Collection of shoes are nice but wayyy overpriced. I can get a shoe for 130 online that goes for 240 there. Workers are also nice but the return/exchange policy is weird. They let people try on 1 of the shoes (other is wrapped in plastic until you buy) but when u come to exchange it they say its used. Of course 1 of the shoes is used. 14 other people have probably tried it on and walked around the store with it. When you return it theres a 30% restocking fee so if u buy a 240 dollar shoes get like 70 back.

Way to over priced. I have no clue why anyone would buy from these guys when you could save $100-$200 or even more online. They wanted $340 for a pair of dunks that go for $250. Heard they sell off fakes and don’t take returns and charge huge restocking fees. Very shady.

Very expensive/ would never go back here. Bought one pair of red retro Jordan’s for &125. 00 because my son really wanted them. We waited awhile to get help and when we did the guy put the shoe on the counter and left WTH another employee came over and rang us up.

Whoever the guy is who works here and walks around the store wearing no mask is mad disrespectful to those who are walking in ready to spend money and are expecting a safe experience. Never going back as the clearly could care less about anybody walking into the store, get your s*** together .

I like the collection of shoes they have specifically jordans like anything you wont get from other shoes stores you wont get in Seattle. Even though the pricing might be high.

Customer service was horrible. We were waiting for an hour after the store was supposed to already be open. Then the guy was on his phone the entire time. Never going back to that place again!! Horrible experience/atmosphere!

I bought a pair of Homage to Home Jordan 1s and the employee told me they were only worn a-couple times. I take them home and see that the shoe lace is ripped. I also notice that there were red flags and that they might be fake but I wasn’t sure so I took them to another store and they said they were fake. Don’t shop here! They sell fakes and lie about the condition of the shoes!

I had a great experience. Prices are competitive and selection is pretty awesome. Paid the same price as online but got a chance to try them on which is a nice for finding the right fit. Staff was helpful

Staff is rude and they overprice their sneakers, they fr put up mochas for close to $700 when Markets around $500.

Best place to go sell a pair of shoes. Never had a problem with them. They always take care of me when Im there. Good customer service. Doesnt matter how youre dressed theyll take care of you. So you all can disregard those bad reviews saying things like that.

Way to over priced

Returned a pair of 11s and they took my restocking fee (which I already was aware of) but they also kept the sales tax that I paid for. So the shoe was 280 and they only refunded me 160. That isn’t right and on the shady side. Don’t shop here.

Sells reasonable priced items and gets it all legit. For some you, you might ask “if these items are all ds, then why do some show obvious usage?”. I asked the employees about this, and they said if there is a sticker on the tag, then it means it was used. They were quite friendly to me and I hope that this review helps other’s find their desired item.

Customer service is utter trash. I just literally got off the phone with someone who seemed to have the manners and comprehension skills of a fifth grader. Unfortunatley I lost 5 minutes of my life I will never get back. I also lost an additional minute of my life writing this review, but the consolation to that is I may be able to save others the trouble. RUN!

This place has some serious heat for shoes. The owners dope and super nice if you need help with anything. Get your paper up if you’re complaining about the prices.

I come from Vegas, so i’ve been to shops like Urban Necessities and Magnolia Park, which are quite similar. What seperates them from this shop is that their Customer Service is great. They are interactive, and they help you when you ask to try on shoes. This store’s staff is incredibly rude. They are not very helpful at all. Its like they act like they are better than you. Its all the hype. Just because you got yeezys and supreme don’t mean you can act rude. Not shopping here again.

Idk half of the shoes are real, like the 11’s but I’m pretty sure all of the yeezys, any size were fake, everything overpriced, and some “deadstock” turtle doves had obvious signed of ware. Not gonna lie the more exclusive shoes like the Cactus Jack 4’s in the window seemed authentic but I wasn’t allowed to get a better look.

Do NOT support this store! I went school shopping here with my son, and was asked to leave because I “didn’t look like I could afford anything in the store.” I was in shock - nobody should ever be treated in such a judgmental and hurtful way.

Staff is very rude to you. No greeting when you walk in. Staff is very uninterested in their customers. Compared to a lot of other sneaker stores in the mall, this is at the bottom.
