Great group of guys here. They are know their stuff and are quick to answer any questions you may have with all of the details rather than pointing you in a certain direction. Its nice to have a shop that you can get the info you need to make the best decisions for your given goals. They also have great prices on everything. Cant recommend enough.

Man I just want to say this was the best store experience Ive ever had. I dont know why these guys wouldnt have five Stars.They answered all my question in a way that it was simple for me to understand.This was the end result thanks to Richard my process was super fun. I look forward to build more rifles with you guys.

Good selection. However a simple silencer (not very educated on the subject on my end) question turned into... an ego battle I assume... With one of the staff who I am not sure actually worked there, but was behind the counter (looked like a hippie, dirty/unkept). My rare relaxing day in Tulsa almost turned into a ego battle to the death with as douche and a much younger/respectful employee sensed I was not getting simple questions answered and he cut in and took control of the situation and answered my simple questions. I did appreciate the younger dude taking control of the situation and being a professional, however, the damage was done and I bought my (very expensive) items NOT THERE. I will however go there again and update on customer service.

Every once in awhile a company blows my mind. These guys are awesome. I purchased a very expensive benchmade knife from another place locally about 2 years ago. Best knife ever! My pocket clip broke and I was super upset about it I was going to purchase a clip from the manufacturer but than decided to see if anyone locally will have one. Got a recommendation from several people to contact this company. I messaged them on a Sunday and they replied back pretty quick even though they weren’t open. Not only did they have the clip in stock they replaced it for free. Super nice guys and the Benchmade selection is amazing!

Fantastic group of people that work here. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Been shopping there for a few months now and won’t shop anywhere else for firearm parts. Been in there dozens of time over the last few months and have never had a bad experience with anybody working in there. They have lots of hard to find parts and are extremely competitive on pricing. I will support this local business any day of the week over online or large retailers.

Absolutely the best place for accessories and parts. Extremely knowledgeable staff and friendly, just don’t mess with the old cowboy on the back....he keeps a bat near hand. Hands down the first place I go when I need advice or work done on my weapons. I constantly recommend them over the larger and older shops specifically because of the guys who work there and the products.

Excellent staff. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I highly recommend if you’re looking for any type of firearm or if you’re looking for a knife, they have plenty of Benchmade products. I recently purchased a holster that worked great. They are usually staffed with two or more people so you will be helped quickly!

While their prices are higher than some their service is impeccable. They were very good at making recommendations and having the product in stock with out the need to order or have it shipped to the store. They even had, what I like to call, nuisance parts that were available as separate items in the store without the need to buy those ridiculous kits. I am giving this place a 5 star rating! I found them through reading reviews! I was looking for a place with a good rep and good gunsmith. I decided to send these guys an email and they were so quick to respond answering all my questions! Literally within a thirty minute response. Dropped my rifle off and they had it ready the next day! They have an awesome staff and a great selection of ar parts and tool! Also a lot of great guns! Great place and I recommend it to everyone!

Worst gun store I’ve ever been into there guns are way over price everyone that works there doesn’t know how to do there job and not to mention they were very rude to there customers!!!!!

After years on the big box store circuit, and being eyeballed in random small shops. I finally found a good local shop who are genuinely pleasant to deal without the hassle of the guy behind the counter being either an ass, or a no-nothing. The shop is a good mix of modern tactical and classic relics.Dont be discouraged by the small space, they make efficient work of the square footage in that little shop. Besides if they dont have it, they can order it in good time. I havent personlly found a more knowledgeable gun shop staff in the Tulsa area.

Went in with my Springfield 1911 that I havent been able to find a quality threaded barrel for and they knew the exact one to get! To make it even better, they overnight shipped it so I could get it soon and installed it for me to make sure it fit well! Perfect fitting barrel and perfect look! Ill definitely be going back and buying more!

Great selection, very friendly customer service even though I came in 10 minutes before their closing time they still offered help. Prices are at least $15-$25 cheaper than other places. Will be back for sure

I just picked up 2 Benchmade knives from this shop. Pretty decent deal. You wont get them cheaper online and your supporting a local business owner. There is a huge selection of Benchmade at this shop. Ill have no problem making purchases here in the future.

Charles and the rest of the Bear Beam crew are very knowledgeable when it comes to ARs. I had a critical malfunction and when the rifle and ammo manufacturers wouldnt work with me, Bear Beam Firearms was there to help me get the best parts for my money and my rifle runs better than I thought it would! This will be my go to place for my guns from now on.

This is my go to place! The prices are always in line and the device and advice is the best... Charles did all my set up on my Remington 870 as well as built me an EXCELLENT AR-15. My Benchmade folder as well as my Surefire flaslight are part of my everyday carry, for years now. All on the good advice of SHC. Theyll tell you whats right... Even if you have to get it somewhere else!
