Brought my Volvo wagon to replace rear brake pads and rotors and get diagnostic. They walked me through the issues and helped me understand what was critical to repair versus what could wait and actually let me see under the car to show me the state of things we discussed.They have options for financing and credit options for those who cant afford the full repair and theyre careful to explain when it is a safety issue item that should be replaced if you cant afford all the repairs needed as well.

From start to finish, they were professional and fast! I made an appointment the night before and my jeep was on the lift within 5 minutes of stepping foot in the door. Would definitely recommend!

The gentlemen at this branch were very responsive to my questions when I called ahead and took my car right away for a drop off service. They also informed me of issues with the battery terminal needing a cleaning before I returned. The service was fairly priced and Greg and his guys did a great job getting everything done and back to me, swiftly. The service was excellent. I had a catalytic converter charged and they cleaned my 02 sensor so that I could save on the price of having them replaced. I was so thankful for I’m living on a budget. They are now my go to for auto repairs.

Mr. Gary Coffman, the Manager, and his staff were very courteous and helpful. For example, with my painful right foot, which forces me to temporarily use a walking stick, Mr. Coffman helped me out the door to my car. I was most grateful for that nice gesture.

When I went to take my car for an oil change. I was treated unfairly. The manger was condescending when I was asking about the bill. I asked if they took military discount and he said yes military discounts are 10% which would have led my bill to be 31.05 instead of 34.45. He took off 50 cents instead of the correct amount .They do very bad business and would not recommend anyone to go there. This is my second bad experience with them.

Scheduled an appointment at 1pm for 5pm for a oil change then get a call at 3:30pm because they can’t make the appointment due to techs leaving at 5pm when they close at 6pm

So for him to handle me the way he did as a walk-in WHILE he had a lobby full of consumers(social distancing & mask practices followed by the way) was really refreshing! He notified me promptly of the issue/cost, I agreed. And the rest is history a few hours later for pickup! This organization has been around FOREVER, so the name speaks for itself! Gary was cool as hell and honest and up front, told me how much what parts may be needed and when it would be done. Then had it done sooner then was expected and on a weekend no less. Will DEFINITELY be back for future exhaust work.

I was going on a 1000 mile trip in 2 days. Decided to check out the funky sound driving and I needed done quickly. Went to 2 places and could not help. One more place down the street. 10 minutes confirmed that I had an almost locked brake. This happened before. This time we flushed the brake fluids and had my new brakes in 2 hours. Then an unbalanced wheel and they threw that in too to fix. The car feels and sounds great. I think i have a new go to mechanic. Now to get on to Maine with peace of mind.

Checked my code, had it tested and found out I needed a new one rather than do it myself in a parking lot I saw the shop and they were able to get the work done pretty quickly...in a couple hours I was back on the road working car good as new l. I was charged $88 for Synthetic oil when the Meineke price is 64.99. The manager was rude when I questioned why so much. I mentioned to him that the dealership only charged $72 including tax. I will never come here again.

They gave me an outrageous price to install a Borla dual exhaust kit. With tax $572.00. I had it installed for only $160.00 from another mechanic. They claimed they would have to weld support brackets but the kit had everything included and no welding was required.

Went in for an oil change. Place looks small but they were working on several vehicles at the same time. They are usually busy on Saturdays but they got me in and out pretty quick. They even checked my wipers and found out that I needed a new wiper motor instead of a wiper arm as told by another place. Great service and prices. Will definitely be going here from now on. Great Experience with Ed he showed me issues he saw with car he worked hard to get stripped screw out and help to find a replacement. The lift cracked my under body a lil at the bottom by area where suppose to be lifted but hopefully thats no harm I shall see🙃

The representative from my insurance companys emergency roadside assistance told me that I had to get a new battery ASAP because mine died and the car wouldnt be able to start again on its own. So I took my car to the Meineke on Olden Ave without calling ahead or making an appointment and they took my car in right away. I was able to leave with my car after only about a half hour.Friendly staff and good service!

I’ve Never Been Here Before But The day I went I had just got into a car accident which left my right side mirror off the henges, freaking out not knowing what to do Being I’m a New Driver, I went inside & instantly received help, they did the job so fast it wasn’t even an hour it was done within 35 to 40 minutes the latest. The price of repair was reasonable it didn’t brake my pockets, they were so well mannered. I Will definitely be coming back in the future

Ive been taking my car to Meineke in ewing since I left my car dealership about 3 or 4 years ago. I love the staff, theyre are alway friendly and inviting when coming into the shop. Ive always received open feed back as the work on my car and they show me as the find weird things while completing a service. I love that the have built and dialogue which in turn built my trust in them to not take advantage of me like my dealership!

What a great experience, Fernando and his workers did everything plus more. I was referred by family when I had my mufflers pipe broke in half. I called the prior day made appointment with Fernando to come in at 1 pm. When I walked in (10 minutes early ), Fernando was busy multitasking with phone calls and prior appointments waiting in the sitting area, but he greeted me with a hello and ill be right with you. After Fernando assisted the others, I came forward and explained the problem that my car now sounds like a drag racer, once I step on the throttle. He took the car into the shop, sky-jacked the car, looked underneath and had me see for myself, broke in half for sure. He explained that it would take about couple hours, I was in no rush, I had left the store. At 3pm Fernando called and said completed. The service was excellent and the crew behind the scene were fantastic even if they were short-handed. In businesses like these it is best to call and make an appointment as they do fill up quickly especially around the holidays. (price $ 201.94) after tax
