Armad, I greatly appreciate every you did for me. On 3.26.21 on Friday I went in not really expecting to purchase a new bike, he answered all my questions didnt try selling me something he knew I couldnt handle. He helped me to point out 2 bikes he ran my credit for the Ninja 650 I didnt have to put anything down on it. He and his team serviced my bike and road it to my house when he closed Friday.He.took the time with me to purchase couple mods that I wanted on it immediately. I will most definitely be coming back thank you sir you helped me get me on 2 wheels I love the bike!!!

Overall, my experience with this shop has been excellent! Friendly folks who take the time to remember you (what a great small town feel!), deal with you honestly, and provide great service. Ive been to the other local Kawasaki shop and it just does not have the same feel to it - goes to show you, its the people that make the difference!

Great service and customer care. Selection is small but they can order anything you want. Shop is small but they take care of you well worth the drive. Ive been to ti bigger shops in Fresno and Bakersfield and got treated horribly this place makes treats you like family.

Horrible experience, the staff is very rude over $40. on a $4k deal they literally told us to take our business elsewhere in about 30 seconds.All we asked is that we dont pay for a sticker set they put on the bike that we didnt ask for and they gave us the worst attitude. I was beside myself at the way the salesmen spoke to us.We came in with all cash and knew what we wanted before we arrived. In the ad the bike didnt have the stickers and showed a price, when we arrived the stickers were on and the price changed. Bait and switch in my opinion but they claimed not.We sucked it up and purchased anyway since we went all the way there and we are not that petty but wanted the world to know they are very rude and dont believe what the ad says make sure you make them say the exact total price before you arrive!Also, they kept us there for hours by talking to many other people and walking away from us while doing our paper work. Why are you taking care of other people while I sit here waiting to pay? Another example of how rude they were it was a bad experience.Best of luck with these guys, they are not a good group

I have bought several motorcycle over the years and they were best shop I have delt with. They are very nice people to deal with and were very nice to my daughter. I like that they are a small family owned shop and I will definitely shop with them again.

Not a bad place they dont have too many varieties on Parts there example like aftermarket Mufflers maybe you can order it but most of all they do have parts that you need to fix it and they can order it if they dont have it there in the shop drawback I believe is face you have other varieties apart theyre displaying and have some social events once in a while I guess

First I went to the Kawasaki dealership in visalia. They were rude, bad customer service(older lady), over priced bikes, seems like they dont care whether or not I bought a bike from them. So I just got out of there never going back.Then I came to this place. They were nice, friendly, good price on bikes, fast process. A little family own business. Bought my first bike here no regrets. They even delivered to my house(if you live locally) and gave me a free helmet! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Check it out guys!

Had a hard time getting financed for my first bike as I am a new rider.. Armen was dedicated to get me out on the road on two wheels and soon enough I drove off on my 2017 kawasaki z650. Great customer service, and very affordable prices.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I purcased a new quad from them 2 years back and always felt like I paid to much but I enjoy the bike. Recently the battery needed replacing so I headed down to see them. I purchased my battery ($137.21 with tax) was on my way. Got home and was checking some things on amazon and to my surprise I see that exact battery on Amazon for $42.50 free 2 day shipping to my door. What a rip off, get your parts delivered these guys jack up prices way to much.They didnt have anyone beside me in the dealership at that moment but the phone rang a few times and each time they spent like 5 min or so taking care of the person on the phone and making me just stand there. I could have ordered this in 2 min from home for less than half the price and thats not including my time and gas.

I usually shop at the other shop but i thought i would give this one a chance, the guy at the counter i could barely understand and i caught him looking down my daughters shirt while we were trying to buy her first motorcyle. The store was dirty and i witnessed a cockroach coming from the back.
