My dryer broke. I have bought from Sears Outlet a number of times in the past with success.This time was no different.From Aaron to Jose and the warehouseman that helped load the dryer into my SUV.I wanted the least expensive dryer and I got one for just under 400.I had researched the dryer/model number and wanted to buy it.Phone calls are answered within 2 rings.I decided last night that I wouldn’t take it home - but arrange for pickup through a trucking firm. After more investigation and measuring my cargo area of my car - I decided to drive the 50 miles to pick it up.I called American Freight a couple of times during the day - to ensure a couple of things.All confirmed with Jose -The dryer works beautifully - a neighbor came over and hooked it up for me this evening.Props to American Freight - I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them nor do I have issues to recommend them to family/friends/neighbors.Great job!! Thank you!

GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH!! First of all, my husband asked to have the fridge delivered on Friday because its my day off and the sales rep was RUDE and said how convenient and that she cant guarantee we can deliver it then but Ill call him back in 30 minutes. Second, two days passed and NO call back and when I called, another rep told me that my husband will get a text on Thursday about the delivery time. He NEVER got the text until FRIDAY MORNING, and he had to take time off work since I got sick. Lastly, one of the delivery guys kept interrupting my husband when he tried to open the gate and left so much trash for him to pick up. DEFINITELY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! Maybe the Tacoma branch has better customer service!!!

We were considering a dual fuel range and there was one we had been looking at, in stock, at the Tacoma American Freight. We went to see it in person to see the range and Robert T. was very helpful pointing out the features of that particular range, as well as the dent on each side - both of which are hidden behind the counters. He also showed us some other options, including all gas ranges. Robert was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. He treated us well and we purchased the GE Profile range and are very satisfied. The prices are pretty high, but the customer service was so good I decided to leave a review. Duncan helped us out with what we were looking for and I’m impressed at how he was able to answer every question we asked (and trust me, there was a lot!), as well as filling in other information that we didn’t even think of. I really hate the “all sales final” policy but thankfully Duncan was able to look out for us in finding the perfect one that fit our needs. Again, not quite a fan of the prices but the staff make up for it by helping you out!

We were in the market for a fridge and American Freight had a superb selection. We spent 4 hours browsing their selection and being helped by a fabulous sales associate named Duncan. He helped us make the best decision for our personal needs and worked with us closely providing excellent customer service. We walked in with a just looking mentality and walked out with a new fridge because of Duncan.

Cassandra was absoluty fantabulous. On a scale of 1 to 10 her service was a 15... I will highly recommend this place to all my friends!!!!

I originally purchased my GE gas dryer at Airport Home Appliance in the Bay Area. My sales rep told me I had to wait about 2 months. I was ok with that because we hadn’t moved into my house yet. I get an email from him stating that the dryer was back ordered again. This went on for months. Finally, I asked for a refund and started looking for the dryer online. American Home Freight had the matching dryer I needed for my washer. I called to make sure they still had the dryer in stock, which they did. The sales rep was friendly and sent my photos of the dryer I was purchasing. I waited a week for it to arrived. It works like a charm, and I got it for an awesome deal! I’d purchase here again.

I live out of state and have been searching for a particular appliance that is on back order. The Tukwila American Freight location happened to have one. I received such great customer service from Cassandra at this location it set my mind at ease that I was ordering something sight unseen. She was so nice and so helpful, I wish everyone who works in retail were so pleasant.

I was in search of a refrigerator. I was politely acknowledged upon entering the store which was clean and nicely laid out. Nat and Cassandra were professional and knowledgeable . An extended warranty was offered ( of which I accepted) however no hard sell, which I really appreciated . I was contacted quickly by their delivery personnel Jeremy and the refrigerator is being delivered today! Highly recommend.

TL;DR - Website is worse than useless, employees are awesome.If I was just reviewing the website, I wouldnt even bother giving it a one star. I ordered a dishwasher on the website that was listed as New in box. However, when the store called me several hours later, it turns out the what the website had listed as New in box was in fact broken and on its way back to the manufacturer, and the employees recommended coming into the store to make sure I got what I expected. If I was in charge, Id be exceedingly ashamed that my website was lying to customers and potentially chasing them away.I went in to the store the next day and the employees were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I got the dishwasher installed later that day and everything appears to be working perfectly. So once again, thanks to the employees! And dont bother even checking the website.

Youre not actually saving money. The original retail prices they cite are way above what the appliances are going for in other stores. They upsell you on ridiculously expensive protection plans. No returns or refunds if they sell you a lemon. The salesmen are also technically incompetent - were lucky the purchase didnt go through because we found better value elsewhere while they were scrambling to get their act together. Just go to a real appliance store, its a much safer investment. Remember, theres a reason why Sears is dead.

So my husband and I have been looking for a refrigerator for some time for our new home, we have been to Lowes and home depot also to Costco. I must admit they are not cheap, we found this store by accident while getting water from Culligan. We found a great refrigerator with no dents and no cosmetic damage for a really great price. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy, he made our experience amazing. No hassle, no pressure and he was extremely easy going. We also found a great queen bed for our teenage daughter for a great price. One thing I would say is you have to actually come in and look. There is a lot of dents and visible damage to a lot of the refrigerators but you can find some that are great for more than half the price. Come check them out. Im giving it a 4 because of a lot of the refrigerators are pretty bad, but other than that amazing!

Very very poor customer service. Does not respond to email inquiries.I placed an order for a very expensive oven two weeks ago. Total cost of oven, shipping and tax - over $2,100.00.Called yesterday to inquire as to when the oven might be delivered and was informed it was still on their dock/in their warehouse and had not been shipped yet.Going to call again today. If still on dock, I will request the order to be canceled and given a full refund.Letting an order sit in your warehouse for two weeks is insane. How do these people stay in business?

After my washer and dryer set of almost 2 decades going out, and a not-so-pleasant experience trying to purchase a new set at another store, these guys were so incredibly helpful in helping me purchase a new, and much better quality washer and dryer set for such an incredibly low price! It would take far too long to leave the review I think they truly deserve! But I am so glad we ended up and here and can assure you that we will be back for our next purchase!

Employees were helpful. But, when I made a decision on a gas range, they couldn’t even guarantee that it even worked before it left the store! You have to buy their “protection program” for an additional 300$! Might as well by new!

Neil was very helpful and took his time explaining the difference between two dryers I was looking at. This place always has done a great job of being informative and friendly.

Its for shipping and receiver only. First even though they have 2 dock, but in reality its only 1 dock, cause the other will block the other dock. The shipper and receiver doesnt care about you or your time, rude to be exact. They will keep your load locks, will not put it back in your trailer watch out. If shipping it will take time, cause they will pack first than ship on the same day. The driver was here at 8a.m. than got done at 2:30, do the math. Will not load early or unload early, skip this warehouse by all means. No overnight parking on street unless weekend. Shipping office near by dock no.4 and walk up the stairs.

We found the employees at Sears Outlet in Tukwila to be very helpful and open to our needs. Unfortunately, they did not have what we were looking for but took the time to learn what we want (a white counter depth french door refrigerator with water in the door). Our sales rep (Dazavian) was extremely helpful and said he would continue to look for the item we really want. He was training another employee whom he treated with great respect (Amanda). He even called the evening we left to tell us of one item that had just come in. It didnt have the water dispenser but was very close otherwise.We would recommend at least giving this place a try, especially if you are open to scratch and dent items.

THIS IS THE ACCURATE ADDRESS. It takes a little looking to find the place but inside there are good deals available if you are willing to deal with some cosmetic issues. I talked with their lead service tech while there as well and he was extremely helpful in selecting potential washer and dryer sets that would work best for our space and be the most reliable.

Nice selection but the prices are still to high for all the terrible, huge debts and damage to their appliances.We were here to get a fridge and found a nice one with no dents. But the service is terrible! This was very rude!Then he rushed us through not having answers to simple questions like the size of the fridge!We did buy, but no wonder Sears is going out of business! Sales personnel were great but upper management desperately needs to get them new phone systems. Broken phones make it nearly impossible to contact them. Had a huge fiasco revolving around having to come get my things myself even though I paid for shipping, but the employees did everything they could to make it right. Walking out happy but again, upper management needs to do their jobs and fix this place.

I purchased a set of Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer on 6/13. The store was very clean, and we felt very safe with zero concerns about Covid. My daughter and I arrived around 6:30 and we were greeted by the manager Davazian (sp?). He was very knowledgeable about the products and he was a tremendous help in assisting me to select the right washer and dryer. Both of my items were brand new in the box, which is not always common at an outlet store. We spent nearly 1.5 hours browsing and contemplating, and we NEVER once felt any pressure. By the time my purchase was complete it was literally 5 minutes before closing, and again, Davazian and his salesman (can’t recall the young fella’s name) never once pressured us and never once showed even the slightest bit of urgency nor frustration and this all took place right before closing, and on a Saturday! I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and patience both of those gents extended to my daughter and I! I highly recommend this store and I urge you to give them a visit if you’re in the market for appliances. I’ll definitely be going back soon to upgrade my dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave.Thank you Davazian and American Freight! You are truly first class, mate!

Came to buy a new washer, they bumped the price u $75 from last Friday. Lowe’s has lower price today than Sears outlet. Hustler type salesmen and “sorry we can’t do that attitude.”STAY CLEAR of these folks.

Used car sales tactics - lie to get em in the door then make a sale. Lied about the condition of the unit listed on the internet, failed to mention the appliance couldnt be installed in its present state, lied about the 2nd units included components, lied about the cost of those components (just a few bucks...actually its $120). And at the door is prominently displayed the all sales final policy. Would you purchase an all sales final item from people that will say anything to get you to drive to their store? I wouldnt, and neither should you.

Went to this outlet to look for appliances for my remodel. Very disappointed in the selection and prices! The prices were higher than Lowe’s and the damage was pretty significant on many of the appliances. We have bought appliances here in the past but I think those days are over! The staff was friendly but the prices were much too high and the selection was poor. Sad to say, I think this outlet reflects the sad state Sears is in.

Purchased and brought it home. The washer didnt work.. so I called customer service, waited on hold for almost an hour.. They scheduled a technician to come out, which was not available for 2 weeks. No other option but to wait. They said Thursday they would come some time between 8AM and 5PM.. SO I had to take the whole day off work.. and then the technician never came. I called the number and the voicemail said they were on vacation for a month.. SO I had to wait another week to get service out on it. When he came he told me he couldnt do it and I needed to schedule an apt for another 2 weeks.. but he didnt even spend 5 minutes looking at it. So I wanted to return it. Take it back to the store and they didnt have a comparable washer so they tried to trade for a cheaper one that is smaller (which would not work for my stacking unit since my dryer is too big for the smaller ones... They made me pay more for one that was the same size. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I still do not have a washer.. and we will see if it actually gets delivered to me in a week.. I have only purchased through Sears in the past because of the customer service, but this has made me never want to shop here again. Horrible.

This is by far the worst company to work with and purchase items. If they even answer the phone consider yourself lucky. In addition the warranty they offer is awful and the repair technicians have no clue what they are doing and the company they work with is third party and has an awful work ethic. I scheduled and appointment on April 15, 2015 for April 20, 2015 was called the morning of stating my technician called out sick and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. Mind you I had taken the day off of work to accommodate them coming to my home on that date and time. So then they tried to reschedule me a week and a half out. In addition the parts came in broken so then we had another appointment scheduled. We still have no washer at this time. So then we had our third appointment the man was suppose to come between 1-5 did not come until 7. He installed the part and was unable to trouble shoot because the office was closed. He scheduled another appointment for the following day which is another day off of work for me. He comes trouble shoots and still has no idea what is going on today is May 14, 2015 still no washer and no idea what is wrong.
