Really great service- Teri went and looked for components of our costumes but they didnt have them in stock. She was really helpful and didnt complain about my multiple requests sending her to look for stuff in the store. Saved me a trip, but earned my future business.

Great experience! Went in there expecting to be pretty lost but josue and Ryan really made the experience with balloons and where things are really easy and simple. I will definitely be back for some more shopping soon.

Came in just for balloons... every single one I wanted they were out of. When. I asked if they would adjust the price of others the same size that were two dollars more because they were out of they said no, and when I asked if they would compensate with a coupon I was told no. The manager, Amber, was incredibly rude and didnt even try to be nice. I will be sure to take my busines elsewhere that appreciates their customers next time.

Great place to pick up decorations for parties. They have so much to choose from.

Manager named Anayale was so rude and refused to help. Told me they didnt have anything I wanted then when I found what I needed on my own she coped some attitude and was incredibly rude again. I asked her for her name as she was yelling at me from half way down the isle and her responce was we wear name tags. I asked the girl at the front and all I had to say was rude yelling girl and she knew the name.

. Snooty young highschoolers running the establishment. With apparently nothing to do except hang around the cash registers.

Just stopped by to find a Halloween costume for the kiddo. Sad to not find a robot, but the staff was awesome.

So much inspiration...prices a bit on the high side with indifferent staff.

I drove 25 miles there to get my kids costumes and after waiting and waiting found they were out of every costume!!
