I love Walmart. Walmart always has everything I need at affordable prices. Nice and knowledgeable employees as well.

Went across many states, stopped at many Walmart. If youve been to one then you get there idea.. However this place was clean and well stocked.. workers are sweet and friendly. Products arent cheaply made either at least the items I picked up..

Was curious about the price of an item I hadnt purchased in nearly a year but highly recommend it. The information I sought after was easily found in their convenient and simple designed layout and spread.

Had a minor return... without a receipt. Customer service didnt even flinch about not having my receipt. They gave me my refund with no problem.

A new record. 28 minute wait before starting to check out. Longest wait time yet, but not by much. There were two people ahead of me. One with a normal buggy...not overloaded, and a guy with 6 rolls of tape! That was today on isle 10. Cashier was rude to boot. Going to Tullahoma from now on. Hopefully it is better.

I go in and grab a few things to keep the kids distracted from the storm and snacks. I come to the checkout lane and per the usual the employee that is tasked with watching these lines(lets call her T) is on their phone. I start to checkout and the kiosk lets me know I didnt complete the scan. Oops my bad, so now 2 ft away I look at the T who has her phone in her face and say maam three times. On the third try I get a startled looks like you missed haha and back on her phone. I wrap up my checking out pay and walk to my car.I put things away and notice Im missing the bags with the mud masks and little nails I got for my kids. So I walk in not even five minutes later, up to T and tell her what has transpired. Again, without skipping a beat that startled face because I have interrupted her phone usage for a second time. The response I get from one employee I just got here was understandable. Her response was uh I dont know, I didnt see anything. Really? Are you sure? Because I definitely thought I saw you glance my way just once.I get it, my fault for leaving the bag there. Ive just gotten off a 12 hour shift driving an additional hour in the rain, Im wiped out. Its the entire situation and how it was dealt with. Fortunately one of the other employees piped up with go check customer service. They were exceedingly helpful but could not leave their station to help sort it out. T felt as if she had satisfied her role as honorary check out watcher and about-faced out of the entire situation.I feel, and I may be wrong here, that if your job is to watch the self checkout aisles then maybe you should watch them? Its not about the loss of the bag honestly it was probably a grand total of $10, its about the pretty sad excuse of customer service T deemed worthy.

I had to wait an hour in automotive, only to find out the people in the department had gone home. Luckily for me, a young clerk from another department knew how to operate the machinery that makes keys! Thank heavens for that young lady! If I could review her and the other lady that tried to page for assistance, I would give them 5 stars! But as a store in general, I try to never visit them. Nobody is ever available to assist and one almost has to beg them to allow for items to be paid for. 1 or 2 checkouts ever open... 🤔

Walmart Lewis found down him this one though my word employees on there cell phones talking to other employees laughing cutting up talking about stuff they shouldnt... Not giving a care in a world being very unprofessional... (Stockers)

People need to smile more that work there but other than that got everything I need

This location is currently in a remodel, so it is really challenging to find some items. There have been many associates on the sales floor to help when needed. I like this location. They are very helpful, and nice at this Walmart location.

The self checkout stations are the absolute worse. The card readers are always messed up resulting in a not so quick and easy self checkout.

My understanding starting July. Bags will not be available. What l was told by cashier. I buy 300.00 dollars easy every week. I do not want to bag or buy bags. I will have to switch to other stores. I am the consumerNot employee.

Didnt have what I was looking for this time. I was trying to obtain products for my kittens and was limited ok n selection. I needed wormer which was available online but none in the store. I was disappointed.

I always go to Walmart and get supply.. its about 12 miles away.. the next place to pick up supply is about 38 to 43 miles away one way.. and I know alot of people that shops there and know a lot of people that works there too.!

Store was decent but no check outs being open really made the experience lack.

We didnt go inside. We just got drinks from the mechane outside and played Pokemon a little. We do that sometimes. The drinks are 50¢ for can come products or 75¢ for Sundrop products. A good place to catch Pokemon.

The store part was fine. But the Messed up part is we dropped car off at the Walmart Garage to get tire plugged and when we came out to get our car there was a crack in the windshield.

Well-stocked shelves. Not too busy. Mask or not is up to you.

OK so the majority of the time when I go to Sonic its for happy hour... But I have gotten my heart broken, my usual order route 44 Sun Drop with 3 extra shots of sundrop plus a large green apple slush you can take the sundrop and add it to the slush and the combination of the two have an amazing taste. But guess what Sonic did the no longer have the Apple Slush. I think I have to boycott. SONIC PLEASE BRING BACK THE APPLE SLUSH I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO COMPLAIN. JUST THE ONLY ONE TO PUT IT UP ON BLAST...

In store pickup of online order went quickly and smoothly. Items were as described and in excellent condition.

It was good everyone was very nice and helpful as always.

This Walmart is such an awesome Walmart. I really mean it when I say that the staff here is just above average nicer, friendlier and just the entire store has just something special. The attitude is good the music is different I don’t know why it is just a fantastic place I love this Walmart if I can, even when I’m 30 miles away I still go to this Walmart. Great location, great people, same products as always, but it has something extra.

Great value brand food is the cheapest around and tastes the same as name brand stuff.

Only reason for the 2 stars is because I actually like my new tires I ordered online. Wouldnt recommend using them for installation. Every tire had a different amount of air. 39lbs front left 34lbs front right 38lbs back left and 37lbs back right

Management - Clean up this store.We are not in the 80s...soap is in the cleaning aisle. Your whole store needs a facelift.Stock your shelves. Out of stock is getting ridiculous!Take better care of your employees!

Tullahoma, Tn has a great Wal mart. I wish I could say the same about Gardendale, Al. Sorry store, no management skills there.

This is one of my more favorite walmart stores. Its got a wider variety of products, an overall cleanliness, and well stocked. Ive yet to walk into this store and not leave with what my intended item to purchase was as well as a few extras. Great overall experience in retail shopping.

We enjoyed this place. Prices arent to bad. Food is worth the stay.

Really wish that when I stand in the jewelry department wanting to see jewelry that an associate would help me after 30 minutes last night and asking 2 different people I just left without getting my fiance what I wanted to get her for her birthday... self checkout is the cause of this. Hire more people

Came into the Tullahoma Walmart Sunday evening for a watch battery. Jess in jewelry was a tremendous help. She changed it out in less than two minutes. After paying and walking away, I stopped to set the time and she had already done that for me too! This is Customer Service! Thank you Jess.

Have more items in stock than Manchester and the employees are a lot more friendly. But like every other Walmart, yall need to open more registers 😂

Very clean and organized. Went to pharmacy staff and very easy to communicate with and transfer my medicine and files. And still able to get my food shopping. Along with house hold items for a person who just moved. The staff workers are very clean.

Love the Waltons always have what I need and make our shopping easier!

Usual dirty place, a lot of missing items, disheveled shelving. Employees are about as friendly as if one were heading to a protologist exam.

Always so busy but good place to get some groceries.

Most everyone is friendly and helpful but the younger associates have VERY LOUD AND VERY FOUL language which they shout very loudly in the presence of customers. This is unacceptable! Luckily my children and grandchildren werent around to hear it.

Having a disability (Multiple Sclerosis) the self check-outs can be extremely difficult. My Brother (extreme heart issues) asked to have a normal checkout (sry not sure what its actually called). Within a very short time, less then 3min and close to closing time... It was opened by a kind associate.😎

Customer Service unable to process a return from a product on their walmart.com platform. Gave me the option on the app to return it at a store. And the store cant do it because corporate isnt sending them mailing stickers for it being a 3rd party product. Thats not my problem, they should be able to take the return give me a receipt for the return and do what they need to in their own time. Their incompetence shouldnt affect me or my own time!!

It was a little bare in some areas, guess thats to be expected now. Still I was able to find what I went for easily.

They never have anything you need and one minute they carry a product and then once you get comfortable into using it then they turn around and theyre changing things again or they move things around so much you cant keep up with where things are and here lately the shelves are not staying fully stocked which I understand cove it has some to do with that but theres things that are in the back that should be put out.. And I have also noticed that the prices of their products are going up but the quality is going down.. so all in all I am actually very disappointed with Walmart I used to love coming here and now its just not a place I enjoy visiting.. but God bless all the people that work there and its nothing personal to any certain employee

. This WM is one of the better Ive visited. Relatively clean, with most all employees being helpful and courteous. Very few times have I come looking for something specific and didnt find it. Will gladly visit here again.

Once again, went for curbside pickup only to be told they had lost part of my order. It did not take them long to repick the items. Still, this is a recurring occurrence and a nuisance. The woman who told me about it and loaded my car was friendly and apologetic.

As a Walmart fan, I like the layout of this store. Each one seems to be a little different which can be frustrating when youre in a hurry. This one has a great customer service staff. Have visited a couple of times recently to return items and have always received fast, friendly service without any problems. Their electronics section is lacking though, not much to choose from.

Rude as all get out at this location. The deli people and electronics. Automotive and sporting goods still has a modicum of customer service.

The shelves are empty most of the time and to get assistance there is like pulling teeth with out Novacaine.

Among the worst Walmarts I have ever been too which says a lot. They have no selection, they cant keep there shelves full. They dont have any name brands at all. They need to replace their store Managment.
