Not open, no sign, cant tell if its actually open or unpredictable hours

March 18, 2021 I came inside the store 7:54 p.m. and the cashier told me we close we cannot sell to you to anything and theres a customer his selling stuff and I was behind on the line and I dont know why

Staff is very knowledgeable. They do take the time to help and guide you to what you are looking for.

Dude behind counter wasnt pushy or steering me towards any products, I knew what I wanted and he helped me choose flavors Id like

I know the supplements are working when I keep forgetting to take them because I feel so good! MSM and Omega-3.

This GNC in south center mall is friendly and everyone just comes off very professional, and thats awesome. If I could scale this (1-10) I give it a 9.. only because 10 doesnt exist. For those fitness freaks GO!

The product is excellent. Ive been using it for decades since 1999. Service was excellent until what happen today. Im a tourist checked in at Double Tree Hilton Seattle. Im travelling for business conference. Today I went to Westfield for a quick shopping and the last one I almost forget is to buy supplements in GNC. So I quickly bought my vitamins (on a rush and the crew who was on duty at about 4:30pm showed me an attitude because I do not want to give my email address. He was asking me so many questions and I told him Hotel Shuttle is waiting for me outside. Then he was annoyed and became rude. I gave a cash of US$100 and he said he doesnt have change.Im a customer and it is my preferance on how I wanted to pay. I always pay in cash and Its $16.99 only. Then I told him why they dont have changed for a $100 bill and he was rude telling me because they are not a bank. I really felt offended talking to me like this infront of his colleague. His name is Jonathan and this kind of crew should not be tolerated in talking to customers like this. It is unacceptable. Service was really bad.I would really appreciate if somebody can bring this up into attention.

Went there Saturday 11/6/21 around 4-5pm the guy who worked there, didn’t catch his name he a was a tall fella. But besides the point he was super helpful with finding the things I needed and very polite.

The goods are complete, the service attitude is good, and the price is lower than Hong Kong
