I own a 2010 Malibu that was parked for over a year without being moved. I had multiple issues that needed attention to make my car drivable. I made a list and took it to Bob at A&B Automotive. Bob looked at my list gave me a price and then said, if you can’t get everything done, I’m going to tell you what “needs” to be done to make your car SAFE. I had been to 4 shops including spending over $2000 at Reedman’s, only to get my car back with the same problem that they were suppose to fix. Bob was honest, he called to keep me abreast of everything he was doing and when he said my car was ready, it was ready!!! Bob was AMAZING and he has a customer for life!!! Thank you Bob, thank you soooo much. They don’t come like you anymore, your an excellent mechanic and an HONEST man.😉

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and get service done. I like that they provide a thorough inspection regarding recommendations and urgency repairs. I will definitely be using this repair shop again. I had a good time first experience.

Had a wheel bearing go out while driving on the highway. They got me in and completed repairs by the end of the day. Replaced the wheel bearing and two upper ball joints for me with amazing turn around time. Bob was straightforward and awesome when explaining the situation to me. Cant recommend this shop enough.

Took my car there .told them theres a problem of fumes smell in my car, the guy got in the car after 4times of me telling him to please get in and check it for himself .drove for 1minute came back and said “Sorry ICANT HELP YOU”-he made me feel some type of way that I won’t mention, but “If your Not the “Right” “type” of person you probably won’t be treated like a human being. Beware!

Excellent service by Bob at this shop! I found this shop through a Costco search of top rated local repair shops. Very impressed with their caring attitude. 3 other mechanics could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Bob took his time and figured out my brake system was actually missing some springs and levers that other mechanics didn’t inform me of. Will be returning for future repairs!

I had a great experience from start to finish. The estimate was right on point and they didnt try to pressure me into buying extra services. They also documented the repair/inspection process by sending pictures. Any issue that they found was prioritized in a list for me for future attention. Charlotte was extremely helpful and walked me through every issue with the car personally. Would definitely recommend!

I had always taken my Audi to the dealership for service--but the last time that I went there, the service I received from the front desk person was so indifferent and uncaring (well, actually, rude) that I decided to go elsewhere. I found A&B on the Costco site and, after reading numerous glowing reviews on Yelp and Google, decided to take a chance on them. I am SO glad that I did! The level of service is topnotch; Charlotte and Jeanine are super attentive to details and so incredibly NICE!! Two weeks later, my car is still doing great and I spent the money I saved (when compared with the dealership) on a lovely dinner out. Hopefully I will not be needing service for my car anytime soon, but if I do, I feel reassured knowing that I can trust A&B.

Excellent service! My car was acting up. Id never been to A&B before, but went because of the excellent reviews. I was not let down! From the moment I walked in Thursday night, Bob was attentive. I was in & out in minutes. By Friday morning he told me the brakes were shot. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and the price was reasonable. By Friday afternoon everything was fixed. Now the car drives like new. You cant ask for better! I will be a returning customer (though hopefully not too frequently : )

I had the oil changed in my suv last week. The staff is excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. They emailed me a report immediately of the items they checked and we discussed everything in detail and answered all my questions.

I took my car here based on all the reviews and was not disappointed. The mechanic was very down to earth, he explained everything well and did not try to overcharge or sell me anything unnecessary. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday after hours and it was ready the next day. He did point out a few other things that were wrong with the car but was honest and said that it was not absolutely necessary to get those things fixed if I just wanted to save money and keep the car running. I feel like other places would have told me that those other things needed to be fixed and wouldnt have explained it as thoroughly. All in all, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely take my car here again.

(few updates)Almost five stars, good, but didnt go well on my visit. Came to see if these experts could figure out a situation none of my personal car gurus could figure.Not only they couldnt figure it out but they were about to start doing a process of elimination, the thing where we replace each part for a new one until we hit it right. And boy my car aint cheap...supposedly.Im not a car expert but sure could see that a thousand dollars each piece was dumb, found them online for about 85 dollars each. Good thing i took my car out cause these professionals dealer certified (used to work with the real deal they claimed) mechanics couldnt see that the parts were not broken at all, and ended up figuring out the real problem with a little more research for a fraction of the price.Extremely nice and great people, regular prices from the usual car shop (is not a dealer place cause dealers are more expensive). Not sure about the expertise part of it, and i still got charged for looking at it...multiple times. Sorry i got disappoint.

I had my car towed to A & B on family recommendation. Bob informed me that my frame had detached from my vehicle!! (Can you imagine??) Bob took it upon himself to do some research, contact a Hyundai dealer and found that my car was under a recall from 2009. He suggested that I have it towed there and have them fix it for free! What a GREAT GUY!!!I cannot recommend A & B Automotive highly enough. If I could give it higher than five stars, I would!! :)

Im a first time customer of A&B Automotive and Ive found them to be friendly, honest,knowledgeable and reasonable from a cost perspective. My vehicle had a carbon build-up problem and the dealer recommended a new head at a cost of approximately $4,000. A&B suggested an internal engine clean out for less than $200. The clean out worked, thus saving me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend A&B Automotive.

Ive had our Chrysler T&C in twice for separate items in the past month (both repairs identified by Bob during first visit; multiple trips for personal reasons) and will be bringing our other car in shortly. Got an oil change there and planning on getting ball joints replaced there too. It has a real feeling to the place. It feels like genuine people and it seems like, if I was to start a shop, it would look like this. Nothing flashy, just genuine people and service. Gave me a big list of what needed to be looked at, then another list of what is dangerous to go without.
