What a great shop! They kept me informed of every step and change in the schedule. Happily, all the schedule changes were that the repairs would be done sooner rather than later.

Originally I called Safelite Auto Glass to fix the broken glass on the back window of my car. We found out that the glass did not fit because there was other damage around the window. So my insurance suggested I go to Bill Knight where I then took my car in to fix the damage and the glass. I dropped off my car on 10/5 and they said it would be done on 10/14. I called on the 14th and they said they will call me when it is done… I did not have an answer why until Monday when they said it’s because the glass DID NOT FIT. This was the original issue why I took my car to Bill Knight, not for the broken glass. So I then had to wait until 10/22 for the completed repairs (I also told them I DID NOT have a rental car to get to my job.) When I got my car back, the damage was fixed but while my car was in their care, I found MOLD because my car was getting wet in the rain during that time because there was no back window in place. At least I got it back on that day or the mold would have gotten worse. To top it all off, my car stickers where gone and instead there were other random stickers on the ( replacement ) window. Yeah, it’s just stickers but they didn’t even ask or say anything about it or the mold. This experience sucked and was costly on my behalf even with Insurance. 1 star for fixing the damage and 1 star for Chance who was very communicative.

Everyone I dealt with at Bill Knight Collision was very helpful, starting with Christy, who arranged for our car to be towed, then Ariel & Tony. When we went to the 41st & Memorial location, we met Daniel Sandoval. He was our contact & was great! Daniel was always professional & got back to me in a timely fashion. He dealt with the insurance company & kept us updated all the time. They also text with updates too, which was helpful but I knew Daniel was always just a phone call away. We got our car back & it looked (and drove) like new.

Originally I had posted about this repair facility changing my vehicles bumper to an aftermarket one that was too small, lights that replaced my auto lights with ones that were not mine, and other issues with fit, paint, and original parts. Since I complained to them about the work, they made good on this vehicle and replaced the parts with OEM which was what they should have done to start with. I know places try and save money, but for an $18,000 vehicle, I only wanted my cars value to remain as it was when I purchased it 3 months ago. I am now satisfied with the work done. Thanks.

Once being approved by our insurance company to be repaired, we brought our vehicle in to Bill Knight Collision. After multiple attempts to contact them over 2 weeks to get an update on the progress and getting nothing but voicemail after voicemail, we finally gave up and contacted our insurance company to find out what was happening and they told us the repair costs were to the point of totaling out our car. Thats fine, but no contact or updates from Bill Knight were quite frustrating to say the least. We had been without a vehicle for 2 weeks at this point. Since our car was to be totaled, we wanted to stop by the shop to empty it of our personal belongings only to find that everything of any value was now missing. Phone charger, CDs, sunglasses, etc. had been stolen from our car. Of course nobody at the facility had any idea of what happened to our belongings. No contact. Nothing fixed. Personal property stolen. Never again will we use Bill Knight.

They did a perfect job of repairing damage to our 2020 Ford Explorer in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and I received text messages informing me of the various stages of the repair. As an aging Baby Boomer, the cost seemed excessive, but what doesnt these days.

I had the misfortune to have a rainy day fender bender on 169 in one of the hardest downpours a couple of weeks ago,all went well until a maxed out f250 blew by me creating tracks in the 1/2” of water on the road, causing the car rear to kick left then right as it valiantly tried to straighten with traction control.wasn’t a case of speed to fast just the misfortune of a truck cutting into and out of mt lame. At any rate the damage was to the left rear quarter panel and the bumper..youch! Took a couple of weeks but I got the car back in perfect shape, nice to have a Farmers Insurance certified fix. Everything was easy peasy, nothing but nice things on the Bill Knight organization. Their collision shop is as efficient as their dealership. Five stars, and of course I’d use them again. So use them with confidence.

I got my SUV fixed at their location off 41st. They did an absolutely amazing job. You cant even tell someone hit my car. The customer service was fantastic. My advisor Daniel was amazing. I was kept informed on the status on my repairs and it took a few days. I am just so impressed. Highly recommend this place if you need your car fixed.

We brought in a 2019 Camry with hail damage that needed repairs. We didnt mind that we were told that the car was going to be ready in two weeks but it actually took a month. We completely understand that with the pandemic virus that it would take longer. When we went to pick up the car we notice that where ever the repairs were done, the paint color did not match the factory color. Our car color is a super white and what is on the car is a yellow white. We pointed the mistakes to the sales representative and his response was there will always be a color difference between a plastic bumper and a metal side skirt. My response was if that was the case then thats how it would look when I bought the car new. I can understand if the painter order a wrong color, or when the paint was installed he missed the paint variation, or that quality check missed the different color as well. We have to remember that Bill Knight is known to be a Professional place. So that would have all these steps in place. I can understand that we all make mistakes but when you try to cover a mistake with a lie, thats where I cannot accept. I refuse to take the car home and ask for my deductible back until the car is done right.

Excellent experience here! The texts and emails (you can choose to receive communication from them however you prefer) was timely and so very informative in where they were in the process of repairing my vehicle. My vehicle is perfect and comes with a lifetime warranty for those repairs.

I got into a fender bender with my Kia Rio and when I took my car in, everyone was super sweet and helpful. They answered all my questions and offered additional information. They kept me updated constantly on my car. When I got my car back (which was within the week) it was as if nothing happened at all. They did an amazing job and even cleaned up the inside a bit for me. So much appreciation to these hard workers. 10/10 amazing job.

My car was hit in a parking spot in the Downtown of Tulsa and this place was recommended by my insurance company. That did a great job on fixing my fabrication damage to the rear passenger side bumper and door. Venessa on the front desk was cooperative throughout the issue.

I was waiting on an estimate from Steven Burks and was told he was going to email it to the insurance company and myself. After 3 business days, still nothing, called TWICE to ask him to resend and said he did but I never received anything. I went to the other location on Memorial (super helpful and friendly staff) and they managed to print off my estimate, only to find Steven have spelled my name wrong and put down the wrong insurance company. I’m also pretty sure he had the wrong email.

After my review i received phone calls almost every day with actual updates, not just the “tell you what you want to hear, to get you off the phone” responses I heard previously. They did go above and beyond after management was notified.Thanks for resolving this and getting my wife back her car.Original review: Currently waiting 2 weeks past the estimated completion date, multiple promises of the car being completed the next day. Won’t be taking any of my vehicles here again. Will advise others to do the same.

Dropped off my pickup on a Monday...I was told that the Progressive rep would call me that afternoon or the following day.. 3 days later I get a phone call. Your pickup will be ready on Wednesday next week. Thats 9 days. I called the day before and left a message on the receptionist phone to call me back. Never heard a word. I call back an hour later and she is snooty and said that she would have the Progressive rep call me. Never heard a word. I show up to pickup my pickup and it still isnt ready. Not a call from Bill Knight Collison people! This is the worst group of people I have worked with in a long time. The customer service is very poor.

I had an excellent experience with BKF Collision Repair. Andy helped us throughout the process explaining what we should expect at each step. I got my car in to them quickly after being rear ended. I received text message updates almost daily explaining where the vehicle was in the process. The car was repaired quickly and returned to me looking like new. I’m very happy.

The work they did was quick and top notch. But I asked for something else to be done while my vehicle was already in the shop and they forgot. Didn’t order the part nor have they communicated with me again regarding this pending repair and it’s been several days. Two reminders from me and still no communication!

I am so pleased with the experience I had here. Excellent communication about every detail of the process and super quick turnaround. My car looked beautiful when I got it back. The inside was even cleaned. Drop off was simple and quick, as was picking it back up. Excellent customer service all the way around and highly recommend.

Took my vehicle in for front bumper repairs. Took them 15 days to repair. After getting my car back I noticed a dollar bill size scratch on my passenger side door that was not there before and a dent in my hood. The insurance adjuster confirmed these were not there before hand. I tried to contact Bill Knight Collision to see if they would fix the scratch. They never answered calls (only receptionist then forwarded it to a voicemail) they made you leave a message and I never received any follow up calls.

Wendy Williams was very pleasant to work with. She kept me informed of the estimated date of repair. The car repairs were well done - you cannot tell where the collision occurred.

Courteous and friendly employee greyed me at the Collision Center. Their prices seemed to be in line with several other body shops. I just decided to go to a different body shop.

Probably wouldnt use again. Needed a replacement wing mirror and some buffing after a minor collision. Booked the van in and dropped off when they opened, was scheduled to take 1 1/2 hours, ended up driving to their location 3 times that day as the part had not arrived to complete the repair and we wouldnt know if it would get delivered until their last delivery at 4pm. OK, that happens, booked in for a week later. My wife picked the vehicle up and was not happy with the scratches on the side window and door of the car that was supposed to have been buffed out as part of the quote. Daniel told my wife that he hadnt discussed the buffing with me when I took the van in for a quote. Bad customer service really, for a 10 minute buffing job.

Very quick turn around. Professional service and staff. They set the expectations of text messages for updates on the vehicle and delivered. Also, provided follow up calls. Lifetime guarantee on repairs. The repair looked like the damage never happened. Awesome service thank you Mitchell and team. Will do business again!

My experience with Bill Knight was AMAZING! I was without my vehicle for a little over a month (at no fault to Bill Knight) and Wendy made it as seamless as she possibly could. I received updates via phone constantly and the customer service was FANTASTIC! When I picked up my vehicle yesterday, it looked beautiful and also smelled fantastic! I was told when placing my car in Bill Knights Collision Repair Center the work would take 1-week and that is exactly the amount of time it took to complete the work! During the week my car was in the shop I received regular updates via text messaging and numerous courtesy calls from my Estimator Mitchell Lee. I don’t think this 5 star review will give enough justice to the great customer service I have received today from YK and Alex!I had to take in my car for a bumper fix. They had helped me in this difficult process. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and had fully explained the process very well. They were busy, but they were able to get my car done in an extraordinarily time!!! I did not expect to get my car until Monday or Tuesday since it was a Friday, but they were able to push all the procedures necessary and had all the fixes done by 4pm! I am beyond pleased with the work they have done on it! It looked amazing, like it never had a single scratch on it. In addition, they even washed my car AND vacuumed and washed my mats! I am beyond delighted with all the hard work and time they have put onto getting my bumper fixed in such an exceptional time frame. I highly recommend YK and Alex to anyone! I cant recommend this collision repair shop enough. I was in an accident the first week that I moved to Tulsa, and Bill Knight made the process of repairing my car so easy. They had it finished one day sooner than the estimate they had given me, and when I picked up my car it was detailed and clean. The repairs also look great, it seems like my car was never in an accident. All of the staff is very sincere and courteous, and I felt like they really valued my experience. Hopefully Ill never be in an accident again, but if I am, Ill definitely be taking my car here.

All staff is super friendly and works very hard to get the job done perfectly. Larry was an absolute delight to work with from the very beginning, even when we hit a few bumps in the road. It took a little longer than expected but was very satisfied with the results. The only issue was that they forgot to put my front license holder back on the bumper but after contacting them, they quickly addressed the issue and was pleased with their response. I took my truck in to be worked on and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Customer service is very important to me. I always speak up when I feel someone could have done a better job because I know everything is a leaning experience in the service industry. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and feel like Ryan Ragland actually went above and beyond keeping me informed on the progress on my vehicle. Vehicle repair is something I know nothing about. Ryan helped me understand the process and never once got annoyed with my questions. As a female, it can be very intimidating walking into an establishment centered around the auto industry (I.e. car sales, oil change, tire repair) but never once did I feel anything but curtesy and respect from every employee I encountered at Bill Knight Collision South. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet as well!

We had bought an explorer from them that had some defects that needed correcting that they took upon themselves to correct. They had it for almost a month, but we got a nice loner out of the deal. Anytime the loner needed gas they would fill it up. After getting our car back we noticed some minor issues, again they made it right and will be taking the car back until we are satisfied. Good people over there. All of our future car purchases and auto work will be done with these guys.

I love this company, they go above and beyond to help make a bad situation a better situation. My Volkswagen Touareg was in a collision and damage was done to the rear passenger door on the drivers side. It was pretty bad. I took the car to Bill Knight after some research. I was glad i went there. The door had to be replaced. They did an amazing job and it looks like it was never in a collision. I didnt give 5 star because there is a panel noise when i closed the drivers door and that wasnt there when i took it there 100% sure. Thank you for the job well done.

I recently had some work done on my car and i am very satisfied with the oitcome. No only did they do an excellent job on the repairs bit they kept me informed every step of the way. I really felt like they cared about doing a good job and making sure i was happy with my car.

Picked up my car from Bill Knight Collison today and to my surprise the shoes I had left in my trunk and a pair of apple ear pods were no where to be found. My question is why they had any business digging in my trunk? when the damage was on the front end of my car. You would think with all the money this place makes they would be able to pay their employees enough for them to afford a pair of shoes, guess not. Hopefully in the future they hire people with integrity, even so I will never give this place another dime of my money.

Avoid this place at all costs, this is the worst body shop Ive ever dealt with. The first time I picked my vehicle up it was fine for a week then stated leaking transmission fluid by the gallon (its an F250) half way to Texas on Christmas Eve. It took 7 hours for them to send me a wrecker and get me home. Then when I got the truck back again they had some shoddy repair done to the turbo piping and I requested they replace those parts (which Im guessing were a junkyard pull). Overall it took them about 3 months to get me my vehicle back. The reason I am writing this post and what really disappoints me is the fact that I was aligning my headlights and I see that they couldnt even be bothered to use the correct headlight retainers (these things cost less than a dollar) so I now have to order the correct ones in order to keep my headlights from drooping down. All in all this is the worst kind of body shop you can go to, the pair and panel work is good, but the mechanical side is terrible and they cheap out and use junkyard parts for everything they can.

Service was very efficient, especially with the repairs being covered by the other persons insurance company. Good communication regarding cost estimates, repair status, and explaining insurance procedures. Knowledgable and pleasant employees.

The work done was on damage done to my vehicle in an accident. There was excellent, continuous, online update communication with service personnel. The shop did a great job on the repair and was not ready to release my vehicle until they were satisfied that they too were happy with the work done. The car was returned to me clean. Even the interior windshield was spotless... Thank you! Im happy all the way around and would take my non-Ford vehicle back to this repair facility for work again.

This is my first online review. I had to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired. I chose this repair facility because they are certified through Farmers Insurance. They were to refinish my passenger side door. After three attempts at fixing my vehicle, I gave up on them. The job was very shoddy. There was paint running down the door, a spot with NO paint on it, and dull spots all over the door. If you value your vehicle and want it to look decent after being repaired, I would look elsewhere. There is no quality control! This was thousands of dollars wasted. You have been warned!!***UPDATE***10/26/18The issues with my Jeep were getting worse after each visit, so I ended up trading it off. No one reached out to me about the issues after my review. However, I emailed the owner and was told that, in the future, I should reach out to him sooner to resolve any issues. I attempted this by going into the main office of Bill Knight after they tried to repair my Jeep for the 3rd time in hopes of reaching someone higher up- NOTHING. With business handled like it was and the amount of money LOST, there will be no future business for me. Since the owner stated that this was UN ACCEPTABLE on his end, I suggested that they give a refund. He stated that he did not see that a refund was warranted, so I DO believe the quality of work was ACCEPTABLE on his end.
