I hate to do this, but Ive always liked this Target. But not anymore. Very few good prices. But worst is that I couldnt figure out how much anything was. About half of the things I was looking for werent tagged in any way, and not near any matching price placard. Things out of place. And limited selection. Ill give a pass on empty shelves. I saw lots of workers, but not many doing anything. Very disappointed.

I came here for order pick-up off a friends baby registry.When it was my turn, I put my license on the counter, since I knew Id need to show it. I immediately received a lecture. The woman at the counter told me I was rude because my license slid towards her when I put it on the smooth counter. She berated me for throwing it at her, which was perplexing. It was just in the middle of the counter where she could reach it.Ive worked as a cashier and would have been fired for that sort of aggression towards customers.I guess...two stars for them having my order ready to pick-up? But the whole experience was unpleasant.

This Target has waay too many reserved for store pick up parking (22?) spots that are almost always empty and too few handicapped parking (6?) spots. Not ideal for my 95 year old shopper. And your plus size ladies department is pathetically small, almost a don’t waste your time and expectations.

Target is very handy for me to pick up a variety of products in food, baby stuff, clothing, hardware. The people are friendly and the returns are quick and easy.

I enjoy in-person shopping at Target and returns are always hassle free and expedient.

Never treated this poorly at a Target before.Im supposed to be a guest? Well then why do several employees walk right through me going in and out of backroom doors? One literally tried to walk right through me. Several just missed hitting me, but this one, I went right to avoid hitting her, said sorry but she went the same way, so I just said forget and planted my whole body into the end cap so she could pass. I apologized again. She said not a word. Never been here before and I will not be back

Every time I shop here for a few things, I leave out with a lot. My favorite store of them all is Target.

DO NOT TRY TO GET SCHOOL SUPPLIES HERE. What a waste of time. 2 tiny isles half school everything empty. I don’t know if they underordered or just didn’t restock the shelves but they don’t even have glue sticks or composition books

Love their online and pick-up. It was fast. Friendly, and convenient. I order and my order was ready in 15 minutes and when I went to pickup I only waited less than 5 minutes.

The staff is very friendly; I had particularly pleasant interaction with Nancy who assisted me at the self checkout line on Wednesday morning around 0900. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly hope Nancy receives recognition for a job well done!

The staff is friendly and somewhat helpful, however the manager never has stock in desired products, or orders are canceled because they ran out. I often have to go to the Sterling Heights store because they are far superior in stocking items, knowing when products will be available, and working to help you find what you need.Service compared to Walmart, good.Service as far as Target expectations, poor.

Also, Target has a eletronik ioll. There are 70 inch TVs, iPads, Ntedow gams, and cinpyoodrs. Next, there is a groshrey stor and cofe shop too. Target nefr runs out of enething. Need to dedicate more staff to customer service desk. its always a skeleton crew. or consider hiring more crew to service online orders/curbside so people at the desk can focus on customers waiting in line.

Today visit was ok. Stock was low but I found most items on my list. My cashier did not have on her mask at first and had to put it back on once i got up to the line for check out. We need to wear mask always. Appreciate all the help.

I just love the Pick Up In Store option that Target offers. I was able to sit at my desk, use the app to build a cart and pay and simply stop on my way home and get everything I needed. I only spent 5-10 minutes in the store and the app search makes it easy to find what youre looking for instead of wandering around the store.

Ive been shopping at this Target location for a couple years now. Its one of the biggest Ive been to. The employees here are great and I always get the help I need. I mostly come here to buy electronics and the tattooed guy, I believe his name is Travis, that works over there is the most helpful out of all the people in electronics. He always gives me good advice and offers alternatives to products they might not have in stock. All in all i will continue to shop at this location.

Has everything I need in one store. I have been a loyal and happy customer for over 20 years. I have consistently shopped at Target on a regular basis for my familys needs. The only thing I can think of is that is not so great is the increasing prices of their clothing and shoes. Some of the prices are much too high. I am looking forward to shopping the spring and summer season for my family at Target. Thank you for always being stocked and open.

Received EXCELLENT service today at the Troy MI Target in the electronicdepartment. Ken R. not only helped me find the equipment I came in forto support my new cell phone, he explained the pros and cons of a few of them and then thoroughly explained how I could use it. Then, I asked him for another piece of equipment. He explained they did not have it and why BUT also explained how I could accomplish what I needed on the Google Cloud. He volunteered to help me accomplish my task, THEN backed up and taught me how to do it myself. Ken R. went WAY out of his way to behelpful, supportive and did so with great courtesy. Cant say enough good things about this young man. A real gem, Target....you need to bonus him and NO I am not his grandmother (but he treated me as respectfully, as if I was).

Normally my family and I love this location, however, our most recent visit here was barely satisfactory.The customer service was fine, the bathrooms were clean, everything was in stock. None of these things caused a bad visit.I went to the natural hair section to pick up some castor oil and then I went to look at some clothes and it was then that I noticed an employee following me. When I first turned around, she pretended to be on the phone. I suspected she was following me, so I walked for about 5 minutes before looking behind me to see her adjusting some jeans that were already hung correctly.Because she was following me, I have reason to believe she thought I was shoplifting and I do wonder if that was racially motivated. I dont appreciate what happened. I didnt end up buying anything and, to be honest, Im not sure I want to go back if I am going to be followed (Im assuming) because of the color of my skin. 2/5.

This target is wonderful! The staff is super friendly, shout-out to Olivia. The store is super clean, and the layout is designed for maximum convenience. I always leave this store with total and utter satisfaction.

They do not enforce a mask policy or the groups not wearing masks did not distance themselves - I felt uncomfortable

It is a decent target. They always have the products I need and self checkout is quick. It is very hard to find a Tech person willing to help. Most of the time they are talking to themselves in the back.

Not sure why, but you have two people together walking around without masks. They were at the pharmacy and multiple other associates crossed paths with them and no one seemed to address it.

After searching for a happy birthday mermaid banner online, I found the other products to be overpriced on other websites. When I found the happy birthday banner on targets website I was very happy to see that it was only five dollars! It had the right colors and matched the the party perfectly.

I only wear underwear in dark colors. Selected dark color combo pack and blue print combo pack. Received Pinks and Beiges and Whites. This was the second attempt to order and receive underwear. Another Target asserted had stock and then confirmed order, then reduced order. There was no cancel this order button for the reduced order, meaning I have to wait a refund when it is not picked up in 3 days. How rude! Seems like you are asserting substitution of colors without warning is an acceptable practice. The FTC states you cannot substitute colors. How slack your stores.

I shop at Target regularly. I find the selection good, the store clean and the employees helpful (usually!!) On a recent trip the woman at the service desk took extra time and effort to help me return a defective coffee pot for which I no longer had the packaging! Her efforts were greatly appreciated!!

While I live closer to the Southfield location, I prefer coming here sometimes due to different stock levels

The Troy store is very clean and fresh-looking with appealing displays. The optical team is super, and the selection of eyewear impressive!

This is the place to shop! My wife and I come here once a week and have always been treated great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Target prices cannot be beat. Their parking lot is always full so we have to park quite aways but very worth it.

Target has a fast delivery service with their online ordering process and a convenient option for store pickup which makes shopping with them a truly positive experience.  My purchases are exactly as described and the transactions run smoothly each and every time.  I often run into my local Target for last minute things and am greeted very courteously by the employees. They go above and beyond the scope of their duties to provide me with the utmost care and service so that I may continue to be valued as a preferred customer of Target.  I highly recommend shopping with Target as I will be dealing with them again and again!

Great selection, good prices, and I love the redcard discounts. If they dont have my size in the store, they will have it online and I can order. Target is my go-to store for just about everything.

My kids and I frequently patronize Target. However today was one of the most humiliating experiences I have ever had. I was in self-check out, after I scanned my item, Laura rushed over and stated she needed to check my luggage just to make sure It appeared she had single me out so I noticed right in front of me another customer had a waste bin, she hadnt checked, I asked why she didnt check her, she said she didnt have to.

Incompetent employees, really disorganized, worse selection than other targets. They were redirecting customers to try a handheld checkout process when the normal registers didnt even have lines. It wasnt working well, overcharged me, they couldnt get a receipt to print, and I ended up having to have everything returned and repurchased for them to figure it out. I watched at least ten people checkout smoothly while they were messing around with the handheld machine. This place is clearly not well managed.

I love Target but tonight, their customer service was terrible. What shoudl have been a quick return was not due to employees talking and joking around. Nobody appeared to want to do any work tonight.

Spacious and large selection. You can always find what you need here. The store is bright and attractive. The prices are reasonable.

This is a great Target. Usually well stocked and well staffed. The layout is a little goofy to navigate and occasionally it is hard to determine the location of a specific product.

Just like any target this store is wondeful. Great quality of merchandise, always clean, aisles that are wide enough to pass by someone. An aesthetic that doesnt make you feel like youre in a discount warehouse; and generally reasonable prices. I will mention that this Target is much bigger than most.

It hard for me to leave target without spending $100. There are so many great things they offer. From clothes, to groceries, to home decor, and to electronics. The quality and style are there. They always have so many options. I may go in for one thing but end up exploring the rest of the store.

Order online and pick up at customer service to get in and out quickly, without spending $100 more than you planned. Cool home decor items and decent selection of kitchen tools. Plus size clothing section is way too small and basically combined with maternity section, which is really dumb.

Rude employees and everyone has a different policy. Apparently each employee makes up their own rules as they go and it doesnt matter who said what prior. Always have issues at this location and I am a target enthusiast. WIsh I could give zero stars

This is my favorite Target to shop at, hands down. Very well-organized and have everything you could possibly need. Love candles and furniture especially.

Target is just flat out amazing, is this not common knowledge? 😉 I love their sales, the products they sell- especially everything in the Dollar Spot section, and the great service you can usually find from each and every one of their store associates.

This is my favorite Target in Michigan. They always have their shelfs fully stocked and the store is always very tidy. On busy weekends they always have almost every single till open which makes checking out a breeze even on a busy Saturday !

EXPECT LES$. PAY MORE. Store motto is Expect more pay less. Unless you are buying a gift card at the cash. Then you can expect less and pay more. $50 Target gift card costs $55. In very small print there is a $5 handling charge. BUYER BEWARE. We were buying a gift card for a Christmas charity basket. How to knock the Christmas spirit right out of you. Shame on you, Target.

Nice Target close to Somerset Area. They have those recording cameras in front of the self check out and I always try to give them a nice pose before I leave. Sometimes the self check out closes early, which is a bummer because I bring in a sack of coins as my payment. Id rather not give a sack of coins to the person at the regular checkout. Pretty cool though, standard stuff, sometimes you cant find something youre looking for, but thats typical of a Target because they tend to be smaller than Meijers or Walmarts

Nice Target though a little strange with the layout. Electronics are when you first enter to the left, not in the back. Also, it seems the layout for the food section is a little strange. But otherwise this place has a great selection, even over other Target stores. Its clean and everyone was very nice.

Nicest Target Ive ever been in!

I love target but as much as I wanted to like this location it seemed like all the clothes were only in sizes small and medium. I found a cute pair of boots but they only had the one on display.

Nice house nobody home. I will be taking my business and my grandchildren somewhere else going forward. I have no idea what you are thinking when you allow men into the womens restroom. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer common sense to political correctness.

Overall it’s a great store, but don’t waste your time with the photo department. There was no one staffed to run it. I waited half an hour just to pick up an online order (which had an email saying it was ready) and had to have a staff member ask for someone to come over twice. Plus it was a mess and completely disorganized.

Very disappointed. I needed a motorized cart to shop in this large a store. All the carts were uncharged. This was at about 10.30 in the A M. ( The store is open at 8 A M.... so something should have been available.) I saw a register supervisor nearby and said that none of the carts were charged. She turned away to talk to another associate. No help there.I went to the other side of the store and none of those cart were charged either. Now I have to cross the store to get what I needed.When I asked an associate where something was, they didnt know. I was supposed to walk to the front desk to ask there.Also while the the floors were very clean, shelves were dusty and a lot of things were not marked. I guess I could take the microwave I was looking at to one of the scanners.Also, I encountered several associates either returning items to the shelves or merchandising. No one would move their carts. Guess no one noticed my cane. So it was going around or I had to move a cart. It must be hard to do your work with all those pesky customers interfering.The one bright spot was the young man in the cafe. He was friendly, efficient and when he saw my cane, asked if I needed help. I told him I could manage a hot dog, but it was nice of him to ask.Sorry if this is long, but it emphasizes why brick and mortar stores are in trouble. Once you get someone in the door, make sure the customer is treated well. No was rude, but I it still wasnt a good experience. I was prepared to spend between $50-100. Instead I spent $7.65. Id like to know how much it costs to get a customer in the door?Never thought I be using on-line shopping as much as I do. Good luck Target. I wont be back.

No school supplies left! Really? Who does that? And signs suggesting supplies leading to nothing. Poor showing Target. You definitely missed the bulls eye.
