Highest praise for quality and price. I called them about a special windshield that had to be custom cut and made and they were over $100 cheaper than the next closest shop that could do the work. He was excellent in his quality he was superior in his price and very pleasant to work with I give him my highest rating. The person I worked with owns the company. and answered the phone and did much of the work himself.Not greedy. Just professional and good natured.

We bought a China cabinet that came with two broken mirrors and a missing glass shelf. Vista Glass made my replacements quick. The staff is awesome and were very helpful in making sure I had the right materials and were the right size.

I had a rock hit my front windshield near the camera so it worried me. This happened on a Sunday, I called Monday and my windshield was replaced by Wednesday at noon. Vista Glass did the heavy lifting - calling my insurance, covering the claim details, making the appointment. It was very easy and fast, and I was able to work from their lobby and not miss a beat. Friendly, courteous, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend Vista Glass.

I scheduled a 9am appointment weeks ago, tint guy shows up 30min late, then takes another 70min just to tint 2 windows. Window tint looks terrible. Tint is cut way too short and has a gap, and there are tiny particles in the tint itself. I would definitely nerver recommend them, dont waste your time and money.

We took our 2019 Ford Edge for a windshield chip repair. The gentleman helping us explained that because of the size of the chip and where it was located, we needed a windshield replacement instead. Our insurance covers windshield replacement at no charge. Did I mention that Vista Glass is a USAA preferred shop? If you want the job done right by friendly, and knowledgeable staff, then go to Vista Glass!

Zero stars. These guys dont finish what they start and the string you along promising theyll make things right - but they never do. My mother hired Vista Glass to repair several windows in her home in Tucson. Months later they still havent completed the process. The admin in their office promised repeatedly that theyd be out to correct problems they created (screens not fitting, lack of delivery on a window). My mother spent a significant amount of money to prepare her house to be sold. To this day they still havent completed the job and they effectively went dark. Ive tried to intervene and have received the same poor treatment. Terrible, terrible, terrible. The owner was informed, supposedly, on several occasions about the problems. I was told for two weeks theyd be in touch to solve the issues. I gave up. NEVER do business with these folks. They owe my mom money for not completing the job. They are unresponsive. (Update 7/15/19: Owner contacted my mother. Picked up broken item. Indicated will be repaired immediately. Still has not returned. Will update this review accordingly.)

Called to get a price on a windshield replacement for my vehicle. Maria was super friendly and gave me the best price in town. The installer (guy named Freckles) showed up on time the next day and was done in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very professional and the job was done quickly for a great price. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs.

I set an appointment with vista glass for a simple estimateThe window was between 10-2, so I called at 1 to check on the appointment and they said it was on time. At 2:30 they called to tell me theyd be at my house in ten minutes, but arrived after 3.They didnt have the parts needed to fix windows, so they called me to reschedule. We agreed for the same time next week.The next week rolled around, nobody came so I called. Turns out they forgot to actually set the appointment in the systems, and scheduled me for the same time again the next week.The third appointment rolled around. Long story short they arrived 2 hours late. Finally they fixed the window...and the technician broke it.So we rescheduled for the same time next week....And they missed the appointment.There was never an apology, an admission of guilt, or the smallest offer of condolences.UPDATE:The man who came to finalize the window and replace the last one was very kind, efficient, and helpful. (Not naming him here for his privacy but they know who he is)The owner also called and fixed some of the issues I mentioned. He explained they had a shortage on certain materials etc.and more importantly; he took ownership and apologizedI think it says. A lot that the owner himself was willing to call one customer to explain the situation and humble himself and apologize for the issues.3 stars because right now I’m very nervous about the company, if their front line employees don’t seem to value customer service. But above 1 because I am now much hopeful that this was a weird fluke than a norm, and because I know that someone in charge genuinely does care about the company more than the bare minimum he has to do. I think dispatch work may need a retraining or meeting about customer service and customer value, but I feel the company has more potential than I first saw.I also removed the “poor quality” criticism because the glass that they broke was a rare accident and doesn’t seem indicative of their general quality.

Vista was contacted to replace a front door at a Medical facility in Tucson. They were adequate in response time setting up appointments but cancelled at last minute on 2 occasions. When the door was installed it was not done properly. The door was not level and did not close properly. They came out several times to try to adjust it. In doing so they over tightened the overhead mechanism and it now leaks. After several attempts to fix it they ended up re-installing the door properly. Turbo performed the work and did an excellent job. He said the overhead mechanism needed replacement. After 6-7 calls it is still not fixed. It leaks oil on patients and has ruined a carpet we have on the floor. Renee and the other receptionist are very polite but repeated promises to call us back have not happened.

We scheduled a measurement on Sept 11, which started out well enough. We finalized the deal and ordered one window on Sept 13, and were told it would take 5-10 (business days) to get the glass in. Two weeks later we still had not been contacted about the scheduled delivery date, and we called back. We were told there was a backlog at the manufacturer. The next week they finally arrived to install but they had ordered the wrong size glass. We were told they would re-order and would place a rush on it. After two weeks when we hadnt heard back we called again, they seemed surprised, and based on the conversation it seemed like it hadnt even been re-ordered. They put a rush again and told us they would be ready to install next Friday. Friday came and went w/o a call. We called again and told they werent sure what happened but would be out to install the next week. This went on for a series of 2-3 weeks. Finally we were told that it would be installed on Nov 1. We called on Nov 1 and confirmed we were on the schedule. Again, the day passed without a call from the Tech.Only after canceling the contract for failure to perform did they seem to take notice promising to be there tomorrow. Too little, too late.I realize that one window, with a contract value of less than $600 may not be important, but you have lost a customer for life.There are too many other good companies out there who are actually responsive and fulfill their commitments.*** Update to Respond to Vendor***It was never once mentioned over the course of the 2 months the glass was arriving broken. We never received any communication from anyone unless we followed up an we were always given the same answer, we will be there Friday / Tomorrow / Whenever.Looking at other reviews it seems we are not the first people who have been promised delivery, only to have it not fulfilled time and time again.How anyone trust a company who is unable to satisfy a simple requirement?I suggest you get your money back from the manufacturer for their failure to deliver to you, if that is in fact the truth - which I doubt it is.

Had my SUV at 1230 and still had to wait for my Vehicle till 445 or 530ish and I was told my car was ready but was handled my key in the middle of a dirt parking lot. That was it and sitting in the lobby was like being in a bar listening to what the employees where going to have to drink when they day was over ... impersonal and uncomfortable at the tone of conversation ..

My mirrors install is what we expected, but more. The glass installed went above and beyond with the install and detail. I did a research through the Arizona registrar of contractors and they are license and insured through them. Great company, don’t go any place else!

Did not install w/s glass correctly first time after a 2 hour wait when expectation set was 30 minutes. Came back to have redone (another 30 minute expectation was set but I waited 1 hour 30 minutes) and somehow the roof of my vehicle roof was burnt unknown cause. I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS GLASS SHOP WHAT SO EVER.THIS IS NOT FALSIFIED, funny this company tries to claim customers that had a bad experience in this shop are lying. I would not take my time to make this post if it weren’t true! I just read the response they had for me on here after a horrible experience at Vista Glass a while back. I even had a photo posted of the burnt rooftop of the vehicle I took in. SHADY COMPANY.

Bad tinting job, horrible follow up, lie to you about promotions And never follow through with their promises. Going on 4 months of dealing with them and trying to follow up with no results and no attempts to make it right.Also installed uv protection package which is just 35% tint that was supposed to lighten up when dried.

Initially had some trouble with my glass (bubbles, minor peeling) and some longer than average wait time. However the staff (particularly Renee (Brooke)) were very friendly and cooperative, and they made up for the negatives I experienced.

I have had two windshields replaced by this company, one was about 3 years ago on an 04 f150, which they put the window tint strip on the top crooked, I contacted them to get it corrected, they decided it would be better to go threw the insurance company again to replace the whole windshield, which I reluctantly agreed to. I was told I would be receiving 2 years worth of dinners to some resterant, that I never received, they said the install tech would leave them in the vehicle, the tech said it would be mailed to me... never got any thing! The second time, about 1 month ago, I received a call to see if i had any windshields that needed to be replaced, it just so happens I did on my 13 explorer, i set up the appointment for Monday between 10 and 2 and was told I would be receiving a 7 tabled as a promotion, I then explained how I never got the promotions from the last one they had replaced, he told me I would also get a $300 resterant gift card and I would be receiving these items in the mail in 3-5 buisnes days, it was Monday 2:30 pm and hadnt revived a call for the tech to let me know he was on his way. So I called to see what was going on, they told me a special trim kit had to be ordered for my vehicle, she said I should have been contacted to resceduald, which I wasnt, we then resceduald for that friday, they came while i was at work and changed the windshield, from what I could see the did a good job on the windshield, then I noticed they put the old trim in my trash can, which I thought was unacceptable, I install A/C and we take all of our trash with us at the end of every job. Then i noticed my rearview mirror was loose, I called them to get it fixed, they sent a tech to fix it the same day. So a week goes by and I still havent received the promotions I was promised, I called them, they proceeded to tell me I would be receiving an email with something I would need to fill out to get the tablet and gift card, another week goes by and I never received the email, I called again and was told the person who handles the promotions had already left for the day and they would leave her a note to contact me, a coupple of days went by with out a word, I called again, they transferred me to her phone it went to voicemail but I was unable to leave a voicemail because her box was full, I called back and they said they will leave her a message to call me, another week goes by still nothing, I called again and finally got to talk to the woman that handles the promotions and get the email, come to find out they are some kind of vouchers, I have to pay $50 to have the tablet shipped to me and the gift card I have to sign up for a dinner club which cost $30 then I would revive a $25 gift card once a month for however long... B.S, between the quality of ther techs, office staff and horrible promotions I think this company is a joke. I will not use them for any of my vehicles again nor will i recomend them to anyone

Wow called to see if I could bring in treo aluminum windows for repair.NOPE! They have to come out, Ill drive out of my way too visit glasd Smith on ft. Lowell, they even have me an estimate on the phone.
