I had the best service from here. I had just gotten off a graveyard shift and as soon as I walked in everyone was smiling greeting me offering me beverages and it was just so relieving to walk into an establishment where everyone was so amazingly nice!! They kept me posted on what was going on with my car and answered all my questions! I got called back into work and were so amazing about me being in a hurry!! This shop is incredible. We’re on the road traveling to Sequoia and hit a piece of metal that damages the splash shield and leaves it hanging&touching the road. We stop by the shop when they just open and they’re nice to take us right away. In less than 20 minutes, it’s fixed. They’re not only kind and efficient but also do not charge us anything. I understand it may be something small but others could have charged us something especially we’re traveling. They are highly appreciated and recommended. I don’t know your name but thank you so much.

I went in here with high expectations of this place and they do have fantastic customer service but a friendly voice and smile will only go so far when they can’t get the job done right. I took my vehicle in for quite a few different services one of them being the A/C, I’m told I’ll get my vehicle back in 2 days at the most, I didn’t get it back until 9 days later and they told me they had someone test drive my vehicle to confirm that everything was working properly which I don’t see how that is when my front driver side wheel would lock up so bad my vehicle would get stuck the A/C would blow out hot air and the air wouldn’t even come out of the right vents it would come out of the defroster and the floor vents instead so I take it back to Frank’s to get them fixed and when I get it back for the second time the A/C is still not working properly and the wheel is making a grinding noise, but good thing they told me that everything I paid for is insured for 3 years or 36,000 miles which ever comes first but that was also a lie with speaking to the owner Andy himself he tells me something completely different and that not everything is covered unless I spend more money which I had already paid them $6,378.39. He also told me that his shop is not the problem for what happened to my vehicle, but ever since they worked on it My vehicle has not been the same it’s been worse. The solution Andy and I came up with was for me to send it to another shop how nice right? WRONG AGAIN!!!! He wants to send his insurance guy out there to make sure that The new shop I send it to is wrong so that way he doesn’t have to be responsible for fixing anything regardless, I actually asked Andy if that was why he wanted to send his insurance guy out there and he stayed quiet for about a full minute until he finally said well I don’t know how to answer that and I told him yeah I know you don’t it’s because you don’t know how to take responsibility for anything. I Also had the expense of renting out a vehicle for the entire time as well which costed me an additional $1,900. I got my vehicle back with more problems than it went in with and had a total expense of $8,278.39 just to get told too bad so sad this is how the world works. To some people in the community Andy might be a stellar guy but to me he’s no more than a crook with a smile.Yes Andy there is two sides to every story it just sucks that no matter how you word yours you can’t weasel your way out of this one either way because you couldn’t even answer any of my questions over the phone which is why you got so awkwardly silent so many times during our numerous conversations but I won’t go there either. Also the mixed up communication from everyone was no help at all and your constant famous,” I don’t know where the mix up in communication happened” line is getting extremely old so there’s no point of calling you on the phone especially when you tell me there’s nothing more you can do and that’s just the way the world is. So when your ready to right your wrong and truly help me give me a call you have my number

I love how communicative Andy is and he was always going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They hunted over and over till they found the cause of the problem my kia was having and I cant say thank you enough for making a stressful situation a little easier on my end. Ill definitely be returning if any other problems come up! (But hopefully not any time soon)

Everyone was super polite. I checked out a few mechanics in the area and chose franks for their exceptional customer service. They kept me up do date on everything they were doing to my car, made recommendations. They offered me coffee or water and even asked if I needed a ride home. Cesar and Andy were great. I have decided that it doesnt make a lot of sense to buy a new car when you can keep getting the old ones fixed. I do spend money on repairs but i havent had a car payment in over 10 years. These guys continue to fix our 3 family cars. This time was a major engine replacement!! The mechanics are wizards and Andy stands behind their work. Why would you deal with 12 car payments a year when you can pay the equivalent of 2-3 payments in maintenance and repairs? Autos are horrible investments, let these guys keep fixing your old paid off vehicle. The service is outstanding, and they make sure you aware of what is being fixed and why. Ive been a customer of Franks Auto for 7 years and have no reason to buy a new car or go anywhere else. Great work fellas!

Im 30, female, I dont know an enormous amount about cars. My dad was a mechanic and did absolutely all of my car maintenance. Now in his older age he cant do very much. I was loathe to go to a car shop and after a few bad experiences elsewhere, I found Franks. Not only is their customer service above and beyond, they are professional and I trust them completely. I once went in with my old car and said I dont know whats wrong with it, but Ill pay to have it fixed. maybe not a smart move on my part but only something minor ended up being messed up; they could have ripped me off but they didnt. I paid for the diagnostic, they fixed what was wrong, and all was great. Their text message and email service is great and I have also used their shuttle service once and that was great too. I love Franks Automotive, it costs a little bit more but its worth every penny, you get what you pay for.

The service at this place is definitely one of, if not the best in town. Needed a water pump replaced and I wanted it done right, and well the guys here know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Aside from replacing the water pump the best part is they always offer you something to drink and have a shuttle service that takes you to and from your home if you need the ride while yours is in their shop. This company has a great team of employees, even the shuttle driver. I have been using them for 99 percent of my auto repair needs for almost three years now. The other one percent is with Jeep dealership as I am able to get free oil changes. Frank’s automotive is by far the best ever! I’ve always taken my Land Rover to the dealership and I’ve realized I could have saved lots of money! Land Rover couldn’t fix an issue I had with my mirrors and I was told it was my settings and I took it to Frank’s and they figured it out replaced my door sensors and now my mirrors tuck in! Took my vehicle in for various issues and I was pleased with everything they did! Always kept me informed and updated and they were all so very courteous and professional! Franks Automotive is a class act. Their staff is friendly and professional, as well as knowledgable and attentive. I took my Jeep Patriot in this week due a rumbling and a check engine light that was on. Frank’s was able to do a complimentary diagnostic and further testing to help find the problem. They sent video and photos of what they found to be concerning with the Jeep and made recommendations as to what could be done. They stayed in constant communication with me during the process and did not do anything until it was approved by me. The customer and auto service was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning to this trusted team in the future.

Service was exceptional as always. I really appreciated that Franks provided a ride home when I dropped off my GMC. Other places took that offer away. I wore a mask. I felt safe. It was convenient. I always refer friends and family to Franks. I had trouble with my transmission. I called around and was referred by other mechanics who specialize in transmission work. Everyone here at Franks Automotive are some of the friendliest of auto techs I have ever come across!Ive heard some rattling noise under my 2014 Mustang and called them up to get it checked out. I love Franks! I have been going here for a few years and I have never been disappointed with their service. The staff are some of the friendliest people around, they always greet you with a smile and a handshake and ask how your doing. One of the things I appreciate the most is how they always explain everything in a way thats easy to understand. For someone like me who doesnt know much about engines, thats a big plus. I have had bad experience with other shops but never Franks. My car was driving on borrowed time when I first took it in and now is in excellent condition thanks to them. I will never take my car anywhere else, they are the only ones I trust to take care of anything and everything I may need. Too expensive for the horrible work

I used to get repairs at another facility in town but when some of their more seasoned staff retired te quality and honesty was lacking. I was reffered to Franks by one of the seasoned employees for other repairs not performed by my previous mechanics and returned. The experience reminded me of what honest business was like. While I miss the lower prices at my previous facility, honest work for a ok price is a trade off I will gladly accept.

At Frank’s, I’m always treated like a VIP, then I realized that’s how they treat everyone. They get to the source of the problem, communicate with me, and pick up and deliver my vehicle. It’s top notch service that keeps me going back when my vehicles need anything. I highly recommend Frank’s Automotive for your automotive needs!

My son went to several places, and was told he had to replace his catalytic converter, it would be over $1000. Franks fully inspected his car, turned out it wasnt the catalytic converter. Franks saved him over 500. They are very thorough, and honest. I highly recommend franks.

I had an A/C problem, I contacted Frank’s Automotive and was able to confirm my appointment by phone with Alex, a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. I was impressed by the outside appearance of the shop, very clean, neat, and organized. I couldn’t really see too much of the inside because of Covid-19 restrictions, but what I could see appeared to be the same. They were able to diagnose the problems in a timely manner, and keep me posted on the status of their progress, via emails, texts, and phone conversations. The online link they have is very easy to understand,Yes, very user friendly to interact with. I was notified when my car was ready to be picked up and it was waiting out front for me when I got there. I received an invoice via email, and was able to prepay touchlessly. A few days later I was contact by Andy the Technician, to make sure the A/C was still working satisfactorily, and Yes it is operating better than ever. Frank’s did a Fantastic job on my vehicle, and I would highly recommended them to anyone who appreciates quality repairs and service.

I recently had to bring in my car from what appeared to be a dead battery over the weekend and taking it to another location did not provide me with great service. Franks automotive personnel were very friendly and let me know that they would get to my car as soon as they were able. They did not get to it that day but the morning after they diagnosed the problem to a dead battery and had it running again in a few hours. They communicated with me every step of the way and their shuttle service was great to use when I needed to get back to work. Great to have this level of customer service when I need to come with them in a time of frustration with my vehicle.

I was totally impressed with the friendly, kind, and courteous way that Iwas treated from the moment I stepped into this shop. This was my first time in this shop, and I was hoping that I had found a place that was trustworthy. The shop was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere due to the friendly, pleasant staff working there. Each one that wasnt busy introduced themselves and shook my hand with sincerity.I was given a ride home, and they even picked me up when my car was ready! My car received a very detailed check-up and I was given a paper that listed the results of what they had found. My car is old, so there are quite a few things that need attention, but nobody tried to pressure or advise me on what to do. Only after I asked their opinion, did they advise me on what I should fix first.Im very pleased with the repair done on my car! I was suggested taking my Honda for AC repair at franks automotive and Im extremely happy I did! I have never received such great customer service anywhere else they do not covid19 stop them from their amazing customer service I was informed with updates via text and emails and pictures of exact step by step of what was going on with my vehicle and was notified within a couple hours that my vehicle was ready for pick up.. The price was very affordable and even recieved a complimentary hand sanitizer. Our Ford diesel pick up broke down in the uhaul parking lot! We were there to rent a truck for our impending move out of state. Franks sent a tow truck and got busy. It was a somewhat costly fix as are most vehicle repairs, but their level of professionalism, and their sincere concern for our predicament really impressed us. During the long move the truck acted up again but made the trip. Franks hooked us up with a mechanic in our new home town to check it out. Turned out to be an issue unrelated to the repairs they had done, but they did not hesitate to help us figure it out. Caesar is awesome! You all are awesome! Like most people I don’t like taking my truck to the shop but when it’s unavoidable I call Andy at Franks Automotive. They always take great care of me and my vehicles. When it’s fixed...it’s fixed.
