Plenty of staff and sales person was both knowledgeable and helpful. Bought an Apple Watch well done Best Buy! Stores are not cluttered like they use to be and there displays are more user friendly.

Magnolia Customers beware !!!!!!after talking with 3 employees at Best Buy today I ended up in the Prestigious Magnolia section where I found several employees hanging in a back room having fun. One came out and I asked for help. Do you guys sell an extension Cable or a wireless VR camera for a PS4 because my wife has me moving the TV above the fire place. The employee quickly responded use a USB cable. I then attempted several times to inform the employee that a USB cable would not work because the connector is proprietary to the play station. After going back and fourth the employee became dismissive and I could tell wanted to go back and hang out in the back office. I then asked for either someone more knowledgeable or a manager. He then informed me that he had been there several years and always just solved the issue with a USB cable. I informed him thats impossible and he had to be lying. He was being dismissive and really wanted me to just leave. I then offered him $1,000 to show me this USB cable that would work. Frustrated I went to the front of the store and saw the geek squad where I actually got some sort of help. Afterwards I returned to the Prestigious Magnolia section and again found half a dozen or more employees hanging in the back. I asked if hed found me that usb cable yet. He replied he didnt bother. I then informed him Id of been really mad had I bought that usb cable drove home and it not work. Another employee stood up and approached me to defuse the situation and knowing I was upset I asked him to teach his employees about the products they sell.pretty sad day when this Prestigious section of Best buy cant bother to help a grandfather hook up a PS4 for the grandkids. If they cant or wont help with the small things I wouldnt trust them with large projectsjust my opinionKen Scott

Chris from the Magnolia section did an AMAZING job from when he sold me my TV to making sure it got out of the door. We were hit with a very bad storm so I could not put my TV in the bed of the truck but it also had a hard time fitting in the back seat. Chris stayed with me even though he was off work and made sure it fit in the back before he left. Don’t know very many people today that would stick around and make sure everything was done start to finish. Thanks Chris!!
