The design staff have been great to work with in renovating our kitchen. Sarà, Paul, and Elizabeth are the best. They are creative and very patient in meeting our expectations. They are very personable starting with Elizabeth answering phone calls and Sara’s and Paul’s efforts designing our kitchen. They always acknowledge the importance of every detail in making this kitchen project functional as well as pretty even when there are last minute changes. The personal customer service had been awesome!!

I can not say enough about the entire team at EW kitchens! They all go out of their way to assist you with their knowledge of the products. An extremely approachable staff, willing to go above and beyond to create and complete your project. Sara, one of their designers has been out on site to assist with the complete process of the project. Always efficient, professional and a problem solver. Sincerely grateful to have them at the Michigan Design Center! Thank you !

I was very pleased with EW Kitchens and the quality of their cabinets. My sales rep, Sara, was very knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. She is very responsive and easy to work with. I plan on using EW Kitchens again for future home renovations.

What an amazing team of people that work at ew kitchens in Troy. Liz greeted me with a great smile and was able to answer all my questions. Sara came out in the showroom and was full of knowledge. She really knew her products well. Paul happened to walk by, introduced himself and chatted for a bit. He was very nice and even offered me a water. What a wonderful visit to the showroom. Glad I stopped in. Definitely on the keeper list.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I would also post pictures if I could. Our $15,000 Aristokraft cabinets, that we purchased from EW Kitchens, are literally falling apart at the hinges. We had multiple problems at install. In all fairness they did take care of those after some nudging. However, it was mentioned that we were not a high-end cabinet customer. You would think that any priced cabinets they offer would be treated with the same respect and urgency when things go wrong. Back up and take care of the products you sell and endorse. We are now waiting to hear if they are willing to help us make our kitchen functional and simply do the right thing. I will be sure to update through this medium whichever way it may go. Things happen are not perfect, I understand that. It is how these things are handled and taken care of that makes all the difference. I only hope that EW Kitchens responds to us, my husband has sent emails, and works with us to take care of this situation and treats us fairly regardless of our price point.
