Called them about a washing machine drain pump. Their price $136. Amazon with two day free shipping $23.50. The guy who I spoke with had ZERO personality. I try my best to support local but I am done with this ripoff company.

One of the workers inside was very pleasant and patient with me when I needed a replacement fan motor for my fridge. The current fan motor was a discontinued part number with no listed replacement, but he found one that would work with a simple plug rewire. Im very impressed as he went above and beyond by using rust buster to loosen the rusted bolt that held the fan in place and made sure it would mount where the original fan assembly was mounted.

Not sure what the John Newton guy below is talking about. I have been in several times and the staff is very professional and experienced. Ive never heard a curse word and they always seem to find what I need. Dont be afraid to bring your kids in. I highly recommend associated parts!

Aftermarket parts. Like pulling teeth to price match. Always so busy you end up spending at least 20 minutes in store. Way better service in town. No online website to look up prices.

Came to purchase parts to repair a dryer for a customer, wasnt sure which part I needed before seeing the dryer. An employee by the name Tyler ensured me if I bought two of the possible parts to repair the dryer, I could bring back and get a full refund for the part that wasnt the issue. I came to return the extra part and the manager told me I couldnt return something that has been plugged, which obviously to test the parts it has to be plugged in to be tested. The manager insisted he trains these employees himself and wouldnt say that. Horrible business ethic! Poorly run, and full of uneducated employees. Take your business elsewhere!

Unlike internet stores, I had my parts in hand then and there and the pricing was very close to the internet stores, I did not have to be cold one more night, that is worth a lot in my book. I will not shop anywere else. I can walk in with a random part in my hand and they will say.. Oh thats the heating coil for a Kenmore dryer made from 1990 to 1998... We have that in stock and it costs about $20 dollars Its truely amazing..I went in the other day looking for the timer for a washer because I thought mine had gone out, and they suggested I look at the lid switch instead. I looked and sure enough that was the issue and not the timer. They saved me hundereds of dollars.

Do not buy from Associated Parts! they are liers and unprofessionals. On a cold sat. my furnace went out, I called associated they had the part and said they would hold the part for me I told them I was on my way, jumped in car and hurried to store arrived 15 min. before their posted close time, the door was locked. I walked around to side of building the employees were getting in their trucks and drove around me to leave and would not even look at me.I had to buy portable heaters at Lowes to keep family warm. Found part at Lock the next monday cheaper.The next tuesday I went to Associated to talk to the manager or owner, the counter guy went in to the office and came back and said they refused to talk to me. If you want to support this kind of people with no integrity so be it, I never will.
