It was dark and rainy, so I failed to look the vehicle over properly. After returning home I noticed the wheel that was scratched ended up as a different color than the other three wheels. Following that, I inspected closer and noticed paint over-spray on several pieces of black plastic trim, and a badge that was reattached in the wrong position compared to the factory side of the vehicle. I am not sure how those made it through quality control.I took the vehicle back and pointed out the issues. They told me to bring it in Monday and they would have their third party wheel company refinish it again and it would match. I stated that I was not confident in their wheel vendor and would rather order a new wheel. I was told they will get it right this time. When I called my insurance company to complain, the insurance company told me that because Collision Works was a preferred vendor I had no course of action to force them to get e new wheel because State Farm trusts the vendor, not the customer.I asked how long the additional work would take and they said a couple days. I dropped the car off on Monday, July 13th and asked them to call me with an estimated timeline to see if I needed a rental vehicle. I did not receive a call so I came in Monday afternoon. They said that the wheel guys usually turn them around in 24 hrs hut they had not come by to pickup the wheel yet. I asked VERY specifically to be called back the next day with an estimate.5:30PM Tuesday I still had not received an update so I came in person. Right when I walked in the door my representative said I was just calling you. Hmmm. I was told they still did not have a timeline on the wheels, but they would call the vendor first thing in the morning. I called Wednesday afternoon for an update. They said that the wheels should be delivered today and the car ready early tomorrow.Called Thursday AM. They said We still havent gotten the wheel on, it is still the wrong color we will order a new one, but you can pick the car up in the meantime. Ill have someone put it on the car and Ill call you in an hour. Waited two hours, still no call. Call them back again and am told that someone should have called me and told me it was ready.Show up to pick up the car, and asked for a timeline on the replacement wheel. They said it was on back-order and they were pulling some strings. This was July 16th. Never got a call about the wheel timeline. Called them Monday, Aug 3rd and asked about the wheel.We got it in Friday. I asked how long it would take them to mount it and they said they do not mount tires so they would have to send it down the street and it would be several hours. I had heard that story before, so I just went and picked up the wheel and had Discount Tire mount and balance it.Moral of the story? In my experience the quality control here was very poor. The tape work prior to the paint job was sloppy based on the ample over-spray on the trim. Black trim will show white over-spray, it was not hard to notice. If they are going to refinish one of your wheels save yourself the trouble and just go buy a new one. The lack of communication was astounding to me. I know that I am a picky customer, but when I ask for an update I expect one. Lack of communication or blatant ignorance is not tolerated. Was the work satisfactory? Yes. Did it take literally weeks and roughly six Uber rides to be satisfactory? Also yes. The paint work I have had done on my own dollar for my other cars at Karoll Martin was far superior work and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Regardless of what my insurance company says I will never return to a Collision Works branch.

I really dont ever write reviews but i had to with this experience. I have been to many body shops and this one is by far the best. The guy that helped me David Le went above and beyond to make my stressful situation as easy as it could be. They got my car done quickly and kept me posted every step of the way. My car looks like new again! If I ever need to take my car somewhere again this will be my first choice.

Picked up my vehicle the first time and it was missing retainer clips and making horrible noise from the brakes. After complaining about the noise they said they would reexamine. Picked up the vehicle the second time, still making noise, and they told me it was due to wear and tear and they were not responsible for fixing. Took the vehicle to my regular shop immediately and they told me the rear axle was bent. So not only did they not listen to my concerns but they sent me out on the road with an unsafe vehicle. If you want your vehicle fixed properly do not take it to Collision Works of Tulsa Hills.

I chose Collision Works because it was covered by insurance (no previous experience with them) and was amazed at how great the service was! They sent me updates regularly, cleaned the interior of my car and cleaned one of the front headlights free of charge! The actual damage was fixed and my car is good as new.

The manager, Chip, is horrid.He clearly has no control over his staff and needs a lot of training.If I could give less then 1 Star, I would.Terrible service.Slow repairs.Nothing quality.My car smelled like straight weed when I got it back. I called to talk to someone about it and the girl who answered the phone wouldn’t let me talk to chip. She kind of giggled when I told her why I needed to talk to him.It’s funny to her that my car smells? Ok..Are his employees smoking in our cars?? I will be calling news stations about this! It’s a safety concern and it’s disgusting.

I am def not one to complain or leave reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Started off great with customer service, got updates often, but then car took longer than expected, had to take it to another location due to staffing issues, was reassured I would not be charged for the extra days on the rental. The last three extra days, never got a call, I had to call and was lied to that a quality inspection just needed to be done, blah blah blah. Got the car back...coffee mug left in car, masking tape under hood and car, dust from painting and finishing all over the inside of the car, and paint missing from a visible area, so quality inspection never done! And icing on the cake, I just got charged for the extra days on the rental and need to call them again! May be good for minor repairs, but def not major ones... Edit...9/17/18, month later and still no refund, been calling every 3 to 4 days, put on hold, told me two times that it will be refunded on my card, wait a week, lies told again, and then they blame it on the rental car place when obviously they took longer on the car than the estimated time, and so now I feel like I just have to make a stance at the shop until I get the refund... so absolutely ridiculous...

So much...I originally was not going to do this but, recent events, I was left no choice.This place was recommended through insurance. Granted my car was ready in a timely manner, it wasnt done correctly. Went in to pick up car and had to leave it because the windows were missing their tint. Once complete, had to leave vehicle again as scratches were not buffed out. 😒We take the vehicle home, everything appears to be fine, only that my trunk floorboard is sinking, making the board stuck and I cannot lift it. It is almost time for new tires. I need to make sure my spare is good. I later learn that the reason the floor board is sinking to the point of immobility is because THEY NEVER PUT THE STYROFOAM HOLDER BACK IN. My items have just been shifting around. 😳I inform them, bring the car back in. It is a Friday, the owner say he will contact us by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. My schedule is busy, I manage a hotel. I do not have the time for back and forth. On my one day off, we go to pick up missing item and get a complimentary detail. As we pick up the vehicle, the detail was BEYOND sub par; Moss is still on my front windshield, dirt still on the corners of the windows and stain on seat NEVER touched. At this point I am just fed up. Wont give them bussiness again.Next comes what made me do this review. In the early AM, my husband and I go to transfer my car items back into the trunk. What do I learn? THEY STILL DID NOT REPLACE MY TIRE/JACK HOLDER!!!! I immediately call and speak to the owner who apologizes and states he will drop it off to me at my employment. I tell him I will call back... I call back and give my jobs address and how to reach me. IT IS NEVER BROUGHT TO MY JOB. Not that day. Not the next. Nor the following. Or THE NEXT FOLLOWING.My husband finally went and picked it up today and if I had, there is no way I would have been cordial.If this is your establishment, he seriously needs to do quality control and follow up with his customer. So beyond sub par.

They didnt completely fix my car. They didnt attach all the undercarriage covers boltd on and after a few days the covers came off. I took it back, they inspected it said they would need to order the parts. After 1 week I called back and the part wasnt in. I was told they would call me when the parts are in. Never received a call. Covers are now somewhere on the streets.
