Very kind man named Carrey working here who looked at my PC. I dont know anything about building computers, so I bought it from XIDAX, and it quit on me after only around four months.Turns out it had a faulty power supply. They ripped me off terribly on the price, too, and I only know this because he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with it and showed me pictures of each piece available on other websites.He got back to me about all of this quickly, too. I highly recommend bringing your computer here.

Stopped in for solution for slow wifi. I was greeted and given excellent service. I was expecting to have to spend a couple hundred dollars for new router. Instead I was provided an alternative and only spent $15. Owner very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely return and recommend.

Came in today for help and the Mr Cary was fantastic! A rude man called in wanting something expensive for cheap (phone was on speaker while he was trying to help me simultaneously), & Cary showed more professionalism & patience than I would have with the caller, even hanging up on him!I respect owners who 100% talk straight to people who dont beat around the bush or try kissing our butts, especially when we as customers (like the man earlier) arent always right. Not open on saturdays?!?!Some people due to “work” can only go out on weekends.Don’t want to give my money to Best Buy, would prefer to support the local businessesYes they commented about their hours. But what business is closed on weekends? Walmart? Office Depot?Do they not care about supporting small businesses seriously?Apparently they don’t want $$?

First off I only write bad reviews because people need to watch out for stuff.The Owner here stay 1.5 hrs+ after close to make a sale or a customer with lots of questions happy. However you want to look at it. Yes, he spoke in ways I didnt understand but I had back up. My son understood this language and was on top of it. Without a problem... computer words was flying around the room. Showing off the coolest GPU & CPU... air cooled vs. liquid cooled... etc. Even with my dumb questions and interpretation well they talked. Really, wasnt looking to buy a computer tonight specially be there till almost 8pm. With a 20 min drive and still dinner and be up at 2am. Well, some this story up... after writing some of the comments. Owner is a cool dude and I will deal business with him any day of the week. I will also send people his way. Came in for a gaming pc for my youngest son! Trojan Electronix was great!!! Explained everything you need in a gaming pc and what to spend the extra money on and where to save some money. I was so impressed that not only did my youngest buy his gaming pc, I walked out with a laptop, external storage, and a WiFi extender!!! Trojan Electronix has a customer for life!!

Guy was personable and honest, upfront about costs, had a decent selection of parts and components, I came in for a laptop keyboard repair. (edit) while the above remains true, the computer was returned unable to boot to operating system. The individual offered to repair the problem that he created for 120, I decided to just take it back and i must fix it myself.

Took my old laptop up here to get fixed up, Carrey was very friendly, and hes more than proficient at what he does. They have my business for anything computer related and definitely recommend them if you want to get a PC or upgrade/fix yours.

ConclusionM: I was very upset and the owner or representative quickly calmed me down without condescension.Basically TROGAN ELECTRONIX cares to make the customer fully satisfied (even when I was a hassle over something small).The owner was amazing with customer service. I was having a terrible day and use my computer for work.There were things I didn’t understand. He was calm and polite while I was rude. I apologized and he explained everything.The Side of my laptop wasn’t connected all the way. The internet didn’t work because the back of the computer wasn’t snapped in all of the way.I was disappointed.with that but he offered me $20 back when I only paid $25. Unbelievably satisfied. Stores like these you won’t find very often. I came in hoping to find a dream gaming rig and left with it 3 days later. Genuine staff, amazing insight and knowledge on the current tech market, hard working and extremely friendly. Best part is the honesty and integrity they carry themselves and their store with. They even tricked out my rig with beautiful synced colors and color strips at no extra charge. I was truly thankful to be given all my options and got to pick what best suited me all the while knowing I was beating current online prices for the components for my rig.They also gave me a lifetime antivirus (military grade), Microsoft office, Windows 10, video/photo editing software and more! Not only was I sold the discount computer at a great price, I asked for a lesson and was given one with patience and expertise. Great local business. You will lose nothing and gain much by using this location instead of a big box store. Not only is turn around time 15x faster than taking something to geek squad, staples, etc. but it also come with knowledgeable instruction. After digging myself into a hole trying to fix something I only had light understanding of and making it much worse I called two hours before close and got my laptop back by the end of the next day better than new. Pictures were sent during the repair process I was kept informed and presented a variety of different options at varying price points to chose from when selecting new hardware that I was upgrading. Will use again for all my future pc needs. For anyone who hasn’t used a big box store let me just say I once waited over a month to get a Keyboard fixed on the same laptop because they don’t actually do most anything there they send them out of state and it’s a long arduous process.

Contacted by phone to ask if they had a vertical GPU mount. Instead of getting a simple yes or no he was strangely argumentative. He told me that no one on the planet would have such a thing because what I wanted to do was impossible. This was without even seeing what I was working with. I ordered one from Amazon. The owner never offered any advice. Only argued that it couldnt be done. He actually said, No one on the planet would have such a part.

I came in looking for a 1TB 5500rpm hard drive for a old rare backwards compatible PS3 Phat I am having refurbished by someone I found online. An hour later I walked out out of the store (with the hard drive) after having such a good conversation with the owner who expressed genuine interest in what I was doing. He even explained he could do the job! After talking to the owner, Carrey, I could tell the guy knows his stuff! I wish I would have known about this business and Carrey prior to committing to the work through some stranger online. I just assumed computer repair stores did not have the expertise or knowledge to do specialty gaming console work. Boy was I wrong! Ill be back. Thanks Carrey!

Carrey was excellent he built me a computer got me on my way and in the process I was schooled on a lot of information I didnt know, he was very patient and even personally delivered my computer, always great to buy locally from small business I would definitely recommend, Thx again and I will definitely be back.

Crazy awesome inside this place with tons of super cool gaming computers and even had huge fish in a big tank that totally kept my daughter busy while he helped explain a bunch of stuff. He saved me from making a big mistake with fixing my older pc by being honest with me. He lost about $200 today from being honest but is gonna make that up and more when I come back to give him my business from now on!! Carry was/ is so helpful.. He doesnt just want to sell items to make money. He talks about your budget and what you can pay without breaking the bank. He goes off of what you will need/ use computer for. Now my son will have the gameing computer his been asking for!! And he let me more put half down and then pay the rest which helped me has a single parent. Difitly will have friends and family go there and recommend him to any body his very honest and he cares! Extremely Knowledgeable about computers which helps if you dont know exactly what you are looking for.

I had trouble with a gaming rig last year and Carrey assessed the issue and helped me with an affordable trade-in upgrade. 1 year on, the beast is still running smooth thanks to the suite of tools he installed to keep it ship shape.I just went back in to upgrade my mouse, keyboard and headset. He gave me a great discount for bundling, and I saved more than $100 than if Id gone on Amazon (plus I got it same day and I like supporting local business).Carrey is the nerdiest hardware guy youll find in the area, and hes obsessed with giving customers value. Awesome People!! Gave us a SSD free upgrade along with microsoft office too when I bought new laptops for my kids. They gave me like $90 off for my kids grades with the report card! Terrible Service, Tried Ripping me off on a lot of computer parts. Without actually doing any research on the parts, He was saying I paid 60 dollars for 5 parts all together which actually cost me 380. All Brand New parts from Newegg.
