Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure. The stores smell fresh and clean. The produce is displayed well and usually very fresh. The employees/owners are always friendly and ready to help any way they can. Definitely my favorite place to shop for groceries.
I have always loved publix. There isnt any publix close to me. So when I have the chance to be around one I try to go. This publix was very nice. I would absolutely recommend this store to everyone.

I love Publix, and this is a great store! Employees are friendly and so helpful. My only concern is that I received two boxes of frozen hamburger patties that had been clearly damaged and re-taped and put on a shelf to be sold. I received these items on separate days, even after reporting the first incident. Instacart refunded my purchases, but why did these items make it or remain on the shelf?

Bought a birthday cake. It was frozen. They didnt have a marble cakes with the whipped icing. None of the big cakes had it. Only a small round cake offered the whipped and it would have been too small. Ill order next time, just what I want.

I like Publix... employees are cheerful&smiling. You can get some great deals, especially when they have BOGO. I recently went to Publix and they were out of item I wanted....so I went to Service desk and was told they stopped giving rainchecks. Im not happy with no r.chks😕. Before anyone says anything about pandemic or anything of the sort...Ill let you know the other two grocery stores are 🤷🏽♀️ Ill still go to Publix but Im guessing not as much.

Did not love the rotten fish that was served to me. Paid 14 dollars per lb too. Went straight home and was greeted by the absolute worst smell Ive ever experienced. I know Cod. That was rotten.Ive gotten a few food items from here lately that were moldy/rotten. Other than that.. love publix.

I went to have a custom cake made for a birthday party and they told me they could make the cake but not with my idea on it do to copyright reason but they sell you story, minute mouse cakes, star wars cakes and they copyright so whats the difference now my person gonna be sad cause they cant have there birthday cake they wanted . Thats the cake I wanted.

Great produce. Lots of sales around the store. A little higher priced on some things than the super store, but this store is well stocked and has a much more complete variety of products. Great seafood department as well.

Living in a food desert this is my only option. Organic produce is NOT impressive. Also Everytime i walk in there with my tattoos exposed this lady seeks me out to touch them and ask me all about them. Idk if he has amnesia but its frustrating because its every time and she doesnt ask if she can touch me. I wish I could shop somewhere else. Two stars because at least their vegan section is improving

For moving back to Tullahoma, this was a nice surprise. Ive always loved the Publix stores Ive shopped at when I was in Florida long ago. Theres a decent selection of organic items in this store, which I prefer and their fried chicken is far better than Champys in Murfreesboro (sad when you think of it). Im giving 4 stars because there was a teen in the store who was working dairy who couldnt care less about assisting me find an item today. His excuse was, I wouldnt know about that section. I dont condone laziness and I feel that in any business, it should be addressed and mitigated. Age is a non-excuse. Take pride in your job and excel at it. Aside from that, the workers here are friendly and the store is clean.
They allow customers to enter without a mask not just children. Please tell employees to give customers distance while they are shopping! One blonde lady squeezed past me to pick coupons cards out on the aisle. Please wait for me if Im trying to find something before reaching around me during a pandemic. Another guy was rotating product and pulling items to the front right in front of me while I needed 3 different things I had to wait on him to move. He noticed me but was in my way constantly, persistent on organizing items I was walking to. I dont see why you cant move to another aisle or away as a customer is obviously looking through you to look for items. Distance for covid sake and move out of the way because you are not made of glass, ty.

When they first opened they had most foods as the other Publix in other states and it was great. Now, because Im sure they were losing money, they have cut 50% of the healthy and/or organic foods to support the county.It is very disappointing and most likey I wont be shopping here any more. 🥺

As usual Publix was very clean. Staff greeted me as came in. The staff make the place. They are ALWAYS polite, professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help any time. Really cant beat the BOGO sales anywhere else.
They have the absolute best bakery Ive ever seen from bread to cookies cupcakes cakes Donuts anything you can think of you need from a full Bakery they have it love it

I love everything about this new Publix at Tullahoma. Always super clean and smiling, friendly and welcoming employees make the shopping experience wonderful. Little bit expensive (I am willing to pay few extra bucks), but you feel welcome and treated as valued customer. Always great produce and amazing deals.Shopping here is really a pleasure (even for brown people). You must visit Publix for out of world customer service!
