The service representative Karen Davila was extremely helpful. Ive been a costumer of the Sprint since 2002 and so far the transition to T-mobile has been very smooth. Thank you Sprint and T-mobile for always providing excellent costumer service.

Terrible experience. Today at approximately 11am, I found 3 employees at the entrance talking. Upon entering, an employee told me that she was attending to me shortly, while she was serving a client (she was the only one working). The rest of the employees, about 6 or 7, talking and joking inside the store. There were no more customers. None of them were interested in my presence as a client. Faced with that degree of disinterest, I left the store. The foregoing leaves a lot to say about the commitment of the employees of that store and the ineffective supervision that exists there. I will never go back.

Excellent work team. Very friendly and helpful manager. I bought a Timex family (smart watch) which has given me configuration problems but they have helped me a lot to solve the issues. By the way ... it has given a bit of trouble because it is a new team in the market but it is tremendous! The smart watch for children is super useful and convenient. Operations never seen before in similar equipment. Details when configuring it but nothing that cannot be resolved. Thanks Ricardo and Kayra for their services and to the store manager.
