Recently had the pleasure of making a purchase with appliance solutions. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but everywhere I looked, what I was wanting was outrageously priced or out of stock. I reached out to Appliance Solutions and had the pleasure of working with Matt at the 71st street location. I gave him all the details of what I was looking for and needing. Not only was he able to find it, but it was $500 less than Lowe’s had on their sale price (wnd it is the exact same model)! They even delivered and set up my new refrigerator with expertise! There were never any surprises or lack of communication. Through out the entire process, they kept in contact with me to let me know when they would be delivering and even after to make sure I was satisfied! Amazing customer service on their part. I highly recommend Matt and Appliance Solutions for any major appliance purchase. I will definitely shop with them again! (10 stars if it was an option!)

My mom and I along with my husband and son had just moved here to Bristow from Arizona. The house we bought was in desperate need of new appliances. There was no refrigerator. When I called Appliance Solutions Violet answered the phone. She was extremely sweet and very knowledgeable about all the products. We spoke over the course of 2 days, trying to find a refrigerator, a range and a dishwasher. Violet went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for, in her store as well as the other location. We came to this store because of the high ratings. Now we know why. We will never use anyone else for our appliance needs. Not even a week here in Oklahoma and the service we received from Violet and the staff at Appliance Solutions was the best we have ever experienced with any retailer hands down. I got a great 4th of July sales price on my fridge, and had to reschedule multiple times due to challenges closing on my house. Jay from Appliance Solutions was great, and the installer was careful and had to remove the doors to get a large refrigerator into my kitchen. He did so expertly and asked our opinion on the position of the fridge and the door adjustments. He also helped us flush the filter. A++!

Jay at appliance solutions was really Amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the product lines and helped me to select the rite product for my house. I was in and out of the store in under half an hour he worked quick and efficantly and listened to my needs and wants.

This was the best experience we have ever had. Lorena had ovens in stock and available when everywhere else said it would be August before we could get the items we were interested. Delivery crew with Christopher were top notch as well. Very professional and made the modification. 1/2” to our existing cabinet space. Cannot express how perfect this experience was. I think they have customers for life. Top Notch all the way Lorena and hang!!!!

This store on Kenosha is wonderful. Knowledgeable salespeople, no pressure and our items were in stock. We loved Chris who delivered our fridge and washer/dryer. He took the time to check our connections at the ice maker to make sure there were no leaks. We are in the market for a range and will definately buy from them when the time comes.

Horrible delivery experience. The delivery man griped the entire time. He didnt like the size of the laundry room. He started making excuses not to do the delivery from the start. He demanded that I sweep and mop in a dominant tone. He yelled at me. He told me multiple times that he wouldnt complete the delivery. Then he tried to make me get on my knees next to him to reach in the vent. I was very uncomfortable and asked him to leave several times. I will never do business with them again.

Not for sure how to answer this as the question presented stated share what a place is like right now but as far as the store is concerned it was nice and clean as usual. Jay was very knowledgeable and didnt push anything on us, let us pick what we wanted and explained the features and benefits of it. This is why I keep coming back!

We had gone to all major appliances dealers looking for a white French door refrigerator. All said they didnt have one, one place said they might try to order one. We stopped at Appliance Solutions on 41st because their website said they had one. They did, just didnt have ice in the door. Long story, the lady there was so helpful didnt try to sale us something we didnt want. We ask her to show us the nearest thing to what we wanted. We bought it. Not only was it less expensive than we had expected to spend but everyone there was great in getting us a new refrigerator the very next day. She even told the delivery guys that it was a tight squeeze to install. I will highly recommend Appliance Solutions and their service guys to everyone. Thank you all so much.

Lolo sold me a Beautiful stainless steel Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. I will never go back to Lowe’s or Home Depot to buy another appliance. I messaged her she messaged me the next morning. I called we talked about what they had in stock and how quickly they could deliver. I spent 20 minutes in the store they delivered it 48 hours later. The delivery man was late. However he was very thorough and polite. I watched him unwrap it and assemble it in my driveway. he took all of the paper waste with him. Great things take time. It was the best delivery experience I’ve ever had.

Lolo was great. I was eagerly waiting for my washer dryer. A lot of junk came from the washer. They said it was the pipe not their washers fault. But were willing to replace.The dryer stopped working yesterday. Hardly 2 weeks ...Not very happy. I have called their mobile and left several messages.Will have to go in person and sort it out.On the whole not very happy. Just talked with customer service person and he wanted to charge me for coming out or wanted me to bring it back. Returning it and never using them again.

There are lots of things that makes buying a house awesome. You know what isnt? The crushing realization that you have to pay for the instruments of your grown up version of the never ending story.This was not lost on Joey. He helped us with our concerns, and found for us the perfect washer and dryer. Listened to what was important for us and what wasnt and got us the best possible deal, and a terrific warranty that has us stress free for a few years.

We have used Appliance Solutions twice and highly recommend them! We found them through a quick Google search when shopping for a refrigerator. Anthony was very nice and helped us find exactly what we needed within our budget. We told him we would be looking for a dryer soon, so he went ahead and showed us those while we were in. I love this place. Ive been here twice, once with a friend who needed appliances and once for myself. The time with my friend was memorable enough that I was happy to try it when I needed appliances for my new house.
