Had a 6 minute helicopter tour of the bay area. We were met in the parking lot with enthusiasm and clear directions. Everyone wore masks and we were introduced to our pilot Ryder right away. They walked us through the hanger and to the helicopter! He helped us take pictures and helped us with doors and seatbelts. We put in our head phones and we were off! I couldnt stop smiling. ☺️ It was so fast and so fun if love to go again! After, we spoke to Gracie in the office all about the planes and becoming a pilot and their business. Totally recommend. Everything was super clean and professionally run. Would definitely do again! 🚁🍂🌳

They helped me set up a secret engagement proposal for my fiancee that was truly perfect! Every step in the process was so well-organized and professional. Our pilot, Ryder, was very knowledgeable about the areas we were flying over and even played a custom music playlist of our favorite songs. Outstanding organization! I have chartered several times from 45 North Aviation and have always had a wonderful experience. Super clean and well maintaned aircraft, friendly pilots, always feel safe. Office and restrooms are extremely clean, and the booking process is super easy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

It was a very unpleasant experience. As I walked into the door everyone was on their phone. It took me 5 minutes before someone came to talk to me and I was the only one there wanting to spend money. I knew right away they were trying to scam me out of my money. And on top of it while I was there a man behind the counter kept making gestures to my sister who was with me. It was not a good experience by any means. Any where but 45 North Aviation!!!
