Best place to get the things you want in your home with just small payments a week. Love I literally have gotten everything i wanted to complete my place. The employees are amazing and I couldnt ask for anyone better to handle my account. The store manager is tough but he works with you and makes everything run smoothly so both parties get what they want. I highly recommend them.

I went here to buy 2 side table lamps, one for each side of my sofa. The salesman that works here was very helpful. They had the exact lamps that I had in mind for my side tables. The salesman even took the new lamps out of the box and let me look at them and measure them so that I knew I was getting exactly what I wanted. The lamps are constructed very well. The price was reasonable. They even gave me 2 bulbs to go with my new lamps.Overall, I cant think of anything to complain about.

The manager maurice is very professional and has amazing customer service skills. This store is excellent the staff is very friendly. They give you the at home feeling. I would recommend this store to anyone . People go in and check it out they work with you. You wont regret it people I had the best experience at this store.

I wish there was an option to qualify this a -100 starThe people that works in there are horrible including this woman called mariah, she looks at you as if you were going to ask for free stuff, gives a lot of attitude when you’re just looking for service, I went there and paid the full week price knowing there was a special of $15 pays your first week, i had one week for the “manager” to review my paperwork, thing that he never did, when it’s supposed to be checked out the same day, mariah told me to shut up because i was asking for my rights as a customer, had to pay my freakin first week and i have nothing in my hands because all they do is joke around and dont provide the right service, then why did i pay if im still not approved? Thankfully i cancel with them and went to the N Olden one because this one its a waste of time and patience!

Horrible place, terrible customer service, I was delivered damage furniture, I try to get a discount he said no, he promised to order new and deliver in two weeks that was five weeks o go, and not even a phone call This manager Maurice has no clue how to treat customers, I told him how well I was treated in the pass at other stores in Florida for at lest 7 years, and have pay them thousands of dollars which makes me a good customer ( I think) and he said that the difference between his store and the ones in Florida is that they” don’t play around here” !!!, Whatever that means, my point is the attitude, do not try to work our deals with this individual he is very negative person, never smiled and if he doesn’t hear what he wants, he may say like he told me, I will schedule a pick up of the furniture and that’s it, how sad, now he gain one more negative review and I’m goin to another store to pick up the same stuff, hopefully I will find me a better customer service people,

Been waiting 8 days for a delivery that was supposed to be my wife Christmas gift. Everyday day they give me a new excuse. Horrible

They took our account number and they paid another client their account and we did not claim that we had not paid they sold me a TV that they gave us old, dirty, used and in the contract it appears as new we had to take it to an investigation and report the fraud

If I could put less than that I would do it without thinking, very lousy service
