Love their sales. The coupons that are offered. Great selection, most items seen online usually instock at local store for pickup. Employees are friendly and very helpful. This place is my new favorite crafting store since the other has left the area.

I was able to purchase two table top easels for my granddaughters for Christmas 🎄 and they were on sale at half price !! Two for one !!I also purchased two canvas painting 🖌️🎨 kits of the Nativity Scene, complete with brushes and paint to complete a lovely Christmas picture. Michaels helped me give two gifts that will give many painting experiences and enjoyment to my granddaughters!! Thanks Michaels.

Just your average Michaels store with no complaints. Polite staff, shelves are always stocked, and its in a decent location. Just your typical Michaels store, but it does seem slightly small. Glad their still around. Some really great deals when I was there

Usually pretty unorganized and messy shelves. Staff is nice but youll really only see them at the registers, your unlikely to find one to help you on the sales floor. Their selection is usually pretty limited unless youre looking for every kind of jewelry beads under the sun.

Couldnt find all the moss I needed. Or the DIY kits for painting. Had to go somewhere else for canvases and boards but still got paint here.The cashiers are awesome, they start a lil convo. Theyre so nice, one of them gave me a quick tip for the moss art I needed by using resin to give it a shine.Place is clean, flowers are beautiful, even if they are fake haha. Very good vibe in here if youre the artsy type.

They had everything I needed. The store wasnt crowed at all and the cashier was sweet. She signed me up for the rewards program I didnt even know about.

A store associate, Liz, helped me with an online order noted for pickup that didnt process on 11/30 -- she was SO unbelievably patient and helpful. It was an unfortunate situation and she went above and beyond with handling -- went to get the item I was trying to purchase online and was very polite. Liz was great customer service !!

Everything was clean and pretty much organized. Employees were scarce when I had a question, but I did find someone who went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, the items that I was looking for, that the website said they had in stock, that I traveled 25 minutes out of my way to purchase, were not there. Big waste of my time!

I hate Michaels! It is definitely a weak spot for me! I love to craft and I can get lost at Michaels. I had gone for Christmas decorations and they did not disappoint! They also had amazing sales going on, between that and there selection, they were definitely the best craft store to go to. They made sure to accommodate customers in line, adjusting the amount of cashiers they had for the amount of customers waiting. Lines moved quickly and efficiently.

Going to Michaels is like going to a candy store! So many fun things. Well stickex and nicely laid out.

Friendly staff that are always willing to help. Hard to find staff on the floor for assistance so you might need to walk around a bit until you find someone. Shelves are typically partially empty, theres been lots of times where Ive left empty handed because something want in stock

I went in to purchase picture frames and the staff at the Frame department were simply awesome, to say the least. The sales person on the floor was courteous, and helpful. He asked for the tech in the back room to assist in the more technical stuff, to choose the right frame and mattes. I highly recommend Michaels

Decent place for art supplies, great place for craft items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they usually have decent coupons and deals. Store is very clean for a store open so often and with the volume of customers they receive.I only wish the art supplies (pencils, paint, canvas, etc.) was cheaper but its probably expensive everywhere else as well.Theres also 2 drop dead gorgeous girls that usually work in the back area in the framing section. . . . And at least one of them likes good music, lol.

The employees working there were knowledgeable and eager to assist. I first went to Walmart to pick out a picture frame but they did not have the size I was looking for 8×8. So Michaels around the corner it was. Found the odd ball size I needed and then some. Ended up purchasing 2 different sized picture frames with the assistance of one of the employees. The cashier was even helpful and pleasant. Overall wonderful experience.

Found exactly what I needed and it was on sale. The line was long but seems that way in all stores these days.

Post Christmas changeover under way in store. Some empty shelves and heavily discounted/clearance holiday items around the store. Craft items and tools for many different hobbyists of all ages.

Just left the store. They rang me up for the wrong price, to the tune of about $45. The cash register didnt match the signs in the store. When the cashier asked for a manager to help, since the floor staff verified that the wrong price was ringing up, the assistant manager came over perturbed because she was caring for her baby on her break. I didnt know she was on a break. I didnt know she had her baby with her. Its not my fault the price rang up wrong. Why should I leave the store paying an extra $45? Her comment to me? Shes been overcharged plenty of times at other stores. Huh? The cashier was really nice, the floor guy was really nice, why did she need to send me out of the store with that kind of remark? Note: There was no apology for making me wait an extra twenty minutes to check prices, and there was no indication they would fix the price in the register. No arguments, no raised voices ( in fact I was whispering since her baby was right there) just a couple of seemingly sarcastic comments thrown at me, at least I think it was sarcasm. I did get the right price eventually, but why should I be made to feel bad about it? :(

Stopped by to pick a Halloween decoration that the stores website said was in stock. The item did not exist in the store. Nor was there much of any Halloween stock. What a waste of time, energy and gas to make the trip to the store!

Generally has everything I need. Occasionally I need to order online (tends to happen when you start to expand in acryllics, painting, etc.). With A.C.Moore closing, Michaels will become my go to for quick trips.

Interesting enough their coupons say not elegable to be used on cricut machine but when u do t buy a machine and just materials such as vinyl or mats they say it still is t able to be applied. Called a manager and they eventually took it off after a fight but things should be more specific. I also had an issue with the UPS PICKUP. My agency ordered $4000 worth of gift cards through a third party website and UPS shipped them to the store. I went to pick them up and at first they had no idea wherer they were. They checked front lockers and back lockers and they were nowhere to be found. Finally they found it on the window shelf by the exit of the store where anyone could just grab and go with them. They didnt ask for ID and I ho early dont remember if I signed for them so anyone could have walked off with them. Other than that I love this store I frequent there for my craft supplies and the staff is usually very friendly

Good selection of items, clean store, helpful employees. But I strike out again and again with the coupons. Tonight the area where you stand in line near the cash registers was obstructed by Christmas wrap and the Scenticles display. Very awkward and with six people already in line, I had nowhere to stand.
