The staff was very helpful. Knowledgeable of all their products. They even didnt get upset that I came in at 0845 knowing they close at 9pm. I apologized about it a few times and they all just said dont worry about it and continued to help me and answer my questions.

I paid $54.00, to have a garland balloon set, of 158 balloons blown-up, and that wasnt even remotely what we received. This location is Always out of supplies, or, it doesnt have it all together.. If youve the time, the one in Covington is where I normally go. I was just trying to save some time. I will not make that mistake again. I do however wish them the best...

Friendly sales people. Had just what I needed for a special Birthday Party. :)

As this is my Birthday Week, I purchased my customary balloons to get myself into a festive mood. The EPIC GAMER balloons and horns I purchased are already in being put to use and I LOVE THEM. I could not of wanted anymore from this purchase.Last year I purchased those weak rubber balloons and they would be deflated 1/2 the way into my BIRTHDAY WEEK, so these balloons will last me the whole week.I look forward to purchasing more next year.

I really like this store. Its huge and has alot of selection. The staff are very nice, and they work hard.

When I was ready to checkout, there were 5 employees standing around the register holding a meeting and not one of them seemed to care at all. I just stood there in front of them for 2 minutes until someone finally gave me their attention. I doubt a meeting is going to save that place from going out of business.

This is about as good as it gets for finding party favors for various occasions, however I was disappointed because it didnt have what I was looking for. Best to call first and enquire, you might save yourself the trip. Basically its the perfect place for gathering stuff for a kids birthday party. Lots of candy, balloons, wrapping paper, and some cake molds among the colorful menagerie of items. Lots of parking, kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. Have fun🤗

They had a great selection and thats why I decided to rate this place with two stars. Other than that, I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes no one asked if I needed help finding anything and I was one of two people in the store. Then I was cut in line by someone who didnt know what they wanted at all. high point of posting this review is that there were four employees helping one person decide what they wanted to get for a birthday party. I dont have time to wait for that and somebody should have helped me because I had what I wanted and I just wanted to pay for it and get on with my day.

I don’t recommend coming here. The customer service is horrible I kindly ask if we can get our balloons filled up, the worker gave a rude look at me and gave an attitude and responded “yes we can” but the worker was just but when I asked how much she said $8 and quietly mumbled “each” as in each ballon to be filled with helium. Their customer service was awfully terrible I don’t remember any one going to party city because you can get all party decorating stuff at target and Walmart for cheaper and you don’t have to deal with bad customer service. Worker at party city do better please and improve your customer service before working any where else.

Customer service was horrible. Very rude individuals that fill the balloons. They roll their eyes and mock customers without any reason. I was being kind and respectful and it was met with utter disgust and mockery.

Just want to take a moment and review these two incredible employees! Chridtina HAnd Bobby F!! My engagement party was this Saturday, and I online ordered last minute. I rushed in to pick up an order of 50+ balloons. They were out of helium, a long line of customers, and not able to get to everyone. They understood my needs and prioritized me. Remained super friendly calm and nice. I’m just surprised how professional and incredible the service was. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Kudos to Chridtina H and Bobby F!!! 10/10

As a chauffeur, I like to add something to the festivities, especially when doing so for a children’s party 🎈 in a 40-foot, 20-passenger H2 Hummer. 🎉In my experience, grabbing a big package of colorful plastic sunglasses 😎 has always been a popular hit with the young superstars, no matter their age range etcetera. Then perhaps colorful little napkins and whatever seems fitting and within the budget from there. 😉

Good selection for birthday party items for all ages. They were setting up for all the Halloween items coming in. Some were already out. 1/3 of the store, at least, will be for Halloween items so thats where I will look for my daughters Halloween costume in a fee weeks. My shopping trip today was for my daughters bday party supplies. I was happy with what I found, as I was running out of time. Thank you party city.

The staff are doing what they can and they were great, however have the manager take care of the store. It was a mess and barely staffed. If the manager was on duty, good. If not, get a new one.It was on halloween.

Super unprofessional staff and unorganized.. it was super busy so understandable that the wait time is long but, completely understaffed for the time of year... had to leave without getting the merchandise I was more than willing to purchase.

Not the best customer service. They have kids running the place during busy weekends. Our online order was butchered but they fixed it in the end. A phone call would have been nice to save us both time.

This is the 3rd time I have came to the store and had the same trouble. This time the clerk name is Kristina. I asked if she had a Pennywise wig she said no again I asked about ugly teeth she again said no. I continued to walk around the store and found both items. I had this feeling they did not want me in the store. When I said all the above to another customer she laughed. Then I go to front to check out and noone wanted to ring up my purchase. I drove one hour to get here.

Customer service was low, the store didnt have the balloons I wanted. I had to settle on one that wasnt my top favorite. The young woman helping me, didnt seem to want to.I asked if the balloons came with a clip and she replied with No, and even if they did the clip wouldnt weigh it down. I didnt ask for opinion on the the matter just if it came with it or not. How frustrating on such a happy day.

I’m part of a non profit organization and it’s extremely important for me to collect my receipts for events. Part of my order was made online for an in store pick-up and the original employee told me she could not give me my receipt. I called in today and Jeria spent 15 minutes searching the systems and went out of her way to retrieve my receipt and even emailed it to me when it was inconvenient to come in store. She was positive, personable and friendly! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you Jeria you saved my day!

Going to Jimmy Buffett concert and they have an entire parrot head section. In expensive heads, beach balls, etc. Great selection and easy to find. Need a few more people at the counter to get 5 stars.

Looking for a Halloween costume for my 2 yo. Employee in the back was great but the cashier, I believe his name is Elijah or something like that, worst customer service ever. Doesnt even know how to look up anything and then overcharged me for a little toy car, had my husband grab a new one with a tag just to check the price and when he realized I was over charged he kept laughing and telling his coworker to take it off the screen. He then says so do you want another one or not? I said No but it rung up as 60 cents, not 3.99 like I was charged. So his co worker had to refund us the overcharge. Smh immature kid cant even do something that simple and saying inappropriate words on front of a 2 yo.

Horrible. A couple weeks ago I had purchased a ton of hello kitty decorations for my daughters 2nd birthday. Along with those decorations were 21 balloons. I bought and paid for them online and picked them up at the Covington location. I had asked the representative at the Covington location if I could inflate them at the tukwila branch when the day of the party came. He said yes as long as I had the receipt. Day of the party came and I sent my bf and cousin to inflate the balloons and he called me saying they were charging him $1.29 for each balloon even though he repeatedly told and showed them the receipt. The girl at the register was rude and had an attitude. Apparently she didnt understand when she was told the first time bc she goes oh you bought this at another location? Thats why I was asking. My bf left paying $24 and some change to inflate balloons WHICH THEY DID NOT PROPERLY TIE. It wasnt just not attached to the weight but it also wasnt properly tied. So when they got to the venue the hello kitty balloons flew (without the string/ribbon)

Didnt get my order right, it was late, popped 3 balloons while I waited and they under counted the balloons...never going back.

Low rating because of return policy that requires receipts. Everything was new and unopened but they wouldnt take it back and couldnt look it up via credit card like most merchants.

Force you to come into the store to place a non-bulk balloon order. Not customer friendly. Why can I just tell you over the phone instead of driving over there to order and then driving back to pick up another day? Online ordering only works if youre doing bulk of single colors, for one-off order (like 18 balloons in 3 colors) its not a good fit.Update: went in to order, 4 or 5 people working, but 3 were just hanging out talking by front door. Stood in line 20 minutes, hoped to get balloons filled right then with hi float so I wouldnt have to come back, but they were out of hi float. Just lame all around. Oh and after I left I realized they charged me for 24 balloons instead of 18. They refunded this the next morning.

Not happy with this store anymore. There is never anyone around to help answer questions or just to help find something. And if you find someone, they are unfriendly or dont have a clue as to what you are looking for.

Staff was friendly and helpful, I purchased a few Mylar balloons and decided to inflate them myself and upon inflation I discovered one of the ballons had a hole in it. I was able to exchange it for another plus they filled it with helium for me. I would recommend them to anybody in the area. I was suprised there were no reviews so here ya go.
