Horrible service. I bought a clearance item no return. Complete understand that but I need to swap for different size. Store will not do it. IThey are getting rid of most of ther popular brands and going all carhart overpriced items.

8/24/21- my husband researched a lawn tractor and we called to get some measurements. The girl who answered the phone Desiree was extremely helpful she went out into the storage yard with a measuring tape when no one else either could/would and measured the lawn mower for us to make sure it would fit in our trailer. She then cheerfully gave the store hours and her working hours as we wanted to have her work with us.Unfortunately when we did arrive she was at lunch, but it all worked out because the young man there (dont know his name) took us out to the yard let us start it and let us give it a ride and then did all the paperwork for the purchase and the rental of a trailer. The entire staff seemed to participate in finding us accessories and everything we needed to make it a smooth sale. We were very happy with the customer service. You dont find customer service like this at any of the big box stores. We will surely be returning even though its a half an hour drive from where we live.

Stopped by there today and was Very Impressed with the guy, Ryan, who appeared to be the Manager. He was outgoing, friendly and jumped right in to help us load our bags of feed. Thats a sign of great management! A Manager who encourages employees and jumps right in and works with everyone else! Great job, Ryan!

One visit was enough for me. Staff standing around with one register open and at least a dozen people in line to check out. No room to social distance, no staff available for customer support. Was here mid- day Saturday, poorly managed. Prices are much higher than big box stores. No bargains here. Good place to pass up....

Great staff, carry some hard to find products (have a vintage tractor), and always clean / well maintained. Prices could be better, but, would rather just go get what I need rather than waiting for shipping for a website.

Great place to pick up odd and ends you need around the house. I get cracked corn for the wild ducks in my area. Found a great price on mulch actually better than the home improvement stores.

I shop here weekly for pet food. Doing a price comparison in the area and this place usually comes in the cheapest. Also this place is good for hardware type of supplies and just looking around for stuff you didnt know you needed. Also I like the western and work wear, gloves etc selection available. Cant go wrong here.

Pulled up for a pick up. Called the number and the girl said they would be right out and wanted to know what color my car was. Sat in the parking lot for another 25 mins. Still no one came out with my item. Tried to call again they closed. I know things are different because of the virus but come on dont say youll be right out and you dont show and close shop knowing someone is in the parking lot...

Got unloaded really fast, stayed on property the night before delivery. There was another truck already backed up to dock plate. Forklift driver came and woke me up after he finished first truck

I love this store. I can pick up food for my chickens, dogs and cats all at the same time. Their bulk prices are the best around. During spring you can also go here and pick up chicks as they will have them in the store. Or if they dont have the preacher looking for you can order them which is what I usually do. They also have ducklings which are just fun to talk to. LOL. Everybody that works at this store is very kind and helpful. I have never been in the store and saw that it was dirty or was in need of anything they truly do take care of this store.

They have everything you could need plus more. I get the best pig chow for my potbelly here. They even have treats especially made for them here!! I was spending lots of money buying small bags of dog treats for her. You have to be careful when selecting treats for them. They will eat darned near anything. But that isnt what they need. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is they dont always have what you need on the sales floor. And looking into their back room the reason is very clear. They need to get someone in there to do nothing but organize it then push it out to other employees to stock the shelves. And then organize again.

I like this store because they carry most of the items I need as a homeowner/hobbyist/tinkerer and I can avoid the gigantic home improvement stores. Some of the useful items they carry include work clothes, welders, hardware, automotive paint, garden equipment, and pet supplies. All the stuff I need condensed into a manageable space. Good prices and nice people too.

Fun place to shop, but very low number of shoe sizes on those they do have. Good pricing and friendly employees.

Ample parking. Store facility was very neat and clean. Restrooms were up to par. Staff were helpful and friendly. I ordered grass seed online and picked up in store. The process was quick and painless

Very nice people and helpful. Chick days! Only downside is you have to get a minimum of 4 chicks. So it wouldnt be the place to only get 1 as a pet. But the more the merrier!

Best deal I could find on some natural gas wall heaters, super helpful from calling the 1-800 number to have them transferred to the store to all the help in the store, and other products I needed were on clearance to boot. They were sold out of the hook up kits, but gladly told me where I could go to get one even if they didnt get the sale. Its a long drive from my house to the nearest TSC, but it was worth it.

Friendly staff, nice to have local. I dont have a need to shop here often, to me its more of a nitsch shopping need. However, when Ive been in need of an item here and there, they have it and in stock gratefully.

I work at this location. But this visit was my wife. She brought our son and granddaughter to experience this Tractor Supply. She makes regular trips there because she loves all the various animal supplies as well as home decor. Another fovorite is items for children, toys and clothing. I love working here and now my family shops there and are loving it.

The staff are not professional and rarely around for help. I waited 20 minutes one time for someone to get some chicks in a box and another 20 for help with a coop. And theyre not all that nice or understanding with a curious toddler promising to be so gentle if he can please just touch a baby chick for one minute. Youll get one helpful friendly staff on occasion, I try to wait until I forget how bad the customer service experience was last time to return.

I usually just go there for dog food at $16.99 for 50 pounds you cant beat that. But they have so much more for home and yard care. I love that place!!!

The employees are very curtious and helpful and I found the hummingbird feeders on sale for half off. They also have a huge variety of good quality dog food, I usually get the Blue Buffalo, which is Always in stock...but they have many more to choose from.

We purchased two montmorency cherry trees for say 14 dollars each. Which seemed like a good price granted they are on the small side but transportation and planting will be easier. I just ordered some fruit trees through a soil conservation district for 20 dollars each just before finding these at TSC.

I came here for the first time looking for a metal safety can for gasoline. I browsed all the store sites at work before settling on Tractor Supply which had the best price by at least $10 I think. I called to verify stock and went to pick it up after work off the shelf. Signed up for their rewards yatta yatta and got like 5 more dollars off of it so i was happy. Its a nice step in between a huge store like Menards and a lackluster one like an Ace Hardware. I didnt have time to browse the entire store, but they even had an entire Carhartt section which is cool because I like their workware, but a Carhartt corp store is on my way home. Could absolutely spend an hour in there just looking at temping my wallet on stuff. Went back for decent prices on grass seed. The bags are bigger, but better than the smaller ones that Walmart or Meijer would have.
