Excellent site. Always clean. Friendly staff! And they support the community! As event lead for Tracys Relay for Life I dont have a garage. These guys donate a whole unit to store our swag. I cant thank them enough!!

Rented a unit here temporarily during a move and they were great! Beau was professional and helpful. It was very easy - better priced than other storage places in town and well lit at night.

Theyre fantastic. Ive done business with them on least 10 seperate occasions and every single experience Ive had has been filled with nothing but helpful and courteous personnel. Wonderful customer service from some great people who will EARN your business. I frequently refer people to them because of this.

Have been storing here for 15 years and have made a great relationship with the manager Beau who always does his best to provide the best customer service. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

This is a great location. The staff are professional and very friendly. They make sure your truck and the facility is clean and safe. Only reason I wouldnt go here, is if their closed.

I was so surprised when picking up a uhaul truck that this was a storage facility too. They have discounts after discounts and everywhere i looked ways to save myself money. first the prices were lower then everyone else in tracy, i got a discount off my storage by renting a uhaul truck from them too. they have alarms on all storage units and alot of high tech security. i really do feel safe renting from them. AND, if any of my friends look for storage i would refer them there, i will get a discount by doing that too!

Nothing has been pleasant, in fact I was dis respected and on more than one occasion within the same conversation the Manager, Beau made several indirect racist statements. I moved my belongings there in January 2015. I came by about 7 days later to find large COCKROACHES climbing all over my things! Admitedelly, I was very distraught. I called the office and told the girl about what Id discovered, I added that they should tell their customers about this. She claimed it must be the neighboring unit, and informed me that the Manager would call me back. I called 2 additional times to no avail. The following month I got a courtesy call about the payment from the same girl. I told her it was interesting how they remembered how to call me back about their payment, but no one ever called back about the cockroaches. Since then Ive just been trying to give away most of the stuff (of course disclosing the reason why) because I cant fathom subjecting my family to roaches!!! This past month my step mother died (2 weeks ago ) I went away for funeral and sent my son to make the payment. Beau told my son if he took the payment I would be over paid. Upon return I called back and spoke to Brandon to clarify what was due and when. I told Brandon Id be in on Thursday to make a payment. Brandon informed me that was fine and no late payment would be assessed until the 23rd- 2 weeks away. This morning (2 days later) the office called again to say I owed. When Beau got on the phone he kept using inuendo s like... I didnt want you angry, so I didnt take the pymt from your son and dont yell when I hadnt raised my voice at all. Finally when I said I resent you implying that Im angry and loud all too often black people are dismissed as angry for being direct. He said he had no idea what color I was- lies! And all he had was his notes that say since the day I first came Ive been yelling at his staff! I guess its easier to dismiss me as out of control than to be accountable for your own actions! FACT- my first contact was bad because the rep accidentally booked the truck for Sunday instead of Saturday, which meant I had a crew ready to work and had to re-hire them for the next day! FACT - the unit is infested with COCKROACHES! FACT- you noted I was angry and loud bit there was no mention of my call or my sons visit to settle this months payment. Lastly, when I told him I was informing his corporate office about this interaction Beau proudly stated that they are a mom and pop shop and that I should take my business elsewhere. If for no other reason but to prevent the next person, black or otherwise from having this encounter I thought it worth while to document it. I also recorded him! He was so rude Im having a hard time moving past that hurtful conversation. Take your business elsewhere!
