Avoid purchasing material here. The fine print is ridiculous. You have to hand it to them. They have done the legal work, but their terms are tedious.Summit suggests buying 10-15% more product than needed due to any damaged material. Understandable! They then charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned material. Not good business, but let’s play along. No, let us call it what it is, BAD business! Despite this, let’s STILL decide to play along. After your 20% restocking fee you still get 80% back in your pocket, right?! Wrong! You get store credit. Let’s say you are returning material 6 weeks after the purchase date. You are stuck with the any and all material. The owner is behind the front desk and makes no exceptions to the fine print. Nice work buddy! Soooooooooo, if you can find it elsewhere, it is advised. We do a lot of quality business here in Tucson. Summit’s business practices are not worth the purchase. Thanks. Take care.

Terrific service by store manager Monica. Between home owner and myself she was very patient and helpful in helping us find the right brick. She was very attentive in our needs. We installed 2000 sqft of brick and we couldnt be happier. Im more than pleased with the overall service i received at Summit Brick including all the staff. I highly recommend for all your masonry needs and brick to shop here, you will not be disappointed. I will be recommending to everyone here by Mount Lemon to go see Monica at Summit Brick Company.
