This is an old fashioned butcher shop the kind my nana used to have in her day. I am so glad to have found this little gem. My order was packaged and ready for the freezer in minutes. The owners are wonderful and so nice. I cant say enough and I will be returning regularly.

Bacon is delicious and the chorizo is the best in town. I havent gotten anything here that I havent like. Premium selections at affordable prices. I live on the east side of town so I gladly drive 25 minutes out of my way to shop here. Its so worth it!

Wouldnt be a good place to buy steaks. Company sells Select grade, not Choice grade nor Prime grade
