There are no words to describe my experience here. I needed new parts for my car due to small crash accident & Joe was very honest about my car status giving me also updates all the time about the situation. Joe is definitely the greatest of all! My car now looks brand new! The painting is awesome. A friend recommended this place without even being here! That’s how good these guys are, you can trust them with your eyes folded & I’m more than glad I came here. Great service, great work, very profesional, very honest. I will recommend Maaco to anyone NO DOUBT AT ALL!!

The experience couldn’t have been better. Matt went over and above expectations. They even did some extra without being requested. Most of all he made my daughter VERY happy which is the most important thing to me, by doing awesome bodywork repairs on her car 🚙. Thank you very much 🙌 !!

Hands down the Best!! I had a hit n run accident. Where my car had multiple damages. Went to Macco and (Andy) help me get my car back looking good.My out of pocket cost was reasonable, and they had my car for 3 days.Neither the less to say....I am pleased with everything done on my car.Especially the paint job!! 💯💯

My blessing & my curse is a 98 Firebird Trans Am. I cant afford a garage & the sunlight took a toll on my paint job.I did a search on Maacos website for a new paint job & was impressed by the prices. A woman from Trenton Maaco actually called me to follow up, saying not to be intimidated by the prices, that theyre usually cheaper than advertised. So I swore Id follow up with them.A couple months later, brought the TA in for a water leak in the trunk. They had the car for 2 weeks. They said every time they thought it was fixed, they found another leak, & wanted to make sure the job was done right. After 2 weeks of work, they only charged me $100. Never leaked again.A suicidal Bambi jumped my financial schedule ahead to get the paint job done. Needed a new mirror. They also identified some other blemishes & cracks they could fix. Finding parts for this car is no longer easy, but they put the work in. They recommended their 2nd highest paint job. The areas that were faded, they sanded down back to primer.The best part was Joe Palmer used his personal cellphone to send me updates every few days along with photos.I was really satisfied when I saw the finished product. The car was glowing. You could see your reflection in the paint.

Macco painted my husbands Truck/SUV early 2021. We did not inspect the top of the truck or door handles until maybe 2 weeks later. Macco agreed to repaint the top of the truck as well as the passenger door handle which was not completely painted as well.We were scheduled to drop the truck off on Monday and pick up at the end of the week. On Friday we were told they did not get to the truck and to bring it back on 7/5 and pick up at the end of the week. We dropped the truck off on 7/5. Macco called us on Friday 7/9 to say it was going to rain tomorrow (Saturday 7/10) and the truck would not be dry.Macco had the truck since Tuesday, therefore, if painted during the week the truck would have already been dry.I would never recommend the Macco on Prospect Street in Ewing/Trenton to anyone and we will never ever use them again.

Car was done too fast. Small bubbles all over. Brought it back a day later and was given a story that it was just dust stuck to the paint. When I questioned that explanation the guy ‘Bob’ gave me veiled threats that my whole life would be ruined if I went ‘looking for something’. I should have run away when I saw the condition of the shop!!! Emailed customer service with no resolution.

I had a few dents, dings and scratches I just got tired of looking at, and flaking paint from a repair done at another place years ago. Matt took care of all of my requests and made my car look better than new with the repairs and a fresh coat of paint. They were very accommodating all of my personalized requests, and Im very pleased with the results!

Chris did a very good job cleaning my headlights. I have a 2007 honda. My headlights were very foggy. Now they look brand new. Very friendly people at shop.

I have used this shop for years and have always had a good experience. I have worked with Pete, Matt and Joe and they have always been personable and professional. Mostly I had used them for items I paid for myself. Recently I used them for a significant claim on a 6 month old car. I had thought about using the dealer because the car was so new but figured I would give them the business due to our past relationship. I am glad I did. The car came back good as new. It was done when promised and they handled the insurance company issues. They were very informative and helpful throughout the process. So kudos to the staff for taking car of me and my car.

Had my car painted a few weeks ago... IMMACULATE job done! Everyone doing the quotes and inspecting was very helpful. I came back to my car looking brand new! I highly reccommend, the customer service was outstanding and the job done to my car even better!

I have taken so many cars to this place for paint and repair over the years i have lost count... Maaco specializes in getting your car repaired and back on the road so you can get back to work and not be broke.Can you find a better paint job? Sometimes but those people want a 3000 dollar paint job for 800. Please..If that is what you are looking for there are other more expensive places to try. I have been there to and my experience is ..save your money and move on.Nothing is the same after a wreck so it is what it is. .Get your car fixed for 30% less of what everyone else charges and be happy you saved money and are back on the road. These people do good work and try to work with you to get your life back together. I love em...They are the best.. Thanks Matt and Pete for all your help.

These people gave my parents personal information to another customer and then had the nerve to tell us we were lucky the guy didnt call the cops on us and it was in our best interest that they gave him our info. Bizarre incident - hostile, rude employee. I experienced Road rage from a Maaco employee.I pulled into the Maaco lot looking for the front office. It was very tight quarters with pot holes and vehicles on either side. I noticed that the vehicle in front of me was backing up -- the driver tapped the horn at me. I took this as a signal to back up and did that. After the vehicle appeared to be parked I went past it but was hemmed in by more cars parked in front so I stopped and was wondering what to do or who to ask.A man (middle aged, gray hair and glasses) came striding over. I asked for instructions about where to go for an estimate. He started yelling at me that I had honked at his wife when she was trying to park. I was amazed and explained that I did not honk at anyone. He yelled SHUT UP and kept repeating BE POLITE!!, while sticking his finger near my face. I was stupefied by this mans irrational behavior and repeated that I did not honk my horn at all ... but this made him madder. He made threatening physical movements towards me while repeating his mantra of SHUT UP and BE POLITE! He looked like he wanted to do some violence.I remained calm, though stunned. I thought it best to stay in my vehicle and leave -- to avoid an escalation over nothing. This incident was witnessed by another employee and hopefully caught on video. I backed up the long narrow passage way by which I had entered and gladly left -- never to return.If you come to this place be prepared for the worst.

Felt like family from the phone to the door

I took a truck cap topper to get painted here to match from a 2016 Ram 1500 to a 2018 Ram 2500. The color was from white to red. I received a quote of $550 dollars for the truck to get painted. I agreed a I brought the truck over and after the cap was off the manager came out and said the price would be almost doubled due to the paint code, which they already had because I brought the truck over the week before so they could get the code. Although this was a warning flag, I agreed because the cap was already off the truck and I didnt have the time to go around and find another body shop. After I picked up the cap, we attached it in their dark garage and after I got home I inspected the cap closer. There was orange peel all over the cap and it looked like it was painted outside with the amount of pitting and dirt that was imbedded in the paint. Also the taping job of covering the windows was so sloppy that there was still white paint showing under the window on the driver side, that is clearly visible to see as it is right at eye level every single time you would get into the truck. I took it back to the shop and showed the manager the poor quality of the paint job and he agreed to take it back and fix the problems. We took the cap back off the truck and they had it for another week. This second time though, they didnt even bother to call me to say that the cap was done, I had to call them. I installed the cap again inside the dark garage and as soon as I got outside I could see again what a poor quality job was done on this cap. This time, it was worse than before. There is orange peel all along both sides of the cap, as well as paint drips and again, dirt embedded in the clear coat. I showed the manager before I even left the lot and again he agreed that it wasnt a good job and if I brought it back Saturday he would have a guy polish it out and I could leave it right on the truck. Now why would I leave my truck there and have them possibly put swirl marks into the paint of my brand new truck. They had 2 opportunities to put out a quality paint job and both times it looks like my cap was a rush paint job that was done in the middle of a junkyard on a windy day. I cannot even express how upset and disappointed I am in the way this cap came out. I will now have to spend even more money to take this to someone else to fix the low quality job that was done on this cap. I will never use Maaco again as they put out a poor product. I would recommend that anyone thinking of using Maaco to paint their car or anything else steer clear of this shop and find somewhere else to go. For the $1000 that I paid to get this cap painted, they do not care in what something looks like as it leaves their shop. They should be embarrassed that they let something out of their shop looking like the cap that is on my truck. Pathetic workmanship at best.

I have to say I was a little hesitant of having my car repaired there because of some the reviews and color of my car. If you look at my car now, you would not be able to detect the damage that was once on my rear passenger side door! Mr. Joe Palmer was great to work with. I got a paint job on my car from them over a year ago and the paint is already flaking and peeling from my car. I am not satisfied with the paint job. Go somewhere else!

I stopped in for an estimate. Within 3 min of arriving I was sexually harassed. It 60° so I didnt wear a coat. The general manger asked what I take off insinuating my clothing when the temperature gets to 70° another staff commented that mine was the first shoulder he had seen all year. I was not wearing anything revealing or inappropriate. The whole experience was disgusting. Then the estimate was double the time of the other estimates I recieved for the same repair. My advise dont go here if your a female the entire staff was sexist.

Well i take my truck to a full body paint and fix few dents ..ok the color is exact what i want but the spray my black rims with white paint plus around the doors the rubber parts now is all spray ..plus the front of my truck is chrome no anymore they took so long to get the job done plus they was friendly when i take my truck there and when they told me was 2000 for the job but when i make a complain on them they just ignore me so if you tryn to paint your car better check another place this place is not good it all
