The staff was friendly but there was a HUGE lack of communication over the phone and after a 3hr drive 1of the parts was damaged, several parts didnt get pulled for me and staff didnt seem to want to pull the parts for me while I waited. I was kinda shooed out the door. I drove 3hrs and spent $1000, and left pretty disappointed I gotta go to a different salvage yard to get the rest of my parts. This yard Would probably be ok for the locals to go to, but if your driving a hour or two to save some money, Id consider a different yard. The icing on The cake was I purchased a Red bumper over the phone, but got a brown bumper when I arrived. I wanted the red one because it was the same color as my vehicle. In closing the staff was friendly, but not very clear about condition of parts and availability of what they had. I wont be back.This company has 2 yards, 1 in Tulsa and 1 in KC, which sounds great but when you show up to pick up your parts, thats when you find out the parts they said they had in stock are actually in our other yard. Which kinda sucks to hear if you just drove very far to pick up your parts.

Had a branch fall through the sunroof on our Envoy. The dealer wanted just for the glass 499.99 plus tax. I contacted Mark at the Kansas City location. Not only did I save myself 467.00, it came as a complete assembly. Motor and all. They shipped it overnight to the Tulsa Location. They took my payment over the phone, gave me a pickup order and that was it. Easy location to find in Tulsa. They brought it out and put it in my vehicle for me. Definitely the place to go for parts. As for the glass...looks like new!

The part they sent me an item to Waco TX which was accidentally damaged on removal from a vehicle, Rodney quickly contacted me back and offered me a resolution that I was happy with. These guys are trustworthy and honest. I would use them again!

The place is a ripoff. Dont go there. Lkq is much better. I actually worked there for a while and Fread the manager refuse to give me my last check .I guess they arnt doing very well if they cant even pay a guy .

I drove from Ft Smith Arkansas to pick up a part from this Tulsa location today. I called first to confirm it was in stock and that it would be ready for me when I arrived. When I arrived you pick it up they told me that the part was at there Kansas City location. Would have been nice of them to tell me it wasnt at there location considering that I called the Tulsa location. Now I have a customer that is upset with me. Very bad business situation!

We purchased a motor from these guys. It blew within the first 5 min. We took it back had to pay more for another one that had parts missing and parts broken. When I said something to them they ignored me.i had to drive over 2 1/2 hrs to exchange the motors. The cars im working on are for a business and the longer they are down the more money it cost the company. Ill just stick to my usual companies down by me for my parts from now on. I will never do business with these guys ever again!!!!

They took a cash deposit for the core, then gave a check back for core.. they wanted to charge me a shipping fee for the parts I had purchased that they had on the lot, I asked why that was not included in the orginal price they had no explanation for that. Decision was to keep part of my deposit.. bad business practice

Midway salvage sold me an incorrect door for my car. When I took it back to exchange it. They want $200 extra for the right door. You should of sold me the correct door from the beginning.I bought CV axial, it also had holes in the boot. Luckily I my old boots were good and I switch them.Bad business guys, especially with someone who deals with (12 different dealership, and family owned).

I stumbled onto Midway Auto Parts a week ago after calling numerous salvage yards with no luck, no help. I was in search of a 2015 Subaru Forester passenger door. After contacting Jerry Cozadd not only did he locate me a door in Kansas City he found me a door with the same paint code. The door came in on time, A condition, and its almost a perfect match on color which saved me a lot of money from the paint and body shop. Couldnt be more happy. Would absolutely recommend Jerry to anyone looking for auto parts.

I will never go back to Budget Import Parts again. The guy that sold me the part said It works, we drove the car with that part in it. So, of course I fell for that trap and now Im out 56 bucks for a bad part.I know the risks of buying used, but the fact that he deliberately lied to me, and took advantage of their no refund policy, means they will never see another dollar from me. And I buy used at junkyards fairly often.Dont take their word for it, find out how to ensure the equipment is in working order BEFORE you purchase.If youre reading this, youve lost a customer, but if youre willing to make it right Im listening.

If I could give this place no stars I would, horrible service and did not want to make it right. I drove 30 minutes to pick up a part after calling and making sure they had it. Once I got there I found out they did in fact have the part but it was $70 instead of $50 and there was a core charge that he said nothing about on the phone. It was an older gentlemen and I don’t recall his name, he then told me that the $50 part was at their Kansas City store. After telling me to give him a second he told me he could only give me $5 off the core. I told him that won’t work either and to give it to me for the price we agreed on the phone ($50) or no core charge and he still refused. I ended up leaving with no parts and wasted time/gas. I usually don’t care enough to leave a bad review but that’s how bad the customer service is over at midway salvage.

They had my part but..............i ordered it & paid over the phone a week prior. When i got there, my part couldnt be found for a good 40 minutes. The lines are long & staff dont really care & seem sick of their jobs.Its located in an awful industrial & mining area as well.

Dont buy rims /wheels there if you want to replace your Bent ones, I have got two sets they were bent worse than the ones I already had ..... They did refund my money however alot of time wasted, and 75 miles drove for no reason, . They couldnt find a place to put them on a balancer and make sure before I drove to get them . But A-1 auto salvage did it for me .😁 So go there instead
