These guys have worked on our grand cherokee twice and both times the results have been flawless. They beat all of the other estimates we got by 50% and provided the same quality repair. Great customer service, when we dropped it off we were met at our vehicle before we make it to the front door. Easy to deal with, and the estimated repair time was spot on.

I even had a large scratch (not from the accident I was there for) from the front quarter panel all the way to the end of the bed of the truck and they even took care of that for me at no extra charge! These guys are amazing. I was in town just for the week to help sell my dads house after he passed away and ended up putting a nice dent in my bumper. They were able to pop it out and it looks great! Don was recommended by my dealership service department as their go to for overflow when they get backed up because he is the best in town. A truly great repair shop! My wife hit a deer broadside going 80 miles per hour. I was referred to them from a friend so I was a little reluctant to take my car to someone I havent used and my car still had deer hair and blood in the grill. We brought my wifes car in to have her door hinges adjusted and they graciously adjusted the hinges free of charge. My wife did bring by some cash and cookies for their help. This was greatly appreciated.I then attempted to get the regulator replaced on my driver side back window and get my windshield replaced (work that they said they would do). After 2+ months of me calling weekly Don (the owner) to get an estimate (I got very little response), I FINALLY get a quote and asked them to order the parts to get my car fixed. I was told that I would be called when the parts came in (3-4 days) to schedule a time for the repairs. Another 1 1/2 month later I had to call back to get an update. I left numerous messages and finally got in touch with Don again and I was told that he wold call me back in 2-3 days to schedule a time for repairs. 3+ months later, still no phone call. I gladly went else where to get my care fixed.In the beginning I referred them to a friend for repairs after an accident. NEVER again! Like the owner I am an OSU Business School grad. I am sure the school would be sorely disappointed if they knew this type of service is what one of their grads provides.

They were extremely fast with repairing my bumper. All the staff were extremely friendly and the repair came in under my expectations. Paint work was great, matched perfectly, and looks like new. I was very pleased that they were able to repair my bumper without having to buy a new one.

Service was great and quoted me $100 less than a competitor down the street. Quality seems to be good. Dropped off my car Monday around noon, and Wednesday afternoon I picked it up with a new and freshly painted bumper. Also, the car was washed!Now just have to see how long the finish lasts.

This is far and away how customer service is supposed to be!My insurance company wasnt paying to have my rear quarter glass removed for painting. Donald gave them a call and asked if they would warranty the paint when it began to peel? Insurance paid to remove the glass!If you have the unfortunate luck of having your vehicle smashed by a car....or a dumpster....this is the place to go. Collision Correction Center has been amazing at handling stressful and difficult car problems for us. We have used CCC multiple times and they do great work. The last time we used CCC was for a wreck that was not our fault. The car ended up getting totaled and we had to deal with the other persons insurance for about a month, yes a month! They were trying to wear us down and settle for less than what our car was worth. Donald at CCC was amazing at giving us advice/guidance on dealing with the insurance company when he was receiving no benefit from it. Donald and CCC truly look out for their customers and do great car repair!

On my 2003 Dodge 2500 I noticed a small area on the right rear wheel panel that started to rust so I went to get two opinions on what it would take to correct/fix the problem and the opinions, estimates were comparable and then I went to the Bob Moore Dealer ship to speak with their serve department and they refereed me to CCC because they do a bunch of work Bob Moore. I told the CCC manager that I was keeping the Truck and that wanted the Rust Fixed to reapply the chip guard.I didnt ask for a estimate. because I already had a good idea of what it should cost to correctly perform the scope work. After the repairs had been made I was immediately pleased with the results and especially the Chip Guard but 7-8 months later on the same panel and same area the rust paint had pooped off which to me indicates the problem wasnt fixed correctly. I took my truck back to the shop to show the manager and with out hesitation he informed that the work wasnt under warranty.I just paid approx.. $ 1,300.00 for a flawed work. Now Im having to pay again in order to get my Truck fixed correctly.As far my past experience In the past Ive rebuilt Drilling Rigs, R&R the rusted steel on them, painted them so I know from experience that if the work wouldv been performed correctly the rust wouldnt have shown up in less than a 0ne< 1 > year..
