Came to this location on a Saturday and the store was closed at 6:30 pm and states there are open until 9:30pm. I really wish the operation hours was up to date. Pretty inconvenient.
Poor service..I walked thru the whole store looked at everything and saw two ladies chatting away one named Jessica..non came to say hi or offer any help. I walked in to purchase two bags one that could fit my surface pro and another small bag along with a watch for my daughter. I felt as if their service at this location is based the profile of the person. I am hispanic and my family was with me and we were all ignored. I shop often at Michael Kors stores and love to keep up to date on new styles. To bad this store does not serve all customer the same.

I went in needing to purchase a gift for my friend. Little young lady helped me out. She was really helpful. The price of the item was $118. But when we got to the register to ring up the item it rang almost half off the original price. It was like winning the lotto!! Lol great visit, great customer service 😁😁😁

I purchased a wallet online with store pick up. I had bought a purse online but didnt realize how small it was until it was delivered. The MK wallet I had wouldnt fit so I decided to purchase a new wallet online. I wanted store delivery to be sure the new wallet would fit in my tiny new purse. If not, I planned to return both items. The salesperson was quick to help and super friendly. She let me make sure the wallet fit in the purse and made sure I was satisfied. She also offered to toss the shipping box I brought the purse in. Ive seen really bad reviews about returns so Im glad I didnt end up needing to return anything but my visit was positive and Ill shop there again.
Terrible, terrible customer service from the store and the company as a whole.I did an online order and opted to do in-store pickup at this location. When I picked up the item I was not given a receipt or anything and was told since I ordered online it would be emailed to me. It wasnt.Fast forward a few weeks (the item was a gift and was purchased during the holidays so it qualified for their extended return policy) I went back to the Southcenter location where I originally picked up the item. While standing in line waiting for the next available cashier one of the associates approached me to inquire about what I needed. I explained I had done an online order with in-store pickup and needed to make a return. I had only received emails with my order confirmation numbers and had never received an actual receipt. The sales associate then stated that I couldnt do an online return in the store without a receipt. I then explained when I picked it up in the store (their store) they didnt give me a receipt and I only had order confirmations (which most places can use to look up orders). The associate then told me that I would have to call customer service to get a receipt and that there was nothing she go do for me without a receipt. When I inquired about the order confirmation number she told me that the online system works differently than the one in the store and it wasnt like they got the money from me ordering online anyways.As soon as I walked out of the store I called customer service and when I explained the situation to them was told that they store should have been able to look up the order by my confirmation number and they didnt know why they said they couldnt. They then said they would send me a prepaid label and apologized for the interaction but I should have the label in 2 days.2 days later I get an email from customer service apologizing for my issue with my product with a detailed explanation to their return policy. The email then stated I should put my packing list in the box and use the prepaid label that was provided to me when I received my order. Since I picked up my order in store I didnt receive any of those things and I explained that to the person I originally spoke to on the phone. I then replied to the customer service email and have not heard anything since.So long story short I still have not been able to return my item and have gotten the run around from the store and their customer service team.If I could leave zero stars I would and I will never buy another MK item again.

I called on the phone, because I wanted to confirm that there was hunger shirts available in S & M. Was told there was lots available in every size. Drove to south center from Des Moines, only had large and medium left. Really disappointing. I could have ordered them online from the comfort of my own home had I been probably informed on their remaining sizes.

No stars! Worst customer service experience trying to return a purse and wallet at this location. I came in with a gift receipt trying to make a full return and was turned down stating they needed an original receipt or credit card. Came back a week later with the credit card and was told now that I need the original receipt to make a full refund return. Mind you this was not what the gal had told me to begin with. I take a trip and have my husband give me the original receipt to make the return the same day only to be turned down once again for not having a “dust” bag!! No where on the receipt does it state you need this bag to make a full refund return. This store sure makes any excuse to make sure they don’t have returns when customers don’t want to exchange. Way to take care of your customers SC Micheal Kors sales associates.I called the original store (Tacoma location)where my husband purchased the bags and spoke to the manager there. She (Daniel) was very understanding and said they should be able to make the return even without this dust bag. SC Store manager completely denied me. Point. Period blank!..Mind you, the items are in there original condition and have absolutely nothing wrong with them. I’m 8 months pregnant and don’t want to make the trip to Tacoma from where I live to have to make a simple return. I’m furious that they make it so difficult to return an item and don’t make it clear from the get go what you need to return. I would understand if I’m being shady or if the item is damaged or something, but it’s not. I’m amazed that this location is even open after such poor customer service. This was a significant transaction and I did not need to go to all these lengths to make a simple return.Thanks to the Tacoma manager, Daniel, I was able to finally get the return. She will be mailing them their stupid “dust” bag. 4-6 weeks later I will get my check since it was a cash transaction.MK I will not be returning to this store ever again and believe me when I say I will spread the word.

Had a great experience at this store recently, Lizzie was quick to greet me and she spent the time to understand what I needed for my GF, never felt pressured and she was patient as I figured what I wanted to buy, highly recommend you ask for Lizzie if you go here, you won’t be disappointed!
I will miss this place so much. My daughters and me would come here frequently and take a look at what was new the staff is great. They are always happy to help and answer any questions we spend so much time talking and it feels like we are just chatting it up with some of our girlfriends.I had a problem with one of the shoes that I have purchased and the manager took care of it no questions asked. I have moved away from the area and and that is the only reason that I will not be returning. I even had one of the staff members send me a thank you card out of nowhere which I thought was such a sweet sentiment. Thank you for all the fun times guys :)
Worst customer service ever! At 6:30pm on a Friday night they tell me they dont have any cash to do a return for $108.00. I would have done an exchange if the sales agent would have shown some interest in the boots I found online but she was too busy looking for her next commission. Horrible and rude staff.
First time going in there and the sales ladies were awesome ! Beautiful! Nice and genuine, one of the ladies wore a really nice outfit she was looking gorgeous will definitely go back there again
Worst experience ever, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store again. Bought some shoes Monday March 19th, they gave me the shoes in the box, I got home and tried them on but they were a little big, I couldn’t go back right away and waited until today, March 25. I got in and told the first girl I saw that I just needed to exchange them. She said sure and asked what size I needed. Another lady- Shanna or shawna, she said she was the manager- came over and opened the box and looked at the shoes, she immediately accused me of wearing the shoes because the bottoms were a little dirty. I did NOT wear the shoes out ever, all I did was try them on and put them back in the box. She refused to let me return them. All of the shoes that were on display were dirtier than the ones I had because people try them on. I doubt I was the only one that tried the shoes I bought on. We’ve had similar problems with this same store and same person before but it’s the closest so we come back.... not anymore. She always has a reason to not let you return something. We later called the store to complain, she picked up and we asked to speak to the supervisor and she hung up. So we called again and a different person answered. She said that they always make sure that the customer checks the items well before they are bought. That is a huge lie. They usually just give you the item and then check you out.

Very rude and disrespectful salesperson. We spent half an hour choosing the right fit and when we were paying one of the saleswoman told us that theres another buyer for that same item (the item we had it for half an hour and with no sold sign). This is very offensive and rude and wont work in the competitive market.
Worse experience I had ever.Rude salesperson and they dont care about the customer.The important thing is to sell you the stuff you wanna it.If you dont like it and want to return it back, they will not accept the return .They will tell you to go and read the policy.I am a Coach customer and I used to buy all I need from them.I had my plenty of bags and sunglasses and boots from Coach .I love them and like the quality, but rhis time I decided to try the Michael kors handbags.I was looking for a little black bag and I found one in the store but, it wasnt the perfect one for me .I decided to try it and keep it .Then I saw on their website a different one and I went to exchange it, I added more money to get the other one .Unfortunately the second bag wasnt made of good leather .I liked the style but I didnt like the leather .So I went back to the store to return it.They just refused and said it is the policy that no return on clearance.We read the whole page and we didnt find the policy return of sale item .One of the salesperson said it was on clearance and we dont return them .But the bag wasnt on final clearance. It was on sale .We spent half an hour talking with them, she called the manager and the same thing . The manager told her the same thing .They refused to return the bag and I didnt like it. I wanted my money back to get a really good bag .This was the first time that I got something from Michael kors and it wasnt a good switch. I just kept the old bag because the leather was better than the saffiano one .I wasnt satisfied with it as with the whole experience. The girls arent nice they were so mean especially the manager.She acts like that she is the manager of a famous engineering company, while she is just a salesperson.
