I’m pretty sure that this is the friendliest Target I’ve ever been to. Every single Target employee greeted us with a smile. Most also included a “hi,” or “can I help you?” The store was spacious, well laid out and well maintained.

Great quality of products and selection available. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. There is a Starbucks inside which is a plus as well. Theres also typically adequate staffing which makes check out easy and quick.

Awesome customer service this morning at curbside pickup. This really is the best place to shop in TC because of the store cleanliness and positive attitudes of the employees.

The pick up service is wonderful. I was able to shop at home and pick up my items the following day. The young gentleman at the pick up service counter was very professional, kind, and quick to get me my merchandise. With it being my first experience with pick up he was wonderful at explaining the process. I will definitely use this service again.

I usually give Target stores 5 stars. This gets a three. Couldn’t believe the lack of inventory in many departments. Not as spotless as your average Target, possibly due to renovating.

Management has done a really nice job with the staff. I’ve noticed a big difference in the last 6 months with the associates being more engaging and really kind. Every staff member seems to look me in the eye, greet me, and ask me if I need help finding what I’m looking for. The cashiers are very nice and welcoming. I continue to do most of my shopping at Target due to the great selection and customer service.

We went on a Saturday morning and the store was immaculate. Everything was clean and organized. The make up selection was good and organized. The store was easy to navigate and the check out was quick. Overall one of the better Targets I have been to.

Everytime I am at Interlochen, my daughter and I do some of her shopping for her boarding days at school. What I like about Target is that it has turned the typical mega store in a place where different brands are set like boutiques. There are lines for each style and stage in your life, pregnant, single urban, younger, my age...There are some designers and lines I like and I sharing some of the pictures.Enjoy!

The Mall hosts the Target store. It does have its own entrance though near the main mall entrance. Anyway ...I go in there, get what I want now that its like a grocery store within the mall, and all sorts of other things all in one place. Pretty nice. Never had any problems with Target. In and out I go. Not a place that I always go to or a Go-To place, but if I am around and want something I dont have a problem going here. Never had any issues with staff or finding anything. Kept clean and so on.

We forgot our 7 yr olds swimsuit (came from Ohio) and I had gone to m_ij_r only to find that they had zero swim inventory left. So I called this Target to see if they had any before driving 40 minutes. Chloe answered the phone and she was SO awesome!! She even walked over to check and tell me exactly what sizes and styles they had. Offered to put something on hold but we decided just to head over.Customer service like this is more and more rare. Thank you Target for hiring awesome people like Chloe!!

When it comes to groceries, not a wide selection. Also, there doesnt seem to be much care put in the quality of produce. The bag of fuji apples I bought had 4 out of 8 apples are beaten and bruised! I dont have the time nor energy to return them so I threw out the bad apples. this has never happened for me at Walmart.

Tried to buy a computer today and there was no one in the department to talk with or get prices... When I found an employee, he was helping his grandmother with her phone. They both looked up at me as if to say... Did you want something? Yeah... Help... Whats with these millennials and gen x, they apparently dont like to work... But like to get payed...

Ive shopped here before without a mask due to a medical condition, and know others who do throughout stores in MI. This time however, I was turned away by a teenager who said I couldnt enter the store. He said I could do curbside, but I needed to look at several things in person. The store was not busy. I wouldnt have come within 6 ft of anyone. Ill give my business to stores who dont medically discriminate who can enter to view items in person before purchasing them. Who says people want to purchase something before looking at it then pick it up curbside and possibly have to return it?! I hope managers and corporate are aware of the reason this Target store in particular may end up losing money!

Getting ready to put items in my cart, salesperson said excuse me. I thought she needed to scan something for inventory, not so, she grabbed the items right out from under me to fill an online order. Went to manager, couldn’t do anything about it as those items were already scanned in system to fill the online order. Manager just didn’t want to deal with fixing the online order!!! Oh well I did get a gift card from him, but still waiting for the item I came in to purchase. Once I get it and can use the gift card, will move my shopping elsewhere!!!

My mother was harassed at the door about not wearing a mask eventhough she cant medically tolerate it. Came in for Easter items for my kids and they barely had any Easter stuff. Got this one surprise pop toy for my little girl that had lip gloss in it and ended up having to call poison control 15 min later because she was violently throwing up.

Went down hill in the last few years. Not sure why the change but the store was way better like 10 years ago. Please bring back the music and electronics section, you have so little I just left and an associate was following me around like I was a murder suspect.

I went into Target today and was greeted with a sign stating they required a mask. As I shopped I saw 10 + customers without. I asked an employee what there policy is and she said only to post a sign, the corporate policy is to do nothing if customers don’t comply. She also stated that she wished they enforced the policy too because she doesn’t feel safe. I will not be shopping at any Targets until the pandemic is over.

All experiences Ive had with Target over the years Ive been a customer have always been satisfactory... wait! MORE than satisfactory. Its been fun dealing with Target.

During this pandemic, Target is still open, and I appreciate that. But I didnt appreciate looking at clothes and finding ones Id actually like to try on, only to FINALLY find the elusive fitting room and be told they dont allow trying on of clothes. There should have been signs around the clothes department. How do they expect to sell clothes if people cant try them on? Might as well not have the clothes department open. Perhaps its out of their control, but it is bothersome.

I ordered a item for pickup, when I arrived 4 hours later my item was not ready, no big deal. I was told that I could grab the item off the shelf, bring it to pick up and ne out the door. I got my item but when I got to the window they said they would have to charge me for the item I payed for online. When questioned they insisted that doing so would cancel out my online order. I caved, payed for the item and went home. Upon checking my account it became clear that I was swindled, they were still trying to process my online payment. I had to manually cancel my order, of course, you need to download their app to do that (or so ot claims on their site)Has I not been leary, I would have been Targets latest target. Aptly named, who knew?

Your employees may not, under violation of HIPAA as well as other acts, ask a shopper what their underlying medical condition is. Your corporate recording and your corporate website specifically states except for those with underlying medical conditions and young children. Somebody needs to follow their own corporate rules.

Target has done a great job of keeping the store clean, hand sanitizer is readily available, and the employees are all in masks. However, during yesterday’s visit, there were many shoppers without masks and not practicing social distancing. It makes me feel unsafe to shop there if they won’t enforce that guests comply with the governor’s order. Very few people have medical reasons to not wear a mask, and the groups of women shopping yesterday were not all in that category.

I love Target and this is probably the absolute best one I have been too. All target needs to have this much selection for mens and just everything over all.

I love the discount with my Red card. I like being able to order online and pick up at our local store. I live 45 min away from the nearest Target, so it is good to know that my sale item is available by the time I get there.

It would have been quicker to go grab our item then the order online pick up in store feature. We waited 20 minutes for them to find our stuff. They went and pulled it off the store floor, it was not ready. I ordered it 3 days ago and forgot to pick it up. Then I remembered and it still wasnt ready.

My first time online purchase from Target was so easy, and hassle free. On BLACK FRIDAY - I walked up to the service counter and picked up my order and was back to my car in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely be doing this again!

I could not tell who was working there or who was a customer I spoke to one of the team members about their dress codes to get to work they told me we have to wear a red shirt no one had a name badge on I saw several team members with a sloppy red t-shirt on no one come to help me if I can help it I will never return to this store again terribl

Like to shop here for baby stuff lots of options and fair pricing. Produce section is scant could add more options and same with cake designing section. Otherwise great location with reasonable prices. Like the cartwheel app quite a bit and the discounts with my redcard. Main complaint being the wait in line.

They enforced the governors covid order tequiring masks be worn in the store. It was refreshing. The store was clean, well stocked and I found prices in line with Meijer and Amazon so...it’s a no brainer! I’m ditching Meijer for Target. Thank you for keeping us safe Target.

I love the store. The products are priced fair, cute fashions, home goods, furniture & etc, staff is helpful, returns are easy, red card savings without having a separate credit card, pickup/shipping options.

My local Target is updating the layout. I am excited to see the new layout and ever changing merchandise.

It seems like the turnover rate for employees is very high here, especially with cashiers. Nearly every time I go in there, the cashiers are very timid like theyre fresh on the floor. I love shopping here though! The selection of products is great and when they added the grocery section in a few years ago when they remodeled, it only made it better. It is hard for me to stay away from this store!

I had to make a return yesterday and I was very disappointed to see Target not enforcing the notice on their door stating masks must be warn to enter the store. The lady in front of me made a comment about it to the person at Guest Services and she was very upset that it wasnt being enforced. If no shirts and shoes can be enforced than so can masks.

There is always everything that Im looking for, and very attentive and helpful staff. They went out of their way to look up a registry to make sure the items came off and look up cartwheel offers for the items because my phone was having difficulty loading.

My experience was incredible. Walked in, went to the service counter, picked up my item, and was out the door. Awesome!

This is my favorite store. But I am becoming disheartened with them because out is not the coupon friendly store it used to be. And they are going with larger sizes and double packs on items. So while this a good store, I am just not as enamored with it like I used to be.

The new employee, Jared tried to help me. The product I wanted was out of stock. When I first walked up there was 3 employees standing around talking. They all walked away without helping me. I was buying a camera 2 of them I was told were phone people. It was very poor customer service. They should have offered to help me even if it wasnt their department. This store would be the last resort for me to shop at again.

Target is a nice store. The staff is always kind & helpful. Theyve the best supply of cleaning & laundry supplies.

I went in to get a birthday first gift for my niece and I tried getting into line, not knowing there line was extending by isles. I got yelled at by an employee in a brace boot telling me to get to the end of line, I was standing by the line I tried getting into because my boyfriend was getting a gift card, the lady then preceded to try to take my belongs out of my hands and got in my face and told me to get out of “her” store because I was trying to cut and wasn’t “obeying her rules”. She then proceeds to yell at me some more, tells me I am ruining HER Christmas by trying to cut and argue. Before I could get her name, or even tell her to contact her manager so I could have a conversation with them about there employee she walked away from me and told me to get lost. Not impressed by your store’s employees Target, maybe pick some that have respect for customers. Especially during the Christmas season.

Simple in and out decent items at a decent price. If you want to hit the mall up for other shopping you can. Staff seems to actually be happy and sincerly friendly. Unlike Wal-Mart.

I bought an iPad here in January and just found out that you only have 30 days from purchase in which they will help you if anything goes wrong with it.Their customer service is atrocious here and they are always so patronizing when they speak to you.Your customers should be number one and the fact that I bought a product from you and you won’t stand by it and help me out is ridiculous.If you’re thinking of buying an electronic product from them I would think twice about this because you’ll have just as bad as an experience as I’ve had.

The store was pretty good but the cafe area was pretty terrible. When I want to order dinner at 5:35 I was told I could only have breadsticks, hotdogs or popcorn ....they had turned the oven off because they close in 20 minutes. The condiment and soda fountain counter was dirty. Trash on the floor of the cafe area. Crumbs and food on the tables.

I normally Shipt shop at this Target but today I just went to buy a new USB cord for myself since they had the one I needed. I find it and go up to the two people in electronics and walk up to them to just ask a question. They just look at me and continue what theyre doing. The guy was helping another couple which is understandable. The woman however just looked me up and down and rolled her eyes then looked away. She wasnt even doing anything! An older couple comes up and she proceeds to greet them and help them out. I normally dont think this way and I hate it but Im starting to think it may have to do with my race. I stood there for 5 mins before finding another employee to help me out. All the other employees were friendly except these two. Its funny because the guy works at Meijer as well and I shipt shop there too. My issue is with the woman and not the guy.

The only place I was able to find the product I needed. Has a great selection and employees are always friendly.

I really like the size of the shopping carts. They are larger than most carts and fit everything well. You are even aloud to take the carts to use in the rest of the mall area.

TL:DR I worked at this Target store for a total of 6 days I barely had any training and when I tried to explain that I had no training to my superiors they told me I was wrong and it was still was unacceptable.The store manager Hillary is one of the worst bosses I have ever had. A lot of the current employees already complain about her, in the six days that I was working there I heard consistent complaining about her. I didnt understand why until I had my own run ins with her.For example, I was hired for electronics, I only worked there for a total of 3 days. They wanted me to be a cart attendant for a couple days because they were low on car attendants, so I agreed to help them out a bit. my first day on carts I was struggling with the carts all day and when I went on my lunch I had made sure that all of the carts were filled up in the cart area. When I had come down from my lunch all of the carts in the car area where out, Hillary and Sherri were outside gathering carts. I then went outside to go help them, when I got outside Hillary got on my case and told me that I had not been doing my job and that it was unacceptable that the carts were out. When I tried to explain myself and tell her it was my first day on carts, she cut me off and said to stop arguing with her. The only words I said were, Its my first day Im sorry, I filled up the carts before I went on my lun...The bottom line with Hillary is she needs to be replaced, I know me and many others dont feel she is leadership material. Ive heard many times from other employees that they wish the old store manager never retired.(BTW Sheri is freaking awesome)Another issue I have is the training you receive here, its practically nonexistent. I was practically just thrown into cart attendant with minimal training. It wasnt nearly as bad with electronics but it was still not good.Another employee which I had issues with is Holly, the only word I can describe her as is condescending. When I asked for help with carts she said over the walkie all over the store Youre a big boy and you can handle it alone not only is that rude but Im an adult and it is not something a team lead should say to their employees. She also outright lied to me, she told me I was being permanently moved to cart attendant and that she heard it from one of the Executive Team Leads. I knew she was lying so I just played it like I didnt know anything, when I spoke to an ETL, she told me that it was just not true what Holly had said. Not only was it not true but the ETL whom had supposedly moved me to carts permanently had been on vacation for several days. Essentially Holly was trying to get me to quit. Which I later confirmed.I do not recommend shopping here nor do I recommend working here.
