A great little hardware store when you’re in a pinch. Has paining supplies, plumbing, lighting, insect repellent, irrigation and gardening, electrical, kitchen basics, home basics, you name it!Also a convenient USPS inside! You can buy simple cards, office supplies, birthday cards, stamps, etc.A great asset to our community, would rather support this than any box box store any day.

I have never been disappointed always been satisfied with customer service they go out of their way to help and they are very friendly why drive all the way to Home Depot or Lowes Ive dealt with Whites hardware for over 20 years. And they are very honest

Always my go to when I either need BBQ accessories, small propane bottles, and soldering accessories.

First my father and I went in to get a couple of window screens rebuilt from scratch due to ours being totally ruined. My father took very precise measurements (he used to be a carpenter/ custom home builder so his measuring tape skills are on point. After dropping off the measurements to the staff they said no problem, we will have them done within 3-4 bussiness days. Okay thats a reasonable timeframe. But after a week went by I made a call to Do it Best and they stated that they have not even started framing them because they said we werent sure about the measurements you gave us.... Okay, then why wasnt their a courtesy call to inform us as to why they were taking to so long. Long story short after I called a second time, once again they said that the window screen guy hasnt started them. I obviously complained about their service and lack of communication and low and behold I got a phone call the very next day saying they were finished. hmmmm go figure. Got them home and just as I thought the screens were not built to the measurements we gave them. They still fit, but were very lose in the window frame. Now today we had a sliding screen door re-screened due to our puppy running through the slider door and ruining the screen. Just got home with the screen door to find out how sloppy of a job they did. Each corner has excess screen hanging out, I mean this place is never busy so I dont know why their quality of work has been so poor. Wont be bringing any more bussiness to them again. Do your self a favor and maybe take your home projects to either Lowes or Home Depot, or just Google it yourself and teach yourself how to perform the task at hand. Doesnt have much and very expensive, but nice workers.

Tucson estates hardware is a clean and well-organized store. The clerks are both knowledgeable and friendly.just tell them what you need and Ill take you right to it. Theyre also quick to offer advice if youre not exactly sure what you need in order to get a project done.and if thats not enough, theres also a post office substation located in the store. Bringing your package and they can post it for you.

Tucson Estates Hardware is spectacular. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable as well as courteous. Theyre eager to provide you with the items you need to solve whatever your problem me might be. They have everything you need. They also have a post office substation which is wonderfully convenient. Saves me a 40 mile round trip. T.E.H. is three miles from my home and business. Whats that worth?!! Ten stars for these ten star people.

Close to my home, so theres that. Once they didnt have the particular type of rope I needed, as their website indicated they did, so I had to go to Home Depot for it. One just needs to acknowledge their limitations. If youre looking at their website, call to verify they do have what it shows as being in the store. That all having been said, the people there are very nice and willing to help.

Hidden gem! They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff, and the friendliest hardware store in the Tucson area.

Nice little neighborhood hardware store with small equipment rental, glass cutting/window screening and a post office inside. Conveniently located near Tucson Estates. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little high, but usually worth it to avoid driving into town to the big box stores.

Clean, well stocked store with friendly knowledgeable sales people who are always willing to offer help, rather than having to run-down six Isles in order to find someone who can possibly guess at what kind of brush you should use with a certain paint. Big box stores have their place, but this is always our first go to store just because it has 9 out of 10 things that we need and the people are much nicer.

The fine folks at Tucson Estates Hardware will bend over backwards to get you the right supplies to do your job. Super friendly and helpful. Also there is a U.S Post office in the store.

Didnt find what I was looking for, its very limited on what you can get but has a lot of whats more common just not rare or hard to find stuff.

I went in to this store very frustrated with a plumbing problem.. a gentleman named Chris was very patient and helped me.. his help solved my problem.. I am so very grateful for his help.. I will be back to this store. They actually should get 10 stars

Everything costs more than usual but I guess youre paying for convenience. Store is well kept. They have lots of stuff.

The staff were polite and helpful. We were there on a Sunday and I thought there might be some evidence that people would rather be elsewhere on a long weekend. But no. We found what we needed and I purchased a Valentines card. Near the Gilbert Ray campground. There is postal service and a laundry of youre traveling.

Items may cost little more than big box stores, but worth it for saving time and gas. Easy, no-hassle returns. Lots of extra services available like re-screens, tool rental, and a post office. Theyre part of DoItBest hardware stores so theres also online ordering with ship-to-store.
