Great experience with The slot machine store!! I purchased a new pool table (Brunswick) and some accs from Joe and his wife at this family owned Tucson store. He coached me to buy a less expensive table and assured me I would be happy and saved me a bunch! He was right on!!! His install was perfect....I love the table and am super happy! This is a family owned business that I have been dealing with for years. I bought my first poker machine in 2002 and ended up with three. Over the years, there were occasions when service was needed. They were always available by phone to walk me through simple resets, or I could drop the monitor by to be repaired, or they would come by my house. Customer loyalty is a high priority and they stand behind what they sell.My husband and I decided to trade up to newer machines recently. Joey spent a lot of time showing us software options and glass choices. He came to the house to assess our original machines and gave us a very fair trade in value. We are so happy with our purchase. He made everything on both machines match since they are side by side in our Great Room. I have peace of mind that if there are any issues, I can call any time to troubleshoot and get help. I highly recommend this business if you are in the market for your own in-home casino type entertainment.
