I purchased a bathroom vanity cabinet from them and I was impressed from start to finish. First, I already had a contractor friend who was going to do the labor so I only needed the cabinet and you know sometimes when thats the case, some companies are kind of dismissive. Not the case with Canyon Cabinetry. Super attentive and helpful without being pushy at all. They even came to my house to measure and make sure the size was right, even though they werent installing it...absolutely first rate! When I received the cabinet, I was super impressed with the attention to detail and the construction. My contractor even said it was very high quality. It arrived in good time, good price for the quality, and delivery went without a hitch. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back when its time for a kitchen re-do.

I love my new kitchen. They were wonderful to work with. All the various subs did their work very well, cleaned up and were a pleasure to have in my home. The whole team listened and responded to my concerns and worked well together. The last one to leave was my designer, Marisol, as she was there throughout to make sure everything was done properly. Canyon Cabinetry did a whole house remodel (Mediterranean to Modern) for us and we love it! From windows to baths and kitchen, various wall moves and flooring, they did it all and we are happy. We had a great experience with Susan, our designer. Originally, I showed her a photo of what I was looking for. She made great suggestions and was helpful in picking out all the right pieces of our new kitchen, from cabinets, flooring, hardware, backsplash and so on. The result is a complete transformation from an old tired kitchen to a beautiful new 21st century kitchen. I have two times as much storage as I had before, due to a great design. I love all the deep big drawers for storage. The kitchen is now my favorite room in the house!

Great quality cabinets and countertops. Wonderful highly experienced crew, on time every day, one discipline after the other. The only down time was a few days waiting for countertops to be fabricated. Punch list was done immediately. Stephanie Cano, the designer,Understood our esthetic immediately and did the most amazing job with our island. Some odd angles made it a bit of a challenge but she recovered all the empty spaces and got us an extra bank of drawers that I use daily. And, allOf this accomplished in record time. From tear out to finish- one month. I can not recommendthem enough.

We were looking to remodel both kitchen and master bathroom and were looking for a company that could provide both design, quality and coordination of all the subcontractors. We worked with Stephanie and Bob, and from the beginning they focused on understanding what we were looking for, what we would love, what our budget was, how everything would work with the space we had, our needs, our taste.... Everything was painless, on time, the subcontractors very skilled! And we absolutely loved the final product!

Susan and her team were great. We had a small repair to a kitchen cabinet, and were treated like we were installing a complete kitchen! First class customer service. Highly recommended.

From early project design to the final punch list the Canyon team was fantastic! All their subcontractors were professional and a joy to work with. True artisans! We had one unexpected delay when we discovered some termite damage but other than that the project plan and timing rolled out as planned. Can’t say enough positive things about Stephanie and Bob! The final results of our total kitchen remodel exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to work with this team on future projects!

Very disappointed in customer service. I went into store on Saturday June 2. Designer came to house on Thursday June 7. I was told I would have the design by Wednesday, June 13. On Monday June 18, I sent an email because I hadnt heard anything. On Tuesday, June 19, I was told the design was done, they were just waiting on cabinet prices, and I would hear something by Wednesday, June 20. I sent an email on Saturday, June 23 because I hadnt heard anything. I asked if we could approve the design and have the wall I needed removed completed while we were waiting on cabinet prices, as I wanted to move forward with the project. On Monday, June 25, I was told that they would try to look at the contractors schedule to schedule the wall removal, and I would hear something by Tuesday, June 26. Needless to say, as of July 9. nobody has gotten back to me. I have wasted an entire 5 weeks on my kitchen remodeling project due to their lack of responsiveness.

This is a follow up to my review over a year ago. The company just responded two days ago. The fact that it took over a year to respond to my complaint speaks for itself. The companys version of the interactions we had are not true. I was never given a price for the cabinets. I just kept getting promises that I would be called and was never called. Blaming the customer for the companys poor customer service also speaks for itself.

Ive had the pleasure of working with the team at Canyon Cabinetry on two different kitchen & bath remodels. The first one was done over 10 years ago and was coordinated with Tom. My family had many delicious meals and celebrations in that beautiful home and the craftsmanship helped me to quickly and profitably sell when it was time. The second home was done about 3 years ago and Laura lead that project. The style of remodel was vastly different from the previous home and was very tastefully done and the photos were showcased on Houzz. There are always going to be hiccups along the way when remodeling; its important to get the right team in place to find solutions and work together towards the end goal. I highly recommend the team at Canyon Cabinetry and will use them again.
