Took my 09 Road Glide in for some service a month ago. Had a new Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1 exhaust, new Metzler tires, urethane handlebar bushings done. The service, communication between Skyler and myself, the parts dept was great..everyone was very helpful!! I even bought a new Sena Outrush R helmet. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the company as a whole. Even Don took the time to say hello, despite his busy schedule. Take your Harley to Classic and be confident she will be well taken care of!!
Service department communication was top notch! Skylar was able to keep me informed every step of the way. Was very helpful with the insurance process. Definitely using them again in the future for all service items.
Fabulous experience !!!! I had been traveling on my motorcycle and arrived in Traverse City. I needed a front tire. I stopped in at Classic Motor Sports. They had a tire and Skylar the service manager said they had a service bay for travelers. The bike went into the shop and the whole process took less than 2 hours. That is totally amazing. Thanks to Skylar and the staff of Classic Motor Sports for helping an out an out of state traveler on a short notice.
Took my RZR in for a malfunctioning speedometer, Skylar and Trevor where the two that helped throughout the process. Very upfront about time frame and great communication from the both of them, got the part in and it was fixed after a couple days of the part arriving. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend .

Went in for a new pair of riding boots. While there I saw a bike I was interested in. I spent 20 minutes in the showroom and not one person asked if I needed help. As far as I could tell I was the only one shopping and everyone else worked there. I watched several people that work there just walk by. Nobody even said hello. I drive a brand new truck and was dressed decent. No worries though. I will find my new bike elsewhere. I usually prefer to support local stores but when this is the customer service you get it isnt worth it.Update. I found my new bike at the same place I purchased my dirtbike. They could have made an easy sale.
While doing the scooter cannonball run this year, my cardo black failed on the second day. Luckily our chase truck driver was able to purchase some cardo bolds from Classic Motor Sports. During the trip, out receipt was lost and with a phone call to Danny, he was able to get me a copy of the receipt! Thanks so much!
Took my four wheeler in for repairs, spoke with Trevor in the parts department he was super helpful and knowledgeable .They figured out the problem and had my four wheeler back to me in three days.
I found out about Classic Motor Sports through my brother. As he is an avid motorbike/cyclist whatever you want to call it. Anyway, I was looking for a good helmet and so he told me to go here. So I did and although the helmets are not cheap by any means, they are well worth it. Also, they hold special events here from time to time. For anyone to attend such as Bike Night and such. Good little get-togethers for sure. I enjoyed my time here and the staff was friendly and overall a good time, felt like I was talking to a friend more than someone at the workplace or business. Shout out to Ashley for such an experience as that. Highly would recommend for Bikers, Motor bikers, any sort of 2 wheeler/3 wheeler individual and even folks for quads. Harleys to Sports Bikes to Quads, Classic Motor Sports is the place to go.
I walked in with my wife, to purchase a motorcycle I saw on the internet that they had on the floor!Not a single employee greeted us, 2 salesman sitting at there desk talking to each other, no acknowledgment that were even there.We stood and looked at the bike for about 15 min+-! A gentleman with a dog walked in and there was a customer standing at the service desk!One of the employees greeted the man with the dog.. at this point we felt invisible.The dog owner and dog proceeded to walk into the manager/owners office at sat behind the desk, One of the employees soon followed without acknowledging us again!It’s at this point where we walked out and I went and bought my motorcycle elsewhere!Not the first time I had this experience there!Recommend going somewhere els!
Wont lie had some stuff happen in the past but Nate behind parts and skylar in the service department have helped me out tremendously and know their stuff. They have went out of their way several times for me for parts or to get my stuff worked on, Id rather help local businesses than wait for parts off the internet that might not even be the right ones so I recommend them and get 90% of my stuff for my rzr and other toys Ive owned from them, they have always got my stuff in a timely manner or have answered any questions Ive had an if they didnt know they usually found out pretty fast.
Nate has been absolutely amazing and very helpful getting me parts for my Polaris RZR when a different dealer let me down. He has gone so far out of his way to help and I can’t recommend them enough. If I could rate 6/5 stars I would.

They sell you an extended warranty but then wont stand behind it. I personally will never buy from them again. All they are is thieves. They held onto it for 3 weeks before telling us that it wasnt covered when all along they said it was covered. I would recommend going elsewhere to purchase your products.
If I could give a zero I would. This company stole a family motorcycle from a kid. Kid brings it in, pays diagnostic, they call him and say we found more problems and we need $350 for more diagnostic (not approved by kid) before we fix, kid couldn’t pay and now they have the bike, it’s not fixed and now they send a bill with $400 more in interest. No wonder Harley won’t put their name on the building.
Been there twice in the past month. I might as well have been invisible. While I dont expect the ABC Warehouse approach of salespeople swooping on me, I would appreciate being acknowledged. Im considering a Harley-Davidson, but will now be shopping elsewhere. No prices on the showroom motorcycles either. I think if you arent going to greet the customers, the prices should be on the bikes.

Bought a brand new Kawasaki Krx, took us so long to find one, didnt even go over 30 on for the first 49 miles since that was all it took before it broke, service manager has lied to us twice about it, but love our salesman Nick (Nemz) he has stepped in helped us out!!! Mechanics are great as well just by pass the service manager and you will have a awesome experience!!
I was not very happy with my visit I had purchased a new atv and i had over payed. I had purchased mine for $8311.62 my farther had purchased the same quad but with the brush guard and (his atv was from a different place) he only payed $7856 out the door. I think i was overcharged for my warranty i had payed $799 for mine and my dad had payed $649 for the same warranty. I feel every person who would buy a atv i would recommend going somewhere else. Because this place will over charge you hard core.

Was quoted $750 to do a carb rebuild and rear master cylinder on my 2003 sportsman. A week after dropping it off they still hadnt ordered my parts. After 18 days and a wasted 70 mile drive with my trailer to pick it up on day 13, my bill was $1500+, with no call to discuss the increase in price. Service Manager is very scatter brained and seem to be a yes man. Ended up settling on $1200 and cut my losses. Will never take anything to them again. Typical dealership prices and bait n switch tactics. Learned my lesson. Should of showed up in my old Suburban with trailer and not my Escalade. Be sure to get your quote in writing or you will get taken advantage of.

I used to go here all of the time for my two wheel needs and had always been treated as a valued customer. I had since moved away many years ago. I was in the market for a new bike and told my wife how great this place was. This time was my last. I was shopping for a new sport bike but was ignored by everyone except for the nice guy at the parts counter. They were not even busy. Sad thing is I was ready to buy! They would have not even had to work for it. I saw what I wanted but apparently today you have to look like money to even get a welcome. Im sad to say that whoever was running the place years ago must be gone now.

There were very helpful in store did take them awhile before someone asked if I needed anything but there call services suck ice called more then once and have a waited in a total more than an hour and I never get anyone to ask about a pair of boots I ordered 2 weeks ago. They said should be in by the end of the first week and they will send a text when they come in well its been 2 weeks no text and its impossible to get someone over the phone for a 2 min question! Its ridiculous.

Called to order a air filter gave Nate in parts year make model and serial number, he said call you back in a few minutes, 3 weeks later part arrived from Amazon. I took the time to call parts manager to explain what happened, Nate is the parts manager, he said he was in the hospital dying therefore could not call me back. Will order parts online and have delivered from now on.i called twice please dont ask for a third time.

While on an extended motorcycle trip, I stopped here to have them check another shops work on my front wheel bearings (the wheel was making noise).They took me right into service, saying Travelers get priority.It took a while for the mechanic to diagnose the problem. He found several things wrong, but was only able to correct a few of them. Hopefully, it is in good enough shape to finish my trip and then Ill have to repair it correctly (Ive already ordered the list of parts the mechanic left me with and they should be waiting for me at the end of my trip.Thanks to all the employees for helping.

We were having issues with our motorcycle. The guys went above and beyond helping us.We are from Ontario, so we were at the mercy of anyone who would help us. Randy, Don and Nic, all helped to find us sleeping accommodations and made sure the parts we needed were ordered in. Last Saturday I called to make appointment to bring my bike in for a rear tire and oil change. Person that answered in service told me no problem bring it in Monday morning which I did. Showed up around 10 only to be told that I wouldnt be able to leave bike and if I did it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. After being told on Saturday that it would be ready by Friday. I now know another reason that Harley is loosing market when you lie to costumers. The last one I purchased was in 2003 and will now be my last. STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC POWER SPORTS. FIND AN INDEPENDENT SERVICE PERSON. SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST.

I bought my first motorcycle this year. Ive put over 3000 miles on it this summer. Went to classic to get gear and accessories and the parts department was very helpful. Very informative with accessories for my motorcycle. Never dealt with sales but they seemed nice. Had to deal with the service department and was very satisfied with the help. I read all these reviews about the service department. As a auto mechanic, I can tell you that whether its a tractor, truck, car, motorcycle or atv, service does not always go as plan. There are complications and sometimes a vehicle has to come in multiple times before its fixed. Nothing on any motor vehicle is set in stone. And tight valves on a Polaris is very common compared to a warped head. I recommend to anyone that takes a vehicle or quad into service, just be patient. The more you hassle a service department, the less likely the problem will be fixed and the more likely youll be waiting longer.

Had a less than one year old utv that would not start. Contacted numerous dealers about the problem and was unimpressed until I contacted Classic Motor Sports. I was very impressed with the conversation, so much so that I traveled considerably further to have them service my utv. It was determined that a mouse ate through one of the wires. They contacted the manufacturer (clearly not required) and was able to gain approval to get the repair covered under warranty. Upon completion of the repair the mechanic that performed the work went through a very detailed explanation of what occurred and offered great information regarding my machine that I was not even aware of. While I did not buy this machine at Classic Motor Sports I would not consider going anywhere else in the future. This is clearly a Five Star Organization!
My bike has a nail in the rear tire and, being out of town, I was in a pickle. They figured a way to get me a tire and get going. They even drove me to a restaurant as I waited.

I was told to my face by the salesman that it would be 100% refundable but now it is missing and nobody can account for it. BAD BUSINESS 🤐🤔

However when it came to getting work done for the item purchased which was still.undwr warranty they could not help us.. will never buy from here again. Will never said anything to.get foxed here ever again. Sorely disappointed with customer service.

Classic is an authorized dealer for a lot of companies so they have access to just about everything even if they have to order it. The only downside to that is as we all know dealers/authorized dealers are hardly ever the cheapest place in town but the prices are fair. Pretty much all of the staff is an expert though that is the advantage! I highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a new toy or a part to fix that toy in case your weekend was a little to fun!Edit: I just read all of the one 🌟 comments and the common complaint is the service department... Its a service department they take the time to diagnose issues with all makes and models of course that is going to take some time! As for the people complaining about the lack of service there are rules and contracts stating what they can and can not do maybe you should think about that before leaving the negative comments! The common thread in any kind of service now days is if you complain you will either get something for free or you will get helped faster. That is not the right way to treat people that are just trying to help you!
Worst Experience Possible. Polaris Ranger had motor issues. They way overcharged me on breakdown & diagnose the issue . Had to drive up to TC and get it after several days of confusion, no call backs and receiving different stories. Ultimately brought to dealer I usually use downstate & they knocked out a rebuild for half the price that Classic had proposed . Super unorganized & way overpriced. Wasted my time & money.
Super disappointed that their gift cards cannot be used any place but their store. I do like that I can always find something pretty cool in the clearance ranks. Around Christmas theyll wrap your gifts In Harley paper.

Always had good luck with the service department, they even searched their warehouse to find a part for my 98 sled that is obsolete. Also when they didnt have a bearing for my crankshaft they we able to give a phone number to another dealership that had one in stock. That to me is good customer service!

Ryan took great care of us and even had our ATV delivered to Kalkaska 2 days after purchase when we initially thought it would be 4+ days. Im very satisfied with the purchase of a new Polaris Ranger via Nemz (Nick) Stankovic in Spring 2017 from Classic. Nick was very knowledgeable of the product line and was a pleasure to work with. I did not feel pressure from him or experience buyers remorse.
