I was on Vacation in CA and went in to get some Harry Potter Slytherin Vans. The girl told me they didnt have my size and she could have them shipped to me in VA. Okay great, plugged in my address she said I was all set and they would be shipped to me. Its been almost a week and my status for shipment hadnt changed on the site so I called customer service. Come to find out, its being shipped to this store and Im all the way back in VA and cant do anything about it. I now have to wait for them to get to the store and then they are supposed to send them to me. I have to rely on this store and the call center to work together to get them to me which is absolutely ridiculous. If the process had been done right the first time, I wouldnt have to wait so freaking long for my damn shoes.EDIT: the store and the customer service center were able to rectify the issue and sent me the shoes, I received them yesterday. I appreciate the fact that they did exactly what they said they would do to fix the problem.
