Last month I was in the market for a specific car with a specific package. Andrew Nguyen was very pro active and communicative on the status of his search in finding me the perfect fit vehicle. VERY shortly after my inquiry Andrew Nguyen found the exact vehicle I was looking for! His customer service upon my arrival was 10/10, super chill and was never pushy on swaying my decision. I’ve recommended many of my people to this Acura dealership, just based off my own personal experience with them. Dary was very helpful and nice. The work he did on my 2018 MDX was amazing, he worked on calibration and it was peak work. Also they gave me a loaner car while they were working on my car the model was 2021 Aspec TLX it was brand new and super nice. I dont think any other car dealership is this nice/generous!

This week I did my first maintenance to my new Acura and it was my first service experience with Acura of Seattle overall.Anthony was professional and clear. Everything was smooth with no hassle. I stopped by to make an appointment and ended up with leaving the car for service and was given a loaner in the mean time. I called Seattle Acura and was told Service was busy, so I left my info for a call back. Did not get a call back, so called again to ask if I could drop off my car. When I arrived, only 1 intake person, so waited. Then, when I picked up my car, and had to wait again, was given key to get my car. This is a service department. Is this considered good customer service?? I have never had to go get my own car in a service department. Even during COVID, there are still ways to show your customers they are special. I will not be back.

TLDR: Of the Acura dealerships in the vicinity of Seattle, this one has the worst customer service. Go to Bellevue, or Lynwood. Steer clear of here if you can.I bought an Acura RDX from here just about 4 years ago. I mentioned I was single, didnt know much about cars, was into hiking and exploring, new in Seattle and was looking for a low mainteance vehicle. The sales guy was great actually. Sold me the RDX, and sent me a buch of videos on how to take care of the SUV, repairs etc that I dilgently watched, and read up the manual as well. He bragged about the Acura roadside assistance program. I always got my service done on time etc; followed all instructions etc.Fastforward to earlier this week, 8.15.2021. I went for a hike, and got a flat tire while on my way back. I attempted to change it myself, and thats when I realized it had a lock nut, and there was no lock key in the SUV. I called up Acura roadside assistance, who assured me they would send help ASAP. About 80 mins or so later, they called me back, and told me they wouldnt send help, because it was getting dark!!! And that I was in a remote location. They said I should get service on my own, and get the cost re-imbursed. Now more determined to change the flat myself, I asked them where I could look for the lock key, their response was, call up the dealership and find out knowing well it was close to 10 PM my local time, and the dealership would be closed. I had to wait it out the entire night before getting help from a local repair shop next morning.Called up the dealership the next day.. explained the incident. Had gotten towed to the Bellevue dealership earlier where a technician told me that while getting a service, whilst doing the tire rotation the service guy may have forgotten to put the lock key back. Called up this dealership, explained what happened, and they didnt once apologize!! The sales guy was downright rude.They said I could come in and get my lock nuts replaced, and despite me telling them that this led to me being stranded in the middle of nowhere for the entire night, 4 days later, I am still waiting for them to schedule me for a job that would take at the most 15-20 mins for them to perform.I have sworn to never visit the dealership again,

Who can say they like the sales and finance people at a car dealership? Well, I can because Tim and Erwin were super awesome! Tim really took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained the various tech elements of the 2021 Acura RDX Aspec. Originally, I went to Acura of Bellevue, but the salesperson was not very detailed oriented in explaining everything that the RDX can do. Tim made me feel at ease and never pressured me into anything. Honestly, he felt like a friend that I could easily talk to (must be that island vibe). Tim was patient and kind which I really appreciated. When it came to the finance aspect Erwin was fun to chat with and made the process go smoothly. Terrible! We booked an appointment for 9:15, and didnt leave until 12:15 - just for a 15 minute diagnostic check! I was also told they would check my air filter for free, since my model couldnt be opened when I changed my oil. But, it was $160 just to check! Really sucks.

Most expensive labor charge in the world. If anybody needs a service please do not go to Acura of Seattle, Southcenter. If you have no choice orders the parts and go to different place to service. Acura dealer has the service (labor) charge three times more then parts costs. I will never ever go there anymore. They don’t even clean or do the car wash after paying three time more for service of the car. I have four times having worse experience on service charge. I don’t know they act like money comes from tree. I have nothing to say after this, anybody who is smart enough to understand what I mean please research before you say yes to their service. Don’t be dumb like me for four times and pay unnecessary amount of money for labor charge.

During the month of March 2021 (year of the pandemic), I have been helping my cousin find his dream car. For a little background, my cousin has been waiting 13 years to come over to America-- ever since my mom had filed the application to sponsor my uncle (his dad) siblings and mom from Vietnam. They arrived to Seattle in 2018 and have been living the American dream of liberty and opportunities. He often hears on TV of the American dream which is to own your home and drive a brand new car. He wanted to live this dream and buy his dream car. I would often advise him to work hard and save up for the down payment. Soon he had saved enough money and was ready to purchase his first new car. We had seen a few other dealers (Toyota, Honda, Lexus an Acura.) He finally decides on a white 2021 Acura TLX. He purchased it and took it home. However, the very next morning, he wanted to upgrade to an exact model but with more options AND a higher price. He was willing to pay the difference but the idea of swapping out vehicles was something I didnt think could happen. The team at Acura of Seattle (particularly Leslie Namoa) made an exception and went out and beyond with helping my cousin make the swap. Leslie was attentive and cared only to find my cousin a car of his dream. He is now happy and completely satisfied with his new upgraded car. I highly recommend Acura of Seattle to anyone in the market and will refer my friends and family to Leslie Namoa when they want to buy a car. Acura is an amazing company but having an employee like Leslie which goes the extra mile and is what makes Acura stands out from the other big car brands.

Dishonest/rude service department. I would recommend going to the Bellevue location. Had a dispute over a charge for the work that clearly should not have been charged. The staffs approach/willingness to resolve a conflict was insincere and aggressive. I ended up paying for the invoice anyway since I know times are tough during COVID but would not go back here.

Took my vehicle in for an oil leak. The service dept told me it was power steering fluid leaking, not oil and that it needed a new power steering pump. Believing that they were the experts, I replaced it. The car was still leaking oil, so took it back and they said it was the oil pump and would be over $2000 to fix. I told them not to fix it and I would come get my car. Took it to a local mechanic and the oil leak was fixed with an O ring for under $100. Acura also charged over $500 last summer for replacing gaskets for an oil leak..... Needless to say, I wont be back

The service guy, Anthony, was great. He was courteous, quick and helpful. I was able to drop my car off and pick up a loaner in a matter of minutes. Anthony told me he would call to provide an update on my vehicle and he did that at the time he stated he would.When I went in to pick up my car, Anthony was taking car of another customer, but when he got at chance he retrieved the paperwork and handle the processing of the payment for service. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Anthony and the team.I felt like they really took care of me and their customers and would go there again for any service I couldnt do myself.

I initially had contact with the dealership through auto trader. I was linked with Preston Clark and he was so kind to stay in contact and sent me vehicles that I would be interested in as they came up.He sent me a video of a car Saturday and I viewed it Sunday night. I fell in love with his pick for me and his follow up to the video questions were so quick. He knew all the answers I had and was so thoughtful in wanting to make sure the vehicle was the right one for me.I called Monday morning and the deal was made within hours. I financed a 2017 Acura MDX from Acura of Seattle. Salesperson David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and not pushy. He even picked up my trade in from my house, made it very hassle free. The finance person, female with the corner office was awesome as well. The whole experience was top notch.

Timothy was the best salesman! He was super nice, helped get as close to my budget as possible and was so informative about my new Acura! Evon was also very nice, explained to us all the different types of warranty’s and was super funny. Acura of Seattle has nice and respectful employees!
