Theyre just helpful/friendly enough but certainly dont go above and beyond for their customers. See it you have any other options for an interlock appointment first. The folks in Lakewood are wonderful!

Customer service is great, but this is not a place you ever want to go. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE! If you do end up making the mistake the staff at Arrant Audio is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service. Very professional. They are upfront about all pricing, no surprise fees or charges. Thorough in explaining how products operate, and, if you have a dog, they are right next to the Green River Trail (walk north, no obstacles).

Linda and Curtis are great at what they do. Curtis is a very skilled interlock technician. Linda is very knowledgeable in interlock compliance and general information.

One of The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Period. First, I called to find out where they were located because their address on google was incorrect. After the woman on the phone very rudely told me to ignore Google, she then informed me that they moved buildings. Then, the guy in the office was a total jerk. Accused me of tampering with equipment, told me he didnt care about my situation and then refused me service. I wouldnt suggest this business to my worst enemy.

Worst place ever!!!.. .. Complete scam with the worst customer service!! That old lady Linda is the absolute worst. All they want to do is squeeze every penny they can out of you. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Very unprofessional business with shady business practices.
