These guys are great! I had a problem with a noisy belt on my Freightliner that has a C15 Cat motor so I called these guys and spoke with Lori in the service department. She got me right in for an appointment with Dave out in the shop. Of course after driving it on the freeway for an hour, it was quiet as could be when I got there. In fact, we couldnt get the P.O.S. to squeak at at all. Dave went ahead and pulled the belt off, checked the belts, idler pulleys and belt tensioners and everything looked fine. He said I should get a different type of belt and see if that cured the problem. Dave and Lori were both very helpful and I will definitely have them service my vehicle form now on.

Took awhile to get service very busy Truck / Marine engine shop - only genuine CAT parts used here followed by CAT warranty parts and labor up to a year. Lloyd service department got a look at my codes changed parameters and gave me a printout copy no charge awesome guy.

If you dare own a overpriced Caterpillar engine, then this is the place to spend any of your saved money on overpriced parts.
