Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional doesn’t even describe the sales lady I had the displeasure of talking to. 10/10 would recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve worked with Alro for years and never had a bad experience. The sales staff has always been courteous and worked to get things done for me, the materials are always in good condition, and their delivery schedule is amazing. The company as a whole seems to be easy to work with. I also enjoy being able to order using their online store. I highly recommend them.

I work with Caleb on a daily basis and hes great. Their quotes are easy to read and delivery is usually on time as quoted. I had a large mill order from them a few weeks back and was told 4-5 weeks to get the material and the material was delivered in 3 weeks. This made for a very happy customer and I could start fabrication a lot sooner as well. Alro as a whole needs to work on quote response time but they usually meet my needs.
