Purchased this beautiful patio wicker set on 4/18. It came in the box brand new. This place is well stocked & carry a variety of beautiful merchandise to choose from that comes with a very reasonable price tag. The only problem I would say some people (Especially smaller women, pregnant women, elderly, & people with disabilities) may have is loading their own merchandise into their vehicles. I thought it was quite odd that I had to load my own merchandise & was kinda scared being that I have medal in my neck however, I got it done and I’m grateful because it turned out to be adorable after my husband assembled the 3pc Set. Merchandise does come boxed for you to assemble however, there were some people in the warehouse getting their merchandise unboxed and assembled by the staff. If you are not good with assembling merchandise just ask if assembly could be done at the warehouses and if there is a cost. I absolutely love my set and without a doubt will be shopping here again

The prices are great. I have 2 complaints. 1 the exterior appearance to the front door could be cleaned up and the payment options are a little out of the norm.

My friend purchased Pedicure Spa chair from Pretty Salon About 5 years ago. She referred me to this store to buy some furniture for my hair salon. I purchased a few styling chairs & styling stations about two weeks ago. The price is very good. Customer service is very patient and helpful. She is willing to spend a lot of time with me to help me get what I need it. Amazing! I will come back to this store if I need more stuffs later on.

Very pleasant & knowledgeable stylists. Great prices too. Very clean & nicely decorated salon. The stylish done my cut & she listened to what I wanted & in the end it was exactly what I asked for. Love the Salon .Definitely going to come back.

Excellent customer service and products

Not sure how to rate this as it is apparently a new company doing a lot of marketing, but not quite rady for prime time. Seemingly understaffed and appears disorganized. Long long wait time.. But the bargains are great.. seem to be half retail . Time will tell the quality but initially seem good.

The customer service was amazing! I was greeted at the door and the lady was extremely nice! She answered all of my questions, was super sweet, and even helped me look around for exactly what I was looking for! I would honestly recommend everyone coming here for their salon furniture needs!

Absolutely horrible quality. I have spent $4,500 on pedicure chairs that were repaired a number of times by the warehouse manager. The chairs never stopped leaking. The leaking water destroyed my floors which I am paying a $1,000 deductible and having my insurance company replace them. The floors are not repairable. Pretty salon was willing for me to spend $1,200 more to get chair bases that worked. Since I am not willing to spend more bad money after bad money, they will not fix the existing chairs. The whole problem started when they delivered chair tops and bases that do not go together. Since they dont set them up I didnt know until my old chairs had been removed and my chair install man told me about the problem.He had to modify the chairs to fit the base to which the owner Lisa ( who never comes to the phone) told me that the warranty was void since I had the chairs made to fit the base. It was the bases that were leaking problem. Buyer be ware does not say enough. Run as fast as you canBTW the nail desks scratch almost on touch. AWFUL DISAPPOINTED IS A MINOR WAY OF HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. I WILL UPDATE IF ANYTHING CHANGES. You delivered chair tops and bases that did not fit each other. I think in your business you should know better. They HAD to be modified to fitNo excuses. Thats why you would not honor the warranty. No modifications, no pedicures.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. The owner avoids phone calls when there is a problem. 3/9 chairs came with seams coming apart, and making squeaking and popping noises when clients sit, making them self conscious as if they broke the chair. WITHIN 1 week.Inconsistent quality. Shampoo backwash units dont come with instructions on how to install. You have to guess or call them, which is impossible. I ordered 7 mats from them, and needed more, went to order 2 more and i got 2 different mats. They looked completely different brand and quality and they told me they didnt have the others anymore. Within a months time span difference. They only wanted to offer me 10% off a FUTURE order which amounts to $8.Regarding my ripping chairs, I couldnt get a phone call back, I was always told she was at the warehouse after and hour of back and forth when i finally did get ahold of her, she agreed to replace the toppers of my chairs.I called back a month later to check on the progress and was told they were closed for months for chinese new year. SO I waited and tried yet again to call back for 2 weeks while she is still at the warehouse only to be told they no longer sell the chair anymore and they will only give me $150 back for the 9 chairs.She then, tried to argue that I only purchased 4 chairs and not 9. Either she is super unintelligent, unorganized or trying to pull one over on me.I will be reporting to BBB so other people dont go through these issues. She asked me why i was bothering her and did not understand that I cannot sent back 9 chairs and be out of business waiting on her to send me replacements either. Unwilling to talk about issues or stand behind her products, as well as evades phone calls.Prices are not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs. I waited months to write this review hoping we could have things sorted out. Owner Lisa had plenty of chances. I recommend DIR salon FURNITURE instead-- they are amazing.

Just walked in and there’s no showroom. Staff said to just look around where everything is in pieces scattered. No one even cared to show me anything. Guess they don’t care. Sad. Moving on to someone else who does care about customers.

How can you call yourselves anything USA when all you product is imported!
